I Know I'm a Moody S.O.B.
We can be the best of friends.
Or the worse of enemies.
I know I'm a moody s.o.b.
And you can be obnoxious,
As a moody s.o.b. can be!
We can be happy together.
Or separated in our miseries!
But none of that is like that with us.
We can cuss each other out!
But that trust has never left...
To leave us disgusted.
To carry that as baggage about.
To add to issues we can do without!
We can be the best of friends.
Or the worse of enemies.
I know I'm a moody s.o.b.
And you can be obnoxious,
As you can be.
And how many people do you know...
Can say that kind of love,
Between them shows?
Or admit to themselves...
Both desire to grow!

God save me from false friends, so that I can protect myself from my enemies.

If you are successful, you may win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway.

I have no trouble with my enemies. I can take care of my enemies in a fight. But my friends, my goddamned friends, they're the ones who keep me walking the floor at nights!

It is better to decide a difference between enemies than friends, for one of our friends will certainly become an enemy and one of our enemies a friend.

Murder In Her Eyes
Some say she's bitter,
some say she's sweet.
They know her by her shimmer,
Oh how sometimes her crime can be so neat.
She makes her enemies real slick,
she makes her friends so easily.
Although her enemies slaughter is real quick,
but she's a generous person, really.
The murder in her eyes
reveals her disguise,
The taste of her enemies blood,
she cannot recognize.
She seeks for revenge
For only those who caused her agony and avenge.
The murder shows who she truly is.
The sweet girl with a bloody blade in her hand.
Her enemies dead body laying on the floor
as she laughs and hounds as her enemies body rots to the core.
The murder in her eyes is severe...
Something that nobody dares to conquer
They laughed at her in the past,
She knew their life's wouldn't last.
The murder in her eyes hides the tides of her personality
for her enemy's, she loves to rec their reality.
No one ever thought she could do that.
Until they saw her true disguise which showed the murder...
Murder in her eyes.

Please
Can't understand you and your rules
and definitely don't want them
I get where you're comin' from,
But it's my generation
and you assume stereotypes,
when it's only
one out of a hundred.
But I don't want to be like them,
the one out of a hundred…
I don't want to be
Snappin', hurtin'
Backstabbin'
And if they ask me why I'll say
I'm busy…
Makin' friends, forgettin' enemies
Makin' life last
Trust me, please
I don't want to be like them
It's too late to find me
I'm lost in the woods
But please, Mama, come back for me
I'm not tryin' to make mistakes,
Not ever or forever
You were like me too once
Makin' friends, forgettin' enemies
Makin' life last
Trust me, please
I don't want to be like them
They're just
Forgettin' friends, makin' enemies
Forgettin' life for now
And there's no trusting us
And there's no turning back
But that's just a stereotype,
It's a
One out of a hundred
I don't want to be like them
And if they ask me why I'll say
I'm busy…
Makin' friends, forgettin' enemies
Makin' life last
Trust me, please
Those In Positions Of Power
Those in positions of power have friends and quite a few
But to say they too have enemies is not saying anything that's new
Enemies through jealousy or enemies otherwise
That power does bring to one friends and enemies does come as no surprise
Those with power in the first place have this great desire to lead
You cannot be a leader if power you do not need
Nothing wrong with those who have power if they use it in the proper way
Though abuse of power we hear of and read of every day
Crimes against humanity in the Human World have never been rare
Even in recent human history of such we are aware
The despotic perpetrators we know of why mention them by name
Sinces their names not worthy of mention due to their despicable acts of shame
And yes those in positions of power are only there because there they wish to be
Such is obvious to everyone and that includes you and me.

Treat your friends as if hereafter they will become your enemies, and your enemies as if they will become your friends.
Love and Friendship
Loneliness, anxiety, and despair,
isolation, sorrow, bitterness -
these the cruel concerns, observers note,
that press upon our current consciousness.
To name mind's enemies is good for mind:
for straightway, two arch-fiends themselves reveal:
separation, and false sense of loss.
These enemies now named, what salve may heal?
Think one - the other follows; thus, one fiend,
whose only weapon is that thought of loss.
But we own that which we can never lose;
yet know not - 'til we give it - ever ours:
give what you think you have not: that which mends
these cruel concerns in others: love of friends.

You're No God
Dark rewrite of the Linda Ronstadt classic You're No Good
Written for the antichrist whoever they may be
Feeling bitter, now that you know to me you'll never get through
Feeling bitter 'cause I just won't
I just won't give in to you
I learned my real savior's lesson
I gladly bear the scars of his cross
Turning my back on you
Just like he ask me to
Cause through my faith in him
I've seen you for who you really are
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False prophet, you're no God
I'm gonna sing it again
Till this whole falling apart world knows
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False prophet, you're no God
No God
No God of mine
You wanna steal away a lamb from his flock that's good and pure
Well, I won't throw my soul away
No, not over a devil like you
Someday forced to repent
Repent for your sins
You'll be forced to beg his forgivness on bended knee
Oh, I would't blame him if he ask me to sing
Ask me to sing to you
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False prophet, you're no God
I'm gonna sing it again
Till all turn away from your dark light
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False prophet, you're no God
I'm telling you now, false messiah
As I'm sending you away
Far, far away from me
Forget about it false messiah
'Cause you're not winning my soul this day, today
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False prophet, you're no God
I'm gonna sing it again
Till all your devil's lies are exposed
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False messiah, you're no God
Oh, oh no
You're no God
You're no God
You're no God
False messiah, you're no God

Friends are liars
Half of what your friends say to you,
Of you, are false.
Half of what your friends say to you,
Of your foes, are false.
They do so to remain your friends.

Friendship and enmity
Events may turn friends into enemies
And enemies into friends in due course.
The sweetest would be the bitterest and
The bitterest, the sweetest in relations.

Mind Games
Swaami Vivekaananda describes
the restless, vain, vindictive human mind
as monkey: agile, watchful, quick to move,
yet never quite at rest. And worse, we find -
intoxicated: selfish, full of pride,
that agile mind sent spinning into pain,
the boundless universe turned tiny box,
Man's measure never known. And worse again -
this cunning, drunken monkey's angry; stung
by his own scorpion bite: and so invents
his bitter enemies, their role assigned;
the human race divided by...our mind.
And thus the mindful Swaami with fine grace
reminds us - we're that godly human race...

We are not enemies but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic cords of memory shall swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of nature.

The Cross-Roads
Once more I write a line to you,
While darker shadows fall;
Dear friends of mine who have been true,
And steadfast through it all.
If I have written bitter rhymes,
With many lines that halt,
And if I have been false at times
It was not all my fault.
To Heaven’s decree I would not bow,
And I sank very low—
The bitter things are written now,
And we must let them go.
But I feel softened as I write;
The better spirit springs,
And I am very sad to-night
Because of many things.
The friendships that I have abused,
The trust I did betray,
The talents that I have misused,
The gifts I threw away.
The things that did me little good,
And—well my cheeks might burn—
The kindly letters that I should
Have answered by return.
But you might deem them answered now,
And answered from my heart;
And injured friends will understand
’Tis I who feel the smart.
But I have done with barren strife
And dark imaginings,
And in my future work and life
Will seek the better things.
