Heir Apparent
I came back to my old city
With fierce determination
And I couldnt find my way out of the station
Its all changed
You were there
Departing, starting
A trek I had once took
With that no-ones gonna stop me when I feel this way look
Apparent, apparent
Heir apparent
You think its so easy, I tell you - it isnt
But you may change minds with your winning smile
I fell down in my old city
Such sad degradation
So I tried to make my way back to the station
You were still there
Gleaming and leaving
Wide-eyed and awestruck
Saying how can anybody hate me
If I love them first off ?
Apparent, apparent
Heir apparent
You think its so easy, I tell you - it isnt
But you may change minds with your winning smile
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir
But you may be ok, I dont know
Ill see you back here
In a few bruised years
Pray
Ill see you here
Ill see you here
Ill see you here
Apparent, apparent
Heir apparent
You say that you want it, Im sure that youll get it
Theyll seduce your heart and then theyll slap your arse
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir
Heir, heir, heir

How Soon Is Now?
I am the son, I am the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
I am the son and heir of nothing in particular
You shut your mouth, how can you say
I go about things the wrong way
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does
I am the son, I am the heir
Of a shyness that is criminally vulgar
Im the son and heir of nothing in particular
Chorus
There is a club if youd like to go
You could meet someone who really loves you
So you go and you stand on your own
And you leave on your own
And you go home and you cry and you want to die

How Soon Is Now
I am the son,
and, the heir.
Of a shyness that was criminally vulgar.
Son, and heir.
Of nothing in particular.
Oh, shut your mouth.
How can you say,
I go about things the wrong way?
Im human and I need to be loved,
like everyone,
like everyone does.
I am the son,
and, the heir.
Of a shyness that was criminally vulgar.
Son, and heir.
Of nothing in particular.
Of nothing in particular at all.
And you say its gonna happen now.
When exactly do you mean?
Ive already waited to long,
and all my hope is gone.
Theres a club if youd like to go.
You might meet someone,
who really loves you.
So you go on your own,
and leave on your own,
and you go home,
and you cry and you wanna die

Grandpa's Wish
Oh I wonder when you wished your wish,
On behalf of your name's sake.
That a child would come and carry on,
Your name that follows Jake.
Oh patriarch you fathered a son,
And so heir one came to be.
Son heir one fathered him a son,
And heir two made Anderson three.
Oh I wonder when you wished your wish,
For another son to be bore.
To preserve the name you proudly bare,
With generations of men times four.
Only God thus knows if such a day comes,
When our name will cease to be.
But for now your legacy doth carry on;
Wish granted! Come see heir number three.

The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician. Therefore the physician must start from nature, with an open mind.

A physician is not angry at the intemperance of a mad patient, nor does he take it ill to be railed at by a man in fever. Just so should a wise man treat all mankind, as a physician does his patient, and look upon them only as sick and extravagant.

A double edge sword
They say love is
a physician,
or a medicine for
the hearts pang.
But is not much
accurate when love
slugs you many times
and it never heals
the heart,
Much more then that it
shatters it every time.
For my heart is wounded
in numerous ways it is not
a proving thing,
Is like a myth a
fairy tale;
Love is a double
edge sword,
they might say love
is an antidote that
heals or an aspirin to
ease the pain,
Not in my world,
in my veins,
but yet the only
love that heals my wounds
and my aches is
the Lord's love.
A mans love
has no remedy,
it is the worst love you
can conceive
love is a tainted touch
when coming from mortal,
A dark veil with
poison desires,
love has come to me
with untainted eyes,
and hidden thorns,
covering his identity,
A pet can give away
his best to you,
a pure innocent love,
with meekness eyes
and pure soul.
Love is not a healer
to the heart,
to me it is a thieve of my
peace and bliss,
a harmony turn to war.
So love is a physician,
that's what they say,
but medicine posthumous
is unreachable unless by
Godly
The love of God is
a true love,
it has no envy
no confinement,
no conditions,
is perpetual and
immaculate.
Don't tell me love
is a physician,
a physician is
what I need after having
the love of thee.
Jehovah is my physician indeed

