Silver And Gold
Silver, silver and gold
Silver and gold, silver and gold
Ev'ryone wishes for silver and gold
How do you measure its worth?
Just by the pleasure it gives here on earth.
Silver and gold, silver and gold
Mean so much more when I see
Silver and gold decorations
On ev'ry Christmas tree.
Silver, silver and gold
Silver, silver and gold
Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Silver and gold
Wise men brought gifts to the mange I'm told
Mary was humble to see
Shepherds and kings there on bended knees
It's silver and gold, silver and gold
Feeling the world with their lives
Silver and gold how they shimmer on ev'ry Christmas night
On ev'ry Christmas night
Silver, silver and gold

Terse Verse
Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
In my soul thou so give
And on its worth my life I live
Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
Love is a morsel of thine treasure
In one ounce is my immense pleasure
Terse little verse, gold from beauties purse
Sing like a muse
and in poetry fuse
my soul into verse from beauties purse

Silver Is Metal Used To Kill Demon Souls
gold gold is the fever metal
for the love of gold shining in their eyes
men resort to violent base morals
gold lust will turn men's
hearts to savage beasts
gold is not a beautiful metal
of salvation
curse of death men's
gold haunts
generations of men
silver silver is redemption metal
thirty pieces of silver payment
price for betrayal of prophet Christ
in blood of Christ
silver is granted power over evil
silver is metal
used to kill demon souls
silver not gold
is salvation metal
with power to slay evil

IF Only We Used Christian Resources
If you can read the Bible
And help others read it, too,
Or quote a sacred Scripture,
To share God's point of view,
Or preach a precious parable,
To give some folks a clue,
Then you are on God's road, my friend,
For these things Christ would do.
If you can paint a portrait,
Or sculpture from cold clay,
Or create a masterpiece
That pianists can play,
Or fashion silver and fine gold,
For crosses, so we pray,
Then you are on God's road, my friend,
Yes, you are on the Way...
If you can write a poem down
That Christians call sublime,
Or decorate a Christmas cake
Before that special time,
Or ring Church bells in unison
And harmonies that chime,
Then you are on God's road, my friend,
As you, to Heaven, climb...
If you, like other Christians, use
Resources God has blessed,
Spread revelations you can spare,
Worldwide - north, south, east, west,
Or open up your bank account
And tithe, your faith to test,
Then you are on God's road, my friend,
Where God's saints do their best!

Wealth Wont Save Your Soul
(e) as we journey along, on (a) lifes wicked (e) road,
So selfish are we, for silver and (b7) gold,
You can (e) treasure your wealth, your (a) diamonds and (e) gold,
But my friends it wont save, your (b7) poor wicked (e) soul.
For when God calls, from his home up on high,
To your earthly wealth, you must say goodbye,
Then its useless to you, if youve strayed from the fold,
For my friend it wont save your poor wicked soul.
The rich man like all, will be judged at that time,
But all of his wealth, will be left behind.
For no matter how much earthly wealth you get hold,
Well my friend it wont save, your poor wicked soul.
This verse on demo record only * * * * *
When the world is on fire, on that judgement day,
For all of our wrongs, then we must pay,
But the debt cant be paid, with silver and gold,
No friends it wont save, your poor wicked soul.

Olympics 2012
Flu Theory of Failure
In the Olympics year of twenty twelve
Flu took gold in Australia.
With gold on the chest of the flu,
Silver was the best we could do-
Thus Silver's Gold, not A Failure.
Boo Hoo Hoo
Peculiar to
Australia,
The sulphur-crested cockatoo.
Other white Australians,
The lot of them are aliens,
Silver is their hue,
Will be Sally's too.
With gold on the chest of the flu,
Silver's the best she can do-
Her silver is gold, not a failure.
Castaway
I learnt in the Laser Class race
What function at the coal face
You could possibly qualify for
By sailing an ironing board.
Say Tom Hanks had been able to do it:
he'd have been off the isle in a minute,
His wife wouldn't have gotten so bored,
And we'd've been spared an hour or four.

A virgin may travel alone at midnight and be safe, and a purse of gold dropped in the road at midday will never be stolen.
Take The Highway
See the stretching sun at dawning
Wipe the stardust from his eyes
Feel the morning breezes yawning
Telling me it's time to rise
Telling me it's time to rise
I was born to take the highway
I was born to chase a dream
Any road at all is my way
Any place is where i've been
Anything is what i've seen
Gambler's gold is made for squandering
Miser's silver is to hoard
My gold as the sky goes wandering
My silver is the drinking goard
My silver is the drinking goard
I was born to take the highway
I was born to chase a dream
Any road at all is my way
Any place is where i've been
Anything is what i've seen
I've skipped on concrete
Danced on cobbles
Stepped on pavement in the heat
I've seen where children crouched at marbles
Made chalk circles in the street
Found a penny at my feet
Found a penny at my feet
I was born to take the highway
I was born to chase a dream
Any road at all is my way
Any place is where i've been
Anything is what i've seen
Now i know a road that winds forever
Through the land the rainbows run
You cross the bridge from now till never
Take the first turn past the sun
Take the first turn beyond the sun
I was born to take the highway
I was born to chase a dream
Any road at all is my way
Any place is where i've been
Anything is what i've seen

