Need To Confess
Sometimes we need to confess something,
not a crime, but a habit
and we are not sure the best way to do it.
Our confession is not a sin
though there are those
who believe it may be so.
Mine is a habit
I acquired a long, long time ago.
I have tried many times to break it
and each time I have been unsuccessful.
That doesn’t mean I am giving up
without ever trying again.
It is a problem that lots of us must live with
and a habit that is not so easy to break.

Till The Morning Comes (live, 1970-10-04: Winterland Arena, San Francisco, CA, USA)
Till the morning comes, it'll do you fine.
Till the morning comes, like a highway sign,
Showing you the way, leaving no doubt,
Of the way on in or the way back out.
Tell you what I'll do, I'll watch out for you
You're my woman now, make yourself easy, make yourself easy
Make yourself eeeeeeasy
Till we all fall down, it'll do you fine,
Don't think about what you left behind
The way you came or the way you go
Let your tracks be lost in the dark and snow
Tell you what I'll do, I'll watch out for you
You're my woman now, make yourself easy, make yourself easy
Make yourself eeeeeeasy
When the shadows grow, it'll do you fine
When the cold winds blow, it'll ease your mind
The shape it takes could be yours to choose,
What you may win, what you may lose
Tell you what I'll do, I'll watch out for you
You're my woman now, make yourself easy, make yourself easy
Make yourself eeeeeeeasy
You're my woman now, make yourself easy.
You're my woman now, make yourself easy.
You're my woman now, make yourself easy.
You're my woman now, make yourself easy

It Comes For Me So Easy
If it was not easy for me to give...
You would have never known my face.
Or the appearance of it shown,
As often.
I do not try to grace you with impressions.
This is who I am.
Being me with you in my thoughts.
Being me wishing to offer to you,
Something from my heart.
Something that is genuine...
You will know from the start.
And it comes for me so easy!
Just like the breath I breathe.
Just like a tree that is there,
For what it does.
For what it offers.
For what it is.
There to give!
I want you to be aware you can depend on me.
But I don't want you to think of me as an obligation.
Waiting there from you to receive.
Not me.
I appreciate you too much.
You are life.
I want you to think of me,
As being there...
Easy!
As a part of who you are!
Since you will always be,
There for me to give.
And I can't think of any opportunity,
That comes to me as easy.
Knowing my life,
Means more than just for me to live...
With you making it easy,
For me to give!

Her Only Bad Habit Is Me
We walk hand in hand
through our world today.
We will walk that way forever,
if bad habits don’t get in the way.
Now she has only one bad habit,
and that habit is me.
If I do something wrong,
she does not see my failing there.
She would rather go on loving,
the man she chose to care.
Now my bad habit shine like a beckon,
but she does not really care.
So though we wander with love,
through to the sunset somewhere.
I think of how lucky I am,
with everything I see.
So glad she has only one bad habit,
and that habit is me.

Make It Easy On Yourself
If you are one of the ones,
Still attempting to make sense...
In a world depleted of it?
You have my condolences.
But first,
Let us toast this fact...
You are not alone!
So cancel those additional visits made...
At your expense,
To see your personal psychiatrist.
Chances are these folks too seek help,
Trying to explain the advantages of maintaining sanity!
And 'who' and 'what' would they use,
To justify the charged fee.
Take that money,
And purchase a 5th of Jack Daniels.
Sip it slowly and relax.
And save yourself the trouble of questioning 'normalcy'.
Nothing is!
Not today.
Make it easy on yourself.

Habit
See it happen to a couple of friends
See it happen and the message it sends
Take it up for what's an obvious fault
Just to see what all the fuss is about
And it's not your way... not your way
And it's not your way... not your way
Another habit says it's in love with you
Another habit says its long overdue
Another habit like an unwanted friend
I'm so happy with my righteous self
And it's not your way... not your way
And it's not your way... not your way
Never thought you'd... habit (3x)
I never thought you

You Make It Easy
Never been here - How about you ? "
You smile at my answer,
You've given me the chance,
To be held and understood.
You leave me laughing without crying,
There's no use denying,
For many times I've tried,
Love has never felt as good.
Be it downtown or way up in the air,
When your heart's pounding,
You know that I'm aware.
You make it easy to watch the world with love,
You make it easy to let the past be done,
You make it easy.
How'd you do it ? How'd you find me ?
How did I find you ?
How can this be true ?
To be held and understood.
Keep it coming - no one's running
The lesson I'm learning
'Cause blessings are deserved
By the trust that always could
Be it downtown or way up in the air,
When your heart's pounding,
You know that I'm aware.
You make it easy to watch the world with love,
You make it easy to let the past be done,
You make it easy.
You make it easy to watch the world with love,
You make it easy to let the past be done,
You make it easy.

