Numbered Days
Daisy
I never thought Id go
Crazy
But I never thought you so
Until now that I see
All the crazy things youre doing
Why you wanna ruin it
And me?
Counting numbered days
Lately
I think you know its true
Thats it
Its all over, Im through
For a while we can smile
For the people that were passing
And even if theyre asking
We can lie
Counting numbered days
Looks like the sun is gonna set
Know that theres nothing I regret
All the things that I learned
Well, Id like to think I earned it
No need to go and burn it down now
Counting numbered days
Counting numbered days

Miles End
Chinese symbols on his robe
Never gonna match up with that smile
He's wearing mostly black and gold
It's been twelve days
The longest for a while
He's been fortunate
He can't tell a lie
Redheads, blondes, brunettes
They all fall for his lines
He's been king now for so long
His days are numbered
Times have changed, so move along
The dream is over
Draped across Egyptian linen
Even Cleopatra casts an eye
A gossamer see-through zipped up tracksuit
Champagne bottle, ten o'clock on fire
He's been fortunate
He cannot deny
Jacuzzi baronet
With soap suds in his eyes
He's been king now for so long
His days are numbered
Times have changed, so move along
The dream is over
He's been king now for so long
His days are numbered
Times have changed, so move along
The dream is over
We've been waiting for so long
We think it's over

Forever the days...
Forever the days are numbered and cold,
As the years grow long, they are old.
Years are old, ancient, and godly.
They are gold, and are days that are nights.
What gold do you see in the days?
And what night is so golden that the black sky
Shines - the Moonlight.

Quit Wasting Time
Dont we go on living
Like our lives come with some kind
Of guarantee
Talking bout the future
Like well see tomorrows sunrise
Definitely
Got no time for love today
Dont notice love just seems to
Slip away
I dont want to end up thinking
About how it could have been
If our days were numbered
Tell me would you love me then
Could you say I love you
Would you let it go unsaid
Would we be wasting time
If our time was limited
Seems to me that we
Could treat each other so much
Better than we do
I dont want to wait
Till its too late to let you know that
I love you
Lets treat each day like its the last
Make up for the time we wasted in
The past
I dont want to end up thinking
bout how it could have been
If our days were numbered
Tell me would you love me then
Can you say I love you
Will you let it go unsaid
Lets quit wasting time
cause our time is limited

The days of our lives, for all of us, are numbered. We know that. And yes, there are certainly times when we aren't able to muster as much strength and patience as we would like. It's called being human.

I was sent to a school because my father was already aware that his days were numbered, and he was anxious for me to acquire a good education and follow in his footsteps.

Seen Him?
Caught in the middle of crime,
The thief waits for his next skill.
Your days are numbered like his,
But the days are too far away.
My thief worked all day, just all the way,
Always seeking money from the rich,
Gaining new food and tools for his protection.
The last sky was littered with food of his house,
The house was bitter with talk and losing.
He was a thief in the very sight, the thief.

Looking Ahead
I’ve been waiting
to speak with you.
To discuss our future,
and what we’ll do.
Will we be individuals
with freedom of choice,
or will we be together
with an identical voice?
Can you see a future
where we think as one,
or are our days numbered
and soon to be done?

The Love Of God The End Of Life
Since life in sorrow must be spent,
So be it--I am well content,
And meekly wait my last remove,
Seeking only growth in love.
No bliss I seek, but to fulfil
In life, in death, thy lovely will;
No succours in my woes I want,
Save what thou art pleased to grant.
Our days are numbered, let us spare
Our anxious hearts a needless care:
'Tis thine to number out our days;
Ours to give them to thy praise.
Love is our only business here,
Love, simple, constant, and sincere;
O blessed days, thy servants see,
Spent, O Lord! in pleasing thee!

The Book Of My Life
Let me watch by the fire and remember my days
And it may be a trick of the firelight
But the flickering pages that trouble my sight
Is a book I'm afraid to write
It's the book of my days, it's the book of my life
And it's cut like a fruit on the blade of a knife
And it's all there to see as the section reveals
There's some sorrow in every life
If it reads like a puzzle, a wandering maze
Then I won't understand 'til the end of my days
I'm still forced to remember,
Remember the words of my life
There are promises broken and promises kept
Angry words that were spoken, when I should have wept
There's a chapter of secrets, and words to confess
If I lose everything that I possess
There's a chapter on loss and a ghost who won't die
There's a chapter on love where the ink's never dry
There are sentences served in a prison I built out of lies.
Though the pages are numbered
I can't see where they lead
For the end is a mystery no-one can read
In the book of my life
There's a chapter on fathers a chapter on sons
There are pages of conflicts that nobody won
And the battles you lost and your bitter defeat,
There's a page where we fail to meet
There are tales of good fortune that couldn't be planned
There's a chapter on god that I don't understand
There's a promise of Heaven and Hell but I'm damned if I see
Though the pages are numbered
I can't see where they lead
For the end is a mystery no-one can read
In the book of my life
Now the daylight's returning
And if one sentence is true
All these pages are burning
And all that's left is you
Though the pages are number