A weeks end again
Another weeks end, may see a long lost friend
Monday comes too soon it seems
Searching for broken dreams
Can't take all this madness
I've had my share of sadness
So, today I will enjoy my day
Come what may
Tomorrow will bring it's own woes
Worry not, the silver lining may turn to gold
Hope for the hopeless dreamer, am I
Weaving dreams of silver and gold
Living and loving 'till I die

He that has no silver in his purse, should have silver on his tongue.
Bound No’th Blues
Goin’ down the road, Lawd,
Goin’ down the road.
Down the road, Lawd,
Way,way down the road.
Got to find somebody
To help me carry this load.
Road’s in front o’ me,
Nothin’ to do but walk.
Road’s in front of me,
Walk…an’ walk…an’ walk.
I’d like to meet a good friend
To come along an’ talk.
Hates to be lonely,
Lawd, I hates to be sad.
Says I hates to be lonely,
Hates to be lonely an’ sad,
But ever friend you finds seems
Like they try to do you bad.
Road, road, road, O!
Road, road…road…road, road!
Road, road, road, O!
On the no’thern road.
These Mississippi towns ain’t
Fit fer a hoppin’ toad.

Beyond All Dreams
Paradise Way is here to stay
Beyond all dreams of the Milky Way.
Beyond the moon, beyond the stars
Ruby with silver and gold is ours.
Ruby, silver and gold is the day
The day we meet down Paradise Way
In a brief and secret rendezvous
Without my darling, what would I do?
Friendship pure as a dove from above.
In you I trust ~ for it's you I love.
To feel your gentle arms around me
Ruby with silver and gold surround me.
Paradise Way is here to stay
Beyond all dreams of the Milky Way.
Beyond the moon, beyond the stars,
Ruby with silver and gold is ours.

Philosophers Stone
Out on the highways and the by-ways all alone
Im still searching for, searching for my home
Up in the morning, up in the morning out on the road
And my head is aching and my hands are cold
And Im looking for the silver lining, silver lining in the clouds
And Im searching for and
Im searching for the philosophers stone
And its a hard road, its a hard road daddy-o
When my job is turning lead into gold
He was born in the back street, born in the back street jelly roll
Im on the road again and Im searching for
The philosophers stone
Can you hear that engine
Woe can you hear that engine drone
Well Im on the road again and Im searching for
Searching for the philosophers stone
Up in the morning, up in the morning
When the streets are white with snow
Its a hard road, its a hard road daddy-o
Up in the morning, up in the morning
Out on the job
Well youve got me searching for
Searching for, the philosophers stone
Even my best friends, even my best friends they dont know
That my job is turning lead into gold
When you hear that engine, when you hear that engine drone
Im on the road again and Im searching for the philosophers stone
Its a hard road even my best friends they dont know
And Im searching for, searching for the philosophers stone

Golden Friendship
friends come
and friends go
some say
new friends
are silver
old friends
are gold
i say this is true
new friends
more precious
than silver
old friends
more valuable
than gold
a true friend comes
and never goes
friends are one
of many of
God's gifts
to all his children

I Have A Friend
I have a friend who cannot walk
I have a friend all he does is talk
I have a friend, Philippe is his name
I have a friend and we are just the same
I have a friend he’s seventeen years old
I have a friend who has a heart of gold
I have a friend who would catch me if I fall
It is only that he has no legs at all
I have a friend and when my friend was seven
A car ran over him and he almost went to heaven
I have a friend with a smile that I adore
I have a friend who lives in a house of four
I have a friend his family is his home
I have a friend who dreams of visiting Rome
I have a friend who is still finishing school
Yet some people tell him that for that he is a fool
I have a friend they say he is disabled
He has no legs and for that he is labeled
I have a friend who has a friend
They were made for each other; their love will never end
I have a friend who likes to name the stars
I have a friend and what he hates is cars
I have a friend who’s happier than you and me
I have a friend who’s shown me how happy I can be
I have a friend who’s had his bad times too
I have a friend who’s better than me and you
I have a friend so dear to me and kind
That another one like him I shall never find!

A Kingly Man
O Friend of always the right,
The clue of time is hidden in my purse;
Inside is also a great travel that I embark upon.
O Friend of mine, why is this?
It is inside the purse that lingers a shiny bauble,
A shiny ring, and it lets us journey the hills of space.
The Friend: O Little man, I seek a helper
To lift me into light, and majesty is all I can utter
As I am a king who needs no travels nor journey of rings.
O Friendly King, my love is an ornament for you,
And the light of the ring is more spacious,
So I may think the task too great for you.
The Friend: O Little man, I am not dazzled by your ring,
My jewels are with me, and my friends are not.
Your journey can never begin.
For this it is quarrel and fight,
And the king must leave his little friend.
To always call him his foe.