The Healer
TO A YOUNG PHYSICIAN, WITH DORE'S PICTURE OF CHRIST
HEALING THE SICK.
So stood of old the holy Christ
Amidst the suffering throng;
With whom His lightest touch sufficed
To make the weakest strong.
That healing gift He lends to them
Who use it in His name;
The power that filled His garment's hem
Is evermore the same.
For lo! in human hearts unseen
The Healer dwelleth still,
And they who make His temples clean
The best subserve His will.
The holiest task by Heaven decreed,
An errand all divine,
The burden of our common need
To render less is thine.
The paths of pain are thine. Go forth
With patience, trust, and hope;
The sufferings of a sin-sick earth
Shall give thee ample scope.
Beside the unveiled mysteries
Of life and death go stand,
With guarded lips and reverent eyes
And pure of heart and hand.
So shalt thou be with power endued
From Him who went about
The Syrian hillsides doing good,
And casting demons out.
That Good Physician liveth yet
Thy friend and guide to be;
The Healer by Gennesaret
Shall walk the rounds with thee.

Ode To Pandalam Prince
On the bank of Pampa river
Wails of a babe, heard Pandalam king Rajasekhar
Found You o' divine child with splendour
God's mercy to his fervent prayer
Rajasekhar accepted You to his throne, an heir
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa
Beads collared You are manikhanta; per
Mythology son of Hari and Har
Human but God yet given all academic lore
Grew well versed to be the king's saviour
To Your divine wisdom super
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa
Their own son the queen bore
For the king Manikhanta the son elder
Fate, innocent queen became bitter
Conspired with the currupt minister
Wanted her son to be the heir
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa
Fell sick, a fake stomach-ache, plotted a slaughter
Royal physician turned an accomplice there
Cunningly prescribed leopord's milk for her cure
Never did Ayyappa, You fear
Marched into the threatening woods afar
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa
You could simply hunt a leopord, Your vigour
Fetch its milk to Your mother, Your valour
A divine child of bold endeavour
Suited to be a warrior, king's heir
So do we wonder and utter
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa
Despite the protestations of Your foster-father
Bon expedition of Your bravery, Your lustre
Came with leopord and cubs Your venture
Into the Sabari hills did You though disappear
Devotees still hope You'll again appear
Saranam Ayyappa, saranam Ayyappa.

Son And Heir
A cute-faced cheetah cub rests there,
Oblivious and frail,
He's now a precious son and heir,
A firstborn fragile male...
Just skin and bones and not much more,
Yet as each year goes by,
He'll run so fast upon each paw
You'll think that he can fly!
He'll pick his moments just like those
That race across this land
And sometimes rest as if to pose,
As if to make a stand...
As if to say, he's learnt enough,
He needs no teacher now,
For he's been taught by hate and love
And all the fates allow...
So watch out, world! He bides his time,
One day, he'll rule supreme,
One day, the tallest trees he'll climb,
Though now that's just a dream...
This son and heir will do his best
And not just to survive,
He'll do it just because he's blessed,
To prosper and to thrive...

Young Man
Written by james young
Lead vocals by james young
People say with age there comes experience
But as soon as you are born you start to die
Older men are chosen to speak wisely
But call the child to the sacrificial rite
Who can we get to win the fight?
Young man!
Who can we get to make love all night?
Young man!
Who do we send away to die?
Young man!
I heard a lonely woman cry for a
Young man!
The fire bombs in distant lands are burning
Jarring every synapse in your soul
Life and death are a meaningless profession
Tomorrow brings a horror yet untold
Who can we get to win the fight?
Young man!
Who can we get to make love all night?
Young man!
Who do we send away to die?
Young man!
I heard a lonely woman cry for a
Young man!
Young man!
Young man!
Come home my son
We'll give you a rest
Welcome my son
We'll give you the best
Time's stowaway
The young man
Short are the days
Of the young man
Young man!
Young man!

Bad Dreams
Roll away, talleys, alleyway.
Yesterdays theory.
All alone in a nightmare.
Come on daytime!
And dont you cry cry cry cry cry all alone.
Allistar is on the banister making friends with the walls.
If you cry cry cry cry cry like a baby.
Make you cry cry cry cry cry.
Make you die die die die die.
Say goodbye bye bye bye bye.
All alone.
Your so young.
Like a baby.
All alone.
Hey, youre so young.
Just like a baby.
And you cry.
Ride away on the milky way.
Fly away on a cloud. I know bad dreams.
To make you cry.
To make you cry.
To make you cry cry cry cry cry.
To make you cry cry cry cry.
To make you cry cry cry cry cry.
All alone.
Hey to make you cry cry cry cry cry.
To make you die die die die.
To make you cry cry cry cry cry.
All alone.
