We ask God to forgive us for our evil thoughts and evil temper, but rarely, if ever ask Him to forgive us for our sadness.

Forgive And Forget
Forgive and forget as I've been told
That query keeps coming to my mind
As 'I forgive' is the easiest words for one to say
But to forget, to me it seems like a crime.
To forget the evils that someone has done
Or even the evils or lies that they had spoke
To walk away as they never had accrued
As though to have a nightmare and never to awoke.
When we were young we are taught by our elders
To forgive the trespasses against us one and all
We must forget the pain and suffering that we felt
And must lock that away behind our own brick wall.
The lies and the evils that were done to us,
Even by friends and the ones who we had loved
We must then say that I forgive you one and all
And to some, that forgiveness is not even enough.
Forgive and forget those words we have heard
Even the bible does speak the same
To forgive the sins that were committed against us all
And so against no one can we ever curse or blame.
Sometimes though it seems like in this life
The wrong doers are always asking to forgive and forget
And then the moment that you smile and accept their request
They attack you, and they feel no sadness or regret.
Forgiving sometimes it is so very hard to do
And then to forget that person of their evil deeds
While trying not to remember what they have done to you
While wishing in them, you once again could believe.
Now as I think about my very own past
Of all the wrongs and evil deeds to me I must accept
I read that forgiveness is mine so said the Lord
So now I toss the evils done to me off to forgive and forget.

When we forgive evil we do not excuse it, we do not tolerate it, we do not smother it. We look the evil full in the face, call it what it is, let its horror shock and stun and enrage us, and only then do we forgive it.

Sonnet: Forgive Them God, Lord
Forgive them God, they know not what they do;
Forgive them Lord, they know not what they say;
Forgive them God, they are my siblings too;
Forgive them Lord, they seem just bad today!
Forgive them God, they were all born with me;
Forgive them Lord, they suffered really;
Forgive them God; they were so good truly;
Forgive them Lord, they have done their duty!
Forgive them God, the tempter has them prey;
Forgive them Lord, they were so sad most days;
Federal been God and send your guardian fay;
Forgive them Lord, they have innocent face!
Forgive them God; I’ll pray for them instead;
Forgive them Lord; better You strike me dead!

The Other Man
(ian hunter)
I forgive you when you cant look straight into my eye
I forgive you when you never want to hold my hand
I forgive you cause youre all Ive got and I love you
But Ill never forgive the other man
I forgive you even though I know the secret you keep
I forgive you even though you dont give a damn
I forgive you cause deep inside youre part of me
But Ill never forgive the other man
Somewhere in the night hes calling
And somewhere in your heart youre falling
Ill forgive you when you stay out late and you never phone
Ill forgive you even though Ill never understand
Ill forgive you cause youre all Ive got and I love you
But Ill never forgive the other man
Somewhere in the night hes calling
And somewhere in your heart youre falling
Ill forgive you when you stay out late and you never phone
Ill forgive you even though Ill never understand
Ill forgive you cause youre all Ive got and I love you
But Ill never forgive the other man
No, Ill never forgive as long as I live
No, Ill never forgive the other man
I said Ill never never never forgive
No, Ill never forgive the other man

We the unforgiving
and we’ll never quite forgive our parents
for being our parents
and we’ll never never forgive that one
we thought our best friend
for stopping being our friend without
an explanation or anything
and we’ll never ever forgive our first lover
our first for heaven’s sake
for dumping us and ruining our whole life
and we'll never quite forgive -
no, let's not go there; that's
too close to home...
and we’ll never forgive God for,
oh everything, if we knew
how to not forgive God
and secretly we’ll never forgive ourselves
for all the things we wish we hadn’t done
although of course we deserve to be forgiven
for it wasn’t really our fault was it..
how could we forgive ourselves, when there’s that
that dark figure lurking behind us saying
don’t you dare forgive yourself,
you ungrateful little…
and if you forgave everyone, you wouldn’t
know who you were… it’s not
as easy as that, oh no
oh yes it is. oh yes it is.

