I think there probably should be a rule that if you're talking about how many loaves of bread a bullet will go through, it's understood that you mean lengthwise loaves. Otherwise, it makes no sense.

Grey Sale

Soul for Sale!
Vagina dry
Face pale.
Come take a piece
Come feed your hunger
Come.
Whoever has the most
Green paper in hand
I'll give as much as
My God can stand.
I got it for free
From birth
And now I sell it
Like sheep
Sell fur.

Spring Flowers ~ Hyacinths

Hyacinths blooming in the wood
Fragrantly they are bringing
A primal essence of spring
Often I wish that somehow I could
Hear their tiny bells ringing
Perhaps even hear them sing

Yet they seem so intent on slyly hiding
Among the rocks and grass
As if they might be quite shy
With their fragrance all the while providing
A guide to those who pass
Insuring Hyacinths they spy

Hyacinths must be flirtatious flowers
To play at such
A silly tease
Feigning naivete of their powers
They enchant us
With great ease

Could He Be The Messiah

Words:deborah d. smith
Music: michael w. smith
Been here for days, Im amazed (at) this teacher, carpenter, preacher
Lost in the crowd, I hear him now, hes praying and hes saying, God feed them all
Five-thousand men, al of his friends are worried find bread and hurry
Five loaves and fish, what can he wish, hes praying still hes saying, God feed them all
Chorus:
Could he be the messiah?
Miracle man, part of the plan
Could he be the messiah?
Life in his hand,
I understand he could be....
Meet for our needs fully he feeds our hunger older and younger
Twelve baskets more, can we ignore, he shows us that he knows us, is he the christ?
God in his eyes, I realize his power, need of the hour
Jesus is his name, they say he came to feed us and to receive us, is he the christ?
Chorus
It is he the messiah!
Miracle man, part of the plan
It is he the messiah!
Life in his hand
I understand it is he
Chorus

Same Bed

Same bed and yet they're poles apart. She's plagued
By ghosts, to all intents, while he's progressed.
They no matter what tried to figure out sight,
Like loaves of bread they were locked in peaceful fight.
Huge but soft, the bread sliced thin,
And they were separated powerfully enough.
Afterwards, the way he looked at her
Caused adequate fright to be two inches thick of cloth.

Until You Forgive...

you cant feed the fire
with human limbs.
you cant touch the sky
when you're afraid of the dark.
you cant go to the manger,
and pay the tax collecter too.
you cant ride the river,
after you build the dam.
you cant bring about peace,
with the guns of war.
you cant stop prejudice
with fear and ignorance.
you cant eat the poor,
cant sell their worn out shoes.
you cant pray to god
with hatred in your heart.
you cant find wisdom
in the marketplace.
you cant set people free,
until you are free!
you cant feed the hungry,
and feed the lust of your greed.
you cant buy justice,
and you cant sell truth!
you cant be forgiven,
until you forgive...

Total Control

(m. davis, j. jourard)
Producer: carter
Album: we are the world (usa for africa)(85), the collected recordings (94)
Looking counter clockwise
Knowing what could happen
Any moment maybe you
Maybe even you
Steadfast collapse
Always certain any moment
Maybe you maybe you
Maybe even you
Recline complete dreams too sweet
I cant do it not with you
Not even with you
Maybe never with you
And Id sell my soul for total control
Yeah Id sell my soul for total control
Street wet tonight, lovers touch
Its pure delight
Always certain any moment
Maybe even you
Stay in bed stained sheets
My head hurts I repeat
Maybe you maybe you
Maybe even you
And Id sell my soul for total control
Yeah Id sell my soul for total control
Id sell my soul for total control
Over you, over you
Total control over you

Gingerbread

'Gingerbread,
Go to the head.
Your task is done;
A soul is won.
Take it and go
Where muffins grow,
Where sweet loaves rise
To the very skies,
And biscuits fair
Perfume the air.
Away, away!
Make no delay;
In the sea of flour
Plunge this hour.
Safe in your breast
Let the yeast-cake rest,
Till you rise in joy,
A white bread boy!'

Eat A Bagel

The circle of bread happens to us in reality,
I call mine a bagel, you call yours something;
Rolls I withstand til the end of Time,
The differently baked food is always mine.
The real cooks have gin and all the wandering
In the kitchen, like the ones that do a job.
May we extract rolls and loaves from their hands
As we have from our predecessors, like that.
The circles of bread are finer to behold
Than the ones of stickiness and dough.

Sacrifice

She worked from morning 'til the sun went down
and never did complain.
She earned some money but not enough.
It became her private pain.
How do you feed four children
and keep your bills all paid?
You beg, you steal, you borrow
and your life you trade.

For to watch your children slowly starve
and know they'll be taken away
fills you with dread and so instead
you get down on your knees and pray.
And when that doesn't seem to work
you do unreasonable things.
You sell your body and your soul
to the rich and mighty kings.

