Religion is the best armor in the world, but the worst cloak.

I Am Your Don Quixote
I am your Don Quixote
But there is no armor for this heart
No protection from your eyes
There is no armor for this heart
Vulnerable I battle with your smile
There is no armor for this heart
From your beauty I cannot hide
There is no armor for this heart
Exposed I am tangled in only lies
There is no armor for this heart
Empty as every windmill that I find
There is no armor for this heart
I lay awake with open eyes

A fantasy scene
In my machine

The Worst And The Best
in the hospitals and jails
it's the worst
in madhouses
it's the worst
in penthouses
it's the worst
in skid row flophouses
it's the worst
at poetry readings
at rock concerts
at benefits for the disabled
it's the worst
at funerals
at weddings
it's the worst
at parades
at skating rinks
at sexual orgies
it's the worst
at midnight
at 3 a.m.
at 5:45 p.m.
it's the worst

Love Is All Is Alright
(chorus)
Love is all is alright
But you left it a little to late
Love is all is alright
But you've got to find a little more hate.
Take the man in the white cloak
A pointed mask to hide his face
Murders in the name of religion
If you're not the right colour or race.
Take the man in the black cloak
He's holding justice in his hands,
Lets the man in the white cloak go,
Calls it the law of the land.
(chorus)
Love is all is alright.......etc
Take the man in the brown shirt
A burning hatred in his eyes
Fired by ignorant reaction,
Fanned by political lies
Take the man in the blue cap
His back's against the wall
Links arms with the man in the brown shirt
He's trying to break his own fall.
(chorus)
Love is all is alright.....etc

The Only Export From One Age To The Other
the only export you can do
from one age to the other
from this world to the next
without getting any less an acquirer
is - a religion
the only all time export
the world has ever sold
with all its soul, blood and sweat
to another age is - a religon
the only export
from one age to the other
one would kill - with heart, mind and soul -
to prove what one has bought
is the real thing is - a religion
the only intangible commodity
yet powerful enough
to blow up the whole world
is - a religion
the only export
from one age to the other
wrapped in so much sweetness
tasted with as much bitterness
here and (beyond, if you have bought one)
is without doubt - religion

No Religion
We didnt know no better, and they said it could be worse
Some people thought it was blessing
Other people think that its a curse
Its a choice between fact and fiction
And the whole world has gone astray
Thats why theres no religion, no religion, no religion here today
And theres no straight answers
Of what this thing called love is all about
Some say its unconditional
Other people just remain in doubt
Well I cleaned up my diction, I had nothing left to say
Except theres no religion, no religion, no religion here today
And they ask what hate is
Its just the other side of love
Some people want to give their enemies
Everything they think that they deserve
Some say why dont you love your neighbours
Go ahead, turn the other cheek
But theres nobody on this planet that can ever be so meek
And I cant bleed for you
You have to do it your own way
And theres no religion, no religion, no religion here today
And they ask what hate is
Its just the other side of love
Some people want to give their enemies
Everything they think that they deserve
Some say why dont you love your neighbours
Go ahead, turn the other cheek
But have you ever met anybody whos ever been the meek
And its so cruel to expect the saviour to save the day
And theres no religion, no religion, no religion here today
And theres no mystery, and theres nothing hidden
And theres no religion here today
And theres no religion, no religion, no religion here today

The Cloak
The Cloak
Give to me
Your web of sorrow
And I will weave it
On the morrow
Into a cloth of shimmering gold
Interlaced with spells of old,
Chants against the days of sadness,
Armor for the days of madness;
Protecting hearts not meant to be
Stunned by life harsh threnody.

Overthrow The Status Quo
the greatest terror threat
on American soil lies
in the daily workings
of Wall Street and 'corporate America'
against the common people!
the greatest threat to freedom,
our own government!
the worst drug on the streets
is the lie they perpetuate,
backed by mainstream media.
the worst sin disguised
under 'organized religion'...
the worst slap in the face
to the American worker...
NAFTA!
the best thing that can happen...
workers, men and women,
taking back our dignity!

Mouth
You gave me this
made me give
your silver grin
still sticking it in
you have soul machine
soul machine
the longest kiss
peeling furniture days
drift madly to you
pollute my heart drain
you have broken at me
broken me
all your mental armor drags me down
nothing hurts like your mouth
your loaded smiles
pretty just desserts
wish it all for you
so much it never hurts
you have soul machine
stone at me
all your mental armor drags me down
we can't breathe when you come around
all your mental armor drags me down
nothing hurts like your mouth mouth
mouth
your mouth mouth mouth
your mouth mouth mouth
we've been missing long before
never found our way home
we've been missing long before
where we'll find our way
you gave me this
made me give
you have soul machine
broken free
all your mental armor drags me down
we can't breathe when you come around
all your mental armor drags me down
nothing hurts like your mouth mouth
mouth
your mouth mouth mouth
your mouth mouth mouth
all your mental armor
all your mental armor
and your mouth
mouth

Original - Time, My Worst Enemy
Time, My Worst Enemy
Keeping me away from you
Time, My Worst Enemy
Moving slowly when we’re apart
Time, My Worst Enemy
Fleeting when you are near
Time, My Worst Enemy
Battling with it daily
Time, My Worst Enemy
Stealing moments from the clock
Time, My Worst Enemy
Until you are in my arms again
Time, My Worst Enemy
Rapidly chasing us down
Time, My Worst Enemy
He will not take you this time
Time, My Worst Enemy
You are in my arms to stay
Time, My Worst Enemy
Has Lost!
Doubtful Religion
Men who underwent a religion cast doubt,
When they force smiles and laughter they ride
Into a state of relaxation.
They doubt that the secular person is fed
By the spoons of luxury,
By those in charge of customs and traditions.
They boil into steam,
Vanishing from the face of the Earth
For this world and after it.
May God’s cloak be lifted and His face
Get seen, singing sweetly like a century.

Armor Of Courage
Armor Of Courage
Strength is embedded
Accomplishment
Self-definition
Re-build inner protection
Against the tyranny of Horcruxes
One's inner shield
Armor Of Courage
Thick skin developed through time
Being tough is not always the answer
Leads to aggressive and disrespect
Rudeness is exposed
As life is not all about the portrayal of toughness
Tough on the outside
Yet weak on the inside
Armor Of Courage
One who confronted danger
In times of peril
Prevails all
Depicts true courage
Armor
Everyday
I get down on my knees and pray
Then I read
Those sacred writings
These simple things
Are my strength
Then I put on my armor
Gird my sheild
And go into the world
The constant batlle of evil
The assasins come near
Trying to defile me
My sheild of truth
Fights them away
I see others take off their armor
Trying to get me to do so
But I say nay
I keep it on
Fighting evil
I never give
The evil army a chance
One against many
But I always win
The gospel my strength
I will fight to the end

Where Is She?
Where is she, I wondered, when she wasn't there.
If she's not here she could be anywhere. She could be
anywhere and not alone.
I began to imagine the worst. At every imagining
I thought I had imagined the worst, then I imagined
something even worse. It got to the point where my
imaginings no longer included her. I realized that the
worst did not encompass her. As my imaginings continued,
as worst superseded worst, making the preceding worst
only worse, I began to forget her. As worst got worse,
I forgot her more. Things were getting pretty bad, and
I had almost forgotten her completely, when she
reappeared.

The most and the worst
Man wants money most
And uses it worst.
He wants time most
And spends it worst.
He wants things most
And waste them worst.
He wants women most
And miss them worst.