My Country @51
Our sight is shallowed,
Our days are hallowed,
Our field is watered,
Our hopes are fluttered,
Our dreams are pampered,
Our wits are hampered,
Our days are numbered,
Our glory aslumbered,
Our voice may not count,
Our future is no doubt,
Our father land,
Our mother land,
Our country side
Our glorious tide,
United we stand,
Forever we bind.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY SWEET COUNTRY.

I made slow Riches but my Gain
843
I made slow Riches but my Gain
Was steady as the Sun
And every Night, it numbered more
Than the preceding One
All Days, I did not earn the same
But my perceiveless Gain
Inferred the less by Growing than
The Sum that it had grown.

Carrickfergus
I wished I had you in carrickfergus,
Only for nights in ballygrand,
I would swim over the deepest ocean,
The deepest ocean to be by your side.
But the sea is wide and I cant swim over
And neither have I wings to fly.
I wish I could find me a handy boatman
To ferry me over to my love and die.
My childhood days bring back sad reflections
Of happy days so long ago.
My boyhood friends and my own relations.
Have all passed on like the melting snow.
So Ill spend my days in endless roving,
Soft is the grass and my bed is free.
Oh to be home now in carrickfergus,
On the long road down to the salty sea.
And in kilkenny it is reported
On marble stone there as black as ink,
With gold and silver I did support her
But Ill sing no more now till I get a drink.
Im drunk today and Im rarely sober,
A handsome rover from town to town.
Oh but I am sick now and my days are numbered
Come all ye young men and lay me down.

In the Golden Age of Batman, I penciled, inked, and lettered my strip by myself.
Sonnet: People Look Already Punished?
The ones I see are already punished!
More punishment awaits more erring souls;
In many ways, they appear so famished,
And yet, they won't reset their sinful goals.
The ones I see have had their days of woes,
And more could come in life to them, of course;
They won't forgive their erring friends or foes;
Their boats of life move not, nor do their oars.
The ones I see do things in awful ways,
For sake of joy so transient and sinful;
For most of them numbered appear their days,
And only few learn to be more careful.
Our life on earth is meant for world thats next;
'Go live a life thats pure, ' says Maker's Text.

The Birthday Wish
In honoring the anniversary of your birth
I hope you'll be made aware of your life's worth,
That the sun will shine and skies be blue
And events relating to sadness will shy away from you.
This day will soon be numbered in the past,
I pray for you happiness that will forever last.
Respect from your children in an abundant supply
And many good friends that will never say good-bye.
That you'll always be in possession of good health,
These things being yours, You'll have much wealth.
When the days number less in the future than those left behind
I truly hope one day while reminiscing you'll happily find
A unique and pleasant memory or two
Form the days that have spent with you.

Angeleaka
My name is Angelleaka
I pee and cry
And pee and cry
I was made in Hong Kong
I am plastic
With squeaky leaky legs
My name is Angeleaka
My bladder does not exist
Don't ask me why
I'm just a doll
So I'm not being droll
I have a drink
Then pee and cry
No nappy change for me
No kind word or advice
Once I was a top dollar doll
Now they've downsized the brand reducedthe price,
No turning back!
Caroleaka squeaker has been flown in from Japan
She squeals and laughs and FARTS and CRAPS!
ORGANIC CRAP
my days are numbered
looking forward to the slumber
OF dry days and weeks
Without a weepy tear or sudden leak

Everyone Needs Someone
The days of the lonely are numbered ones.
They count them as they go.
They are days with dragged out moments
that always move too slow.
They don't look towards the future.
They don't want memories of the past.
They live out their teary moments
and pray they will not last.
Lonleliness is an affliction
that hits right at the heart.
It's palpable and painful
seeming never to depart.
Thoughts of why don't bring answers
for answers seem to lie
deep within a deep, dark hole
filled with a continuous sigh.
Some are lonely due to loss.
Some are closed up souls,
never open to friendship.
Some are hard to console.
Some come into the world this way.
These are the loners who've come to say
'I don't need others on any day.'
But when the day comes for them to leave
they now wish for someone to grieve.
