Do You Want To Be Disturbed?
Do you want to be disturbed?
By your family
By your friend
By your relation
By unknown people
Do you want to be disturbed?
With their problem
With their need
With their worry
With their temptation
Do you want to be disturbed?
In inconvenient place
In unexpected moment
In weary condition
In mixed emotion
Do you want to be disturbed?
And will you be glad
And will you grumble
And will you ignore
And will you be generous
Do you want to be disturbed?
And still give your ears
And still give your hands
And still give your smile
And still give your hour

If I am no longer disturbed myself, I will deal less with disturbed people, but I don't regret having concerned myself with them because I think most of us are disturbed.

Close The Door
cos I'm the one who knows everyone bar ber que lungs
none of you know what I'm thinking
who on earth would believe a word that you say
your disturbed in a strange facinated way
your disturbed, I think your disturbed
I've told you once
to switch all the lights off
you never believe that
stay near the windowthe window
phone me at 3 or 4
close the door (1, 2, 3, 4)
phone me at 3 or 4
time for the math test
I come over to you, at your chair you face up
I reply politely stare back
back
I'm so backward
I almost forgot
why I'm sitting

It Is Just A Poem
what i write is just a poem
do not let it disturb you, they are just letters forming words
words forming a phrase
forming an idea to your mind as you read them
it is just a poem, it is just like a movie
let it not disturb you then, sleep and dream
but somehow if it has disturbed you, and you cannot stop it from
disturding you, then let yourself be disturbed and let yourself think
about it:
why are you disturbed?
now, it is not just a poem
it is me.

Without being disturbed
Without being disturbed
You are here
You appeared and you disappeared
You are not here to know
Summer winter happiness disaster.
Without being disturbed
You are here
Nobody is there to kill you
Nobody can kill you
The word kill is but a chill.

Love Of Pity Soars
When my wife interrupts
I get disturbed with irks.
When my child interrupts
I get disturbed for joy.
Love born of pity soars
Unlike love of commitment.

To be misunderstood can be the writer's punishment for having disturbed the reader's peace. The greater the disturbance, the greater the possibility of misunderstanding.

Animals Aren’t Criminals
Animals strike men when disturbed.
Men strike animals before disturbed.
Animals kill for food; men for sports too.
Among animals there is no criminal.

12 Years later In The Land Of Joy
The arrows of war!
12 years later in the land of joy!
But my red-burry nights are now disturbed by the bombs.
Where are the tombs to bury all these people? !
For this war is like my loneliness with my blue-burry nights;
But i was disturbed by the stray bullets! !
In the land of joy and in the land of love,
The land of joy is now bombarded here and there! !
And this looks like a hole where the lions went in,
But my mind still rests on all those years gone by.

Gee, Officer Krupkee
Salt-n-pepa, left eye, etc.
(appears on the songs of west side story)
Excuse me mr. officer
You think were bad, huh?
You wanna clean up the streets, huh?
Well you better put society in handcuffs
Ha ha, you got a hard job
Music by bernstein
Lyrics by sondheim
Im talkin bout west side story
Its before my time
Police sweat me like the sharks & the jets
Because I do what I does
So they wanna hit me
If you let me
Ill explain the game
Clear my name
And show you aint a damn thing changed
So dont criticize the way that I ball hey
This aint broadway
We learned it the hard way
Dear kindly sergeant krupke
You gotta understand
Its just our bringin upke
That gets us out of hand
Our mothers all are junkies
Our fathers all are drunks
Golly moses, naturally were punks
Gee, officer krupke
Were very upset
We never had the love
That every child oughta get
We aint no deliquents
Were misunderstood
Deep down inside us there is good
There is good!
There is good, there is good
There is untapped good
Like inside, the worst of us is good
You see, officer krupkee
You gotta have some compassion
You know, you always harrassin me
But what you dont understand is
I come from a broken home
My momma dont care about me
My daddy dont care about me
And you always gettin on my case
It aint me homeboy
Its society
Dear kindly judge, your honour
My parents treat me rough
With all their marijuana
They wont give me a puff
They didnt wanna have me
But somehow I was had
Leapin lizards, thats why Im so bad
Right! officer krupke
Youre really a square
This boy dont need a judge
He needs an analysts care
Its just his neurosis
That oughta be curbed
Hes psychologically disturbed
Hes disturbed!
Were disturbed, were disturbed
Were the most disturbed
Like were psychologically disturbed
We out of our minds you know what Im sayin
Yeah, because we got problems
Deep down inside
I aint got no analystic junk heap
And sit down on the couch
Then find out why Im disturbed
I know why Im disturbed
And you know what
I dont care
Cuz its just like that
And thats just how it is
You know what Im sayin
Thats the way it is
Crazy
Father is a bastard
My moms an s-o-b
My grandpas always plastered
My gramma pushes tea
My sister wears a moustache
My brother wears a dress
Goodness gracious, thats why Im a mess
Officer krupkee youre really a slob
This boy dont need a doctor
Just a good honest job
Society played him a terrible trick
And socialogically hes sick
We are sick!
We are sick, we are sick
We are sick sick sick
Like were sociologically sick
In other words
This is what happens when cousins marry
We are pendejo heads, inbred
Hey were like chicano forrest gumps
Dear kindly social worker
They say go earn a buck
Like be a soda jerker
Which means like be a schmuck
Its not Im antisocial
Im only antiwork
Glory osky, now thats why Im a jerk
Officer krupkee ya done it again
This boy dont need a doc
He needs a year in the pen
It aint just a question of misunderstood
Deep down inside, he aint no damn good
Im no good!
Were no good, were no good
Were no earthly good
Like the best of us is no damn good
The trouble is hes crazy
The trouble is he drinks
The problem is hes lazy
The trouble is he stinks
The trouble is hes growin
The trouble is hes grown
Krupkee weve got troubles of our own
Gee, officer krupkee
Were down on our knees
Cuz no one wants a fella
With a social disease
Gee, officer krupkee
What are we to do
Gee, officer krupkee
Krup you!