Evil
I saw evil
Injected into a soul
I felt the ending of a far forgotten goal
My God forgive me
Life is happenstance
So I am told
Evil is everywhere
But the good is so bold
Be gone retched evil
Let the meek and the good
Keep you in hell
Forever to dwell
Where you should.
Amen
Resolving A Grudge
forgive the shout
because the arm is painful
forgive the scream
because the mouth is full
forgive the sadness
it is not self-inflicted
forgive the brashness
it is not intended
the frogs croak
because the rain is falling
the crickets are hiding
because the children are coming
the children are making fun
because the river is full

Feeling the rath of Evil
Feeling Evil
Evil on a night like this
Evil tasting like a twisted wish
Evil paralized upon the ground
Evil tates the tears of fear
Evil tainted sounds of cheer
Evil dripping down; your blood of hate
Evil tearing down your helpless fate
Evil swears that by the night's end
Evil won't say it was all pretend
Evil because Death will follow you
Evil until full content
Evil pleasured to full extent

Baby please forgive me
Baby please forgive me
I’m a stupid little bitch
Baby please forgive me
I’ve acted like a witch
Baby please forgive me
I’m sorry I hurt you
Baby please forgive me
I don’t know what to do
Baby please forgive me
I’m sorry for what I’ve done
Baby please forgive me
In my heart you’re the one
Baby please forgive me
You’re the one in my heart
Baby please forgive me
Can we make a new start
Baby please forgive me
I’m sorry for what I put you through
Baby please forgive me
Can we make this new
Baby please forgive me
Tell me what to do
Baby please forgive me
I’d do anything for you

My Lord
Forgive me, my Lord.
As I part from this womb.
Forgive me, my Lord.
As I plunge into doom.
Forgive me, my Lord.
I'm ashamed of my birth.
Forgive me, my Lord.
Punish me with a curse.
Forgive me, my Lord.
I do promise to praise.
Forgive me, my Lord.
Hear me hail your name.
Forgive me, my Lord.
I won't attain what I've yearned.
Absolve me, my Lord.
Cleanse this sin of being born.

Dr. Evil
Evil, evil is his one and only name
Evil, in his mind there is no other game!
When your name is Evil, that is good or so you think,
but you're so very wrong.
It's evil!
But being wrong is right, so then you're good again,
wich is the evilest thing of all...
Do you find his sudden ways, invite you? does he excite you?
If his contradictions should atract you, should he distract you?
Heaven help you then...
You're finished, it's the end...
There'll be no retrieval...
From the evil...
The evil,
he will
do.
He's evil,
he's Doctor Evil.
His name is Evil.

Forgive Me God If I Become Tired - Original By Rabindranath Tagore
Forgive me God if I become tired
If I become slow and less inspired.
O my mind is so scared
It trembles in top fear
Forgive this sadness God –
I believe you do care.
God forgive this awful weakness
If I look back become mindless!
In the day’s burning sun
My garland of flower
Withers in worship’s plate –
God don’t let me suffer.

Evil,
Evil,
Evil is still lurking in me,
Thinking that evil is laced up,
Evil is all that I can perceive,
All thoughts in disguise,
Evil is a burden that keep's percolating,
But good hast to be done,
Evil is still in these eyes,
Taking in what man is planning,
Bombs and guns,
Profanity and lies,
Humanity,
Tell me villain is not bad or good,
Maybe it's the season,
Or where are we Heading?
When you play the Bursting and the Killing.

No Way Out
Damn
I would have never thought it ever woulda been like this
Life is crazy
God -- please watch over my family
Please protect em
Forgive my enemies -- for they know not what they do
Please lord -- forgive me for my sins, and protect me from evil
For thou art the kingdom, the power, and the glory
Now and forever
In your name we pray
Amen

How Would You Have Known?
Forgive those dingy souls,
who lowered their vibration
so that you would know-
how to forgive for you
wanted to know.
Do you not remember
it was your souls goal?
You were born into this dimension,
to use duality for comprehension.
We live with evil
for we believe in it so.
That’s what we believe so it grows.
On highly evolved planets they already know,
so it is not a part of their reality at all.

Evil is YOU!
Everyone says,
I’m evil because I beat my sister,
I’m evil because I took drugs,
I’m evil because I went to prison,
I’m evil because I cheated,
Well Guess what!
You’re not evil,
So chill,
You’re the core of evil,
You represent every part of evil,
And…..,
So is your dark side,
Your devil!

0179 My Parents
'We begin by loving our parents; '
said E.M.Forster,
'later, we hate them;
rarely if ever do we
forgive them...'
I'd like to live long enough
to forgive them;
then,
go somewhere where
I can tell them I love them,
always did, always shall.

We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love. There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us.

Evil
Evil, why have you engulfed so many hearts...evil
Evil, why have you destroyed so many minds...
Leaving room for darkness, where lost dreams can hide.
Evil, why do you infest our purest thoughts, with hatred.
Evil, why have you stolen so much love...
Leaving everyones emotions lost and wandering free.
Evil, why have you taken over gods childrens eyes...evil
Evil, before they could really grow to see,
That your way, is not the way, to make, life what it should be, yea, yea, yea
Evil, why have you destroyed, youve destroyed so much of this doggone world...evil
Evil, oh, why have you broken so many homes...
Leaving everyones emotions lost and wandering free.
