It is the very backbone of wisdom not to trust too hastily.

Shakin' All Over

Well i feel you right up close to me
That's when i get the shakes all over me
Well it quivers in my backbone
Ooh the shakes in the kneebone
Ooh shakin' in the thighbone
Shakin' all over
I went to see the doctor just the other day
I'm about to tell you what the man had to say
He said well you shiver in your backbone
Ooh the shakin' in the kneebone
Ooh movin' on the backbone
Shakin' all over
Well you, you quivers in your backbone
Ooh the shakes in your kneebone
Well shakin' in the backbone
Yeah, i was
I was
Shakin' all over
Shakin'
Shakin'
Shakin' all over
Shakin'
Shakin'
Shakin' all over
Shakin'
Shakin'
Shakin' all over

I trust the thunder, I trust the rain
I trust the cars, I trust the train
I trust the secrets, I trust the truth
I trust the old, I trust the youth

I trust the Truth But not the lies
I trust the fairies, I trust the elf
I trust you all… just not myself

Psalm 129

Will you trust me in the valley deep?
Will you trust me as you lay down to sleep?
Yes I will trust you despite the pain
Yes I will trust you without any gain

Will you trust me in the depths of the sea?
Will you trust me though we may not agree?
Yes I will trust you in the darkest night
Yes I will trust you when I have no sight

Will you trust me when your lost and alone?
Will you trust me when your far from home?
Yes I will trust you when I have lost my way
Yes I will trust you to bring me back one day

Will you trust me that justice is Mine?
Will you trust me to give you new wine?
Yes I will trust you and turn the cheek
Yes I will trust you, your presence I seek

Trust....

I trust the night
I trust the stars that shine
I trust the moon
I know its love’s divine
I trust the wind
I trust its winding ways
I trust the sky
I know its separate days
I trust the dawn
I trust its rising light
I trust the sun
I know its blinding sight
I trust the clouds
I trust the crimson waves
I trust the things I love
I know that this trust saves Me.

I Trust You Father

I trust you father to provide
a path for me to walk, ...
and wisdom to ignore the fools, ...
let them laugh and let them talk

I trust you father to instill
a roadmap for my life
that steers me towards the rightous few
and spares me pain and strife

I trust you father to remind
me of my own free will,
that pitfalls lie within my path,
that I must climb uphill

I trust you father to accept
that sometimes I grow weak,
and thrist for waters of this world,
and other love I'll seek

I trust you father to forgive
my sins in Jesus' name,
and when I die my soul will rise,
and salvation I can claim

I trust you father

In GOD I Trust

In God I trust
That everything is gonna be o.k.
In God I trust
& all my worries go away
In God I trust
That my family will get back together
In God I trust
& we’ll be happy forever
In God I trust
That I will have lots of friends
In God I trust
& I won’t be lost again
In God I trust
That he will change my life
In God I trust
& it will be like paradise

Trust Yourself

Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to do the things that only you know best.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to do whats right and not be second-guessed.
Dont trust me to show you beauty
When beauty may only turn to rust.
If you need somebody you can trust, trust yourself.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to know the way that will prove true in the end.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to find the path where there is no if and when.
Dont trust me to show you the truth
When the truth may only be ashes and dust.
If you want somebody you can trust, trust yourself.
Well, youre on your own, you always were.
In a land of wolves and thieves.
Dont put your hope in ungodly man
Or be a slave to what somebody else believes.
Trust yourself
And you wont be disappointed when vain people let you down.
Trust yourself
And look not for answers where no answers can be found.
Dont trust me to show you love
When my love may only be lust.
If you want somebody you can trust, trust yourself.

God, save me! ! !

I trust myself
I know i can reach out my dreams
I trust my parents
I know how much they care and love me
I trust my friends
I know what they can do for me
I trust the night
I know the stars that shine
I trust the moon
I know its inspiration remains forever
I trust the wind
I know its winding ways
I trust the sky
I know its wonderful days
I trust the sun
I know its rising light
I trust the things I love
God, I know that all that trust may
disappoint and betray me one day.

But, only your trust save me.

Rust In The Bones

He who hears the overtones
of wisdom will encounter disbelief,
and the fractures in his bone
will never heal, and cause incessant grief.

The bone of such a man will rust,
once he’s been drenched by wisdom as by rain,
and he mourn the way he lost the trust
in the divine, preferring the profane.

Augustine said: 'He who puts on wisdom puts on grief, and a heart that understands cuts like rust in the bones.'

This poem is a revision of “Overtones of Wisdom, ” written in 1999.

God's Wisdom Control and Love

It’s the storms of life that test our resolve
And teach us right from wrong.
When troubles arise we turn to prayer
And sing of atonement in song.

Every hero of the Bible spent time on their knees
Well aware of God’s wisdom, control and love.
They faced great odds and trusted Him
And were endowed by His wisdom from above.

As problems attack our goodness, trust and contentment
The whispers of Divinity help instruct us what to do.
All through life we must face struggle and heartbreak
And by faith, trust, and compliance, we renew.