I Want You To Go, Please Go
please go now
it is dark and you need sleep
you are tired, you are disturbed, and i do not want to be the reason
for your disturbed feelings
leave me alone
i always have to suffer alone
it is my season of pain, it my turn to be miserable
i will be alone in this and you cannot be of help
no one can
it is me finally caught in my own world of loneliness
the world that i write about so many times described in all
my poems
please go now, i do not want to see a beautiful person like you crying
let there be no tears
and sobs
a gentleman like me still has dignity
let me have the honor, the opportunity to go in peace
to the world that i can no longer write and talk about
because it will be indescribable
because there i am no longer myself
but another being
perhaps with wings and with feelings which are so light
like floating and drifting clouds.

Too Snippy To A Snap Dragon
On my door,
Before the dawn awakens the dew...
You knock.
As if to be anticipated.
And I creep up to the window.
To take a peek at the creep,
Who disturbed my few hours of sleep.
And discover...
That 'creep' is you!
And sneaky with my peeking too,
Because I don't want to open my door...
To allow us to even speak.
My cup has runneth over...
From your drama you wish me to include.
You made it easy to stay away from you.
And not have my peace disturbed on purpose.
You made it easy to stay away from you.
And the conflicts you initiate to agitate.
But at this hour you have chosen,
I nor it...
Will be used to bait me to let you in,
To begin any scenes.
Especially the ones you choose to react,
As the main character.
With you biting off the head,
Of anyone who has had it.
And becomes,
Just a bit too snippy to a snap dragon.

This Living Earth Is Sick of Conflicts
There is going to be an end of violence.
With a silencing of disturbed minds burned.
Increased mental illnesses will afflict.
Evidence of that,
Now exists.
This living Earth is sick of conflicts.
And those 'experiments' that leech upon it!
Many are trying to find signs to depict the end.
And the ones in worship of the falsities of deities...
Have symbolized them in flesh,
And not in 'spirits' that oversees all of their misdeeds!
There is going to be an end of violence.
With a silencing of disturbed minds burned.
Increased mental illnesses will afflict.
Evidence of that,
Now exists.
And yet there are those...
Believing they command and control,
The outcome!

Aren't You All Neighbors?
If I consume more than my neighbor,
And squander my feeding at their expense...
To then expect for them to remain silent,
As they pay more for the construction of my fence.
Or the fixing of cracks on pavements I travel,
Without my offering a single cent.
Why should I be disturbed by their nonsense?
Yet I am the first to advocate the raising of rents,
To keep certain 'elements' away from me and distanced.
Should I get upset the request I pay higher taxes,
On my property that has been re-assessed?
Since I am more accustomed to live high on the hog,
While others around me find it difficult to live on less?
'But...
Aren't you all neighbors?
And aren't you all sharing the same amenities offered? '
I am a conservative.
I am not one of those 'liberals' seeking a hand-out.
I am entitled to be served.
'But...
Aren't you all neighbors?
And aren't you all sharing the same amenities offered? '
I am a conservative.
I am not one of those 'liberals' seeking a hand-out.
I am entitled to be served.
If I consume more than my neighbor,
And squander my feeding at their expense...
To then expect for them to remain silent,
As they pay more for the construction of my fence.
Why should I be disturbed by their nonsense?
'But...
Aren't you all neighbors? '
Why should I be disturbed by their nonsense?

Men are disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them.
The Puppy and Me
A puppy was next door; I poured all my love.
The puppy grew warm, her tail wagging a little,
That made me warm, my spirit in glow.
Out of sight she went, yet threw her glances,
That made her absence a balm, not a scar.
That day she turned her back, her tail drooping,
That killed my spirit; I am free of sore.
A viewer lost the vision of a dancer
When the light failed. He is disturbed.
A listener lost the voice of a singer
When the mike went off. He is disturbed.
When the performer herself is off
The stage, with no third force to disturb,
The audience simply vacates the place.
I love the puppy for her pleasure;
I leave it when it loses pleasure.