You close your eyes and try to forget
what it is you do.
You accept the shame and all the blame
and feed them heartbreak stew.
There is no right. There is no wrong.
There are just four kids to feed.
You work all night 'til the sun comes up
and buy the food they need.

Psychos On The Pipe

We don’t sell our bodies to the highest
Or only bidder to feed children
We don’t feed the children
We feed our need
Whatever that may be
Our need for love
Our need for desire
Our need for the poison in our veins

We feed our children to the abuse of strangers
that institutionalized reform of the intellect
to score crystallized rock
to score refined gold
which we wear around our ego
in display of our grandeur and scheming
until we can shoot it through our barrels
to fill the empty of our souls

I'd Lie For You

I'd never tell you one lie.
I'd never let you down.
I'd never leave i'd be the one who'd always be around.
Baby give me a chance.
I'd pull the sun down from the sky.
To light your darkest night.
I'd never let one drop of rain fall down into your life.
Put your heart in my hands.
Baby believe me, i could never do you wrong.
And i would never paint your world blue.
And if sometimes it seems i must lost my mind.
I might be crazy, but i'm crazy about you.
I'd lie for you and that's the truth.
Do anything you asked me to.
I'd even sell my soul for you.
I'd do it all for you.
If you'd just believe in me.
Just take a look in my eyes.
You'd see a love that's blind.
Just take a hold of my hand.
I'll take you to paradise.
Ain't a star that's too far.
Every wish will be a wish.
That i will make come true.
And if you want the moon.
I swear i'll bring it down to you.
Let me into your heart.
Believe me baby.
Got your name carved on my soul.
'cause your the only one that i'll give it too.
Go let'em say that i'm fool to act this way.
'cause if i'm crazy, i'm just crazy 'bout you.
I'd lie for you and that's the truth.
Do anything you asked me to.
I'd even sell my soul for you.
I'd do it all for you.
If you'd just believe in me.
I'd lie for you and that's the truth.
Do anything you asked me to.
I'd even sell my soul for you.
I'd do it all for you.
If you'd just believe in me.
I'd lie for you and that's the truth.
Move mountains if you want me to.
I'd walk across the fire for you.
I'd walk across the wild for you.
If you'd just believe in me.
And you will never see a day.
I'll ever break your heart.
You'll see the sky fall down.
Before it ever gets that far.
I'll show you heaven.
Every second that your in my arms.
Baby, i'm crazy, but i'm crazy 'bout you.

I'd walk across the wild for you.

None Of Them

Through the hill country,
Through the valley of love,
Where, young women were drawing some water;
But, the loaves of bread on your table means a lot to me.

The home of the seer,
The home of the poet,
The home of the artist,
And like Shaul the son of Kish!
But, the loaves bread on your table means a lot to me.

A nose longer,
A head taller,
A mouth smaller,
And, to the place of love;
With seven days of care.

To the high places,
With food in our sacks;
Servants,
Slaves,
From Dan to Beersheba! !
But, who is she?

Three days of love,
A journey to America;
But, she turned into another woman!
However, wriring my poems like a pastor's note is what i presented.

Who is he?
The great tree of peace;
And like three days ago with your love,
But, a journey to Africa is what you need.

He turned into another man!
And like the customs of the mummers and wild men;
But, on Rachel's tomb i will rest my mind.

A journey to Asia,
A journey to Australia,
A jouney to Europe;
And to stimulate the deities! !
Ashod, Gaza, Ashkelon, Gath and Ekron;
But the goddess of the dawn came around!
However, none of the Apostles celebrated Easter.

What is my mind?
What is in my heart?
What is on your table?
What is in your soup?
What is in your mouth?
But, on Rachel's tomb i will rest my mind;
For, none of them could satisfy my muse.

Neighbours

My neighbour has a field of wheat
And I a rood of vine;
And he will give me bread to eat,
And I will give him wine.
And so we are a jolly pair,
Contentedly unwed,
Singing with supper as we share
Red wine and crusty bread.

Now venison is mighty meat
And so is trout and hare;
A mallard duck is sweat to eat
And quail is dainty fare.
But such are foods for festal day,
And we will not repine
While on the table we can lay
Crisp bread and rosy wine.

A will to till one's own of soil
Is worth a kingly crown,
With bread to feed the belly need,
And wine to wash it down.
So with my neighbour I rejoice
That we are fit and free,
Content to praise with lusty voice
Bread, Wine and Liberty.

Grass

Give grass to the horses and the mules,
For i am sitting ona high mountain and i am enjoying the views;
And the sweet memories of your love do bath me all over!

Five loaves of bread for five thousand men,
And like the signs of the times and the face of the sky;
But the wind will always whisper your sweet name to me.