Trust You

I dont know what Im supposed to have said
But I can imagine whats in your head
Its not that you dont trust all that I do
Its just that you would have if it were you
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
Im starting to question why I am here
Your constant suspicions dont make it clear
Just leave it, believe me Ill show the signs
Youll find her, the cheat that you have in mind
I have nothing to hide
And what could I deny
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
I have nothing to hide
And what could I deny
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you

I Trust In You Lord

Whenever I feel alone in this world
I trust in you lord
Whenever I feel no one cares me
I trust in you lord
Whenever I ashamed in front of others
I trust in you lord
Whenever my situations change so bad
I trust in you lord
Whenever my eyes cannot accommodate my tears
I trust in you lord
Whenever I become financially dreadful
I trust in you lord
Whenever I cannot shout like others
I trust in you lord
Whenever people close their eyes towards me
I trust in you lord
Whenever I cannot take any decisions
I trust in you lord
Whenever I feel myself despicable
I trust in you lord
Whenever I know nothing in my hand for tomorrow
I trust in you lord
Whenever I lose my all hope
I trust in you lord
Whenever my dreams aren't come true
I trust in you lord
Whenever I go through failure
I trust in you lord
Whenever my friends become ascendant than me
I trust in you lord
Whenever I feel I can't be in faith any more
I trust in you lord

Wisdom The Key (Revised)

The questionnaire classified me as a problem
case with low root Chakra; it arose from when
I replied ‘No’ to questions whether I trust people
– they implied love means the same as trust

I love people unconditionally and accept their
shortcomings respectfully – including stupidity;
I believe people all have good intent but lack
wisdom, that is why I love them regardless

I do not trust anyone’s judgment because they
lack the mental equipment to obtain benefit for
themselves, much less for anybody else – my
love is not based on their intelligence

It is based on enjoyment of the beauty and variety
they add to life; I bestow trust as a highest honour
only a few earn by acting with honourable and
dignified nobility in being wise enough

To admit and rectify mistakes – I never trust public
figures or authority, self-serving power or selfish
individuals, although I love cheerfully cheeky
criminals who make life fun

I respect their right to be false, honour their duplicity
by keeping temptation far away – I only trust my core
family, my dad who keeps my secrets, my big brother
for showing such integrity

ALL others have freedom to act as they please; I ex-
pect nothing from them given difficulties in balancing
average relationship equations – so it is thus Love
means acceptance of ‘what is’

While Trust means a firm knowledge of the ability
of the beloved to implement their good intent;
WISDOM is the key that enables anybody to
live a life of love, safeguarding such trust…

Sonnet VII

No haste but good, where wisdom makes the way,
For proof whereof behold the simple snail
(Who sees the soldier's carcass cast away,
With hot assault the Castle to assail)
By line and leisure climbs the wall,
And wins the turret's top more cunningly
Than doughty Dick, who lost his life and all
With hoisting up his head so hastily.
The swiftest bitch brings forth the blindest whelps;
The hottest Fevers coldest cramps ensue;
The nakedest need hath ever latest helps.
With Nevil then I find this proverb true,
That Haste makes waste, and therefore still I say,
No haste but good, where wisdom makes the way.

Trust in Him

You do all you can, to make it on your own
And you need someone, will feeling all along
God will bring you through the storm and the rain
Just keep you head up high, and the sun will shine again
Just Trust in Him
Believe
Just Trust in Him
Hold on Tight
Just Trust in Him
Believe
Just Trust in Him
Everything will be alright
Life can get hard, but you made it this far
If you trust him, when theirs noone else around
I know this, because I lost my way
Just keep the faith, because tomorrow's another day
Just Trust in Him
Believe
Just Trust in Him
Hold on Tight
Just Trust in Him
Believe
Just Trust in Him
Everything will be alright
God will pick you up, when trials come your way
It may seem hard, you can't make it through day
That's when you just have to say
Please Restore Me, When I Pray
Just Trust in Him
Just Trust in Him
Just say it's o.k
Just say o.k

Trust is found

Trust in man was lost today
Trust in man that is never quite regained
Trust was lost when you started to betray
Trust was lost when you didn't care enough to say
Trust was lost when you used me as your social play
Trust was lost when you hurt me in front of family and those that used me as prey
Trust was lost when you denied me of my greatest day
Trust was lost when you ignored my loves and hates
Trust was lost when you borrowed and never repaid
Trust was lost when I gave and you treated me as a slave
Trust was lost when I cared and all you wanted was pay
Trust was lost when I loved and you treated me as the fool
Trust was lost when I had a great passion and you treated it as a ration
Trust was lost when I looked in your eyes and saw the truth, but you continued to lie
Trust was lost when I asked you to help and you never even tried
Trust was found and everything turned around
When I lowered my head and looked up to the Masters stead
Trust was found and with it came the sound of the beginning to an eternal round
For on that day trust was found
Trust becomes sound, only when man looks around and realizes that
The only trust to be found is in him-self and the one that gave us ground
TRUST WAS FOUND!