Promptitude is not only a duty, but is also a part of good manners; it is favorable to fortune, reputation, influence, and usefulness; a little attention and energy will form the habit, so as to make it easy and delightful.

It Has Been Done
Will I?
Can I?
Yes,
I adore you.
And that isn't easy,
For someone like me to confess.
Stripped from a wall,
Where my emotions hid.
Kidding myself,
With passions I forbid.
And here you are...
To do to me what you just did!
Will I?
Can I?
Yes,
I adore you.
And that isn't easy,
For someone like me to confess.
You have no idea,
How quickly that has been addressed.
And I am so glad we met,
To pursue together this happiness.
Oh boy...
Will I?
Can I?
Yes,
I adore you.
And that isn't easy,
For someone like me to confess.
Yet...
It has been done!

Men even contract the dirty, filthy habit of chewing tobacco, and when the habit gets a good hold upon them they are never satisfied except when they have a wad of the stuff in their mouth. So with drinking. It is largely a habit.

Perceived to Be For Them Easy
If this was easy...
Why isn't more of it being produced,
At this caliber.
If this was easy.
'Perhaps they mean it is easy to read.
Therefore...
It is perceived to be for them easy.'
It is easy for me to go to an amusement park.
But I also remember when it wasn't there,
For years.
And not one person expressed a thought,
To create one.
'What are you saying? '
It is easy to say what appears that way.
Until those who say it...
Make attempts on their own.
But that will not happen...
Since what is done requires work!
And those who believe things are easy...
Are not accustomed to work or its definition!

They Make It Look So Easy
What it is they do,
They must really enjoy it.
They make it look so easy.
'Because something done is enjoyed,
Doesn't make it easy.
I know very few people,
Who do what they do because it is easy.
It's difficult as it is...
Getting requests from others,
Asking them to show what it is one does.
Only to be abandoned by the same folks,
Who realize paying attention is involved.
With a work ethic that is disciplined! '
I wasn't referring to you.
I was talking about them!
Keep that in mind.
'Oh...
Well,
You are right!
They must really enjoy what they do.
They make it look so easy.'
Really?
You're kidding?

Easy
Know it sounds funny
But I just cant stand the pain
Girl Im leaving you tomorrow
Seems to me girl
You know Ive done all I can
You see I begged, stole
And I borrowed
Ooh, thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
Thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
Why in the world
Would anyboddy put chains on me?
Ive paid my dues to make it
Everbody wants me to be
What they want me to be
Im not happy when I try to fake it!
No!
Ooh,thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
Thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
I wanna be high, so high
I wanna be free to know
The things I do are right
I wanna be free
Just me, babe!
Thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
Thats why Im easy
Im easy like sunday morning
Because Im easy
Easy like sunday morning
Because Im easy
Easy like sunday morning

Change Of Habit
(words & music by b. kaye - b. weisman)
If youre in old habits
Set in your old ways
Changes are a-comin
For these are changing days
And if your head is in the sand
While things are goin on
What you need, what you need,
What you need is a change of habit
Now if youre in the habit
To let your temper fly
When you talk with people
Who dont see eye to eye
And if you dont believe it
Theres a newer world ahead
What you need, what you need,
What you need is a change of habit
A change of habit, a change of outlook
A change of heart, youll be all right
The halls of darkness
Have doors that open
Its never too late
To see the light
So if youre in the habit
Of putting people down
Just because theyre different
From the wrong side of town
Well, dont count on any medals son
Theyre pinning none on you
What you need, what you need,
What you need is a change of habit
