A thorn pierces young skin more quickly than old.

A thorn that pierces the toe should be burned by the light of a new moon lest the devil possess the foot.
Thorn In My Side
Thorn in, my side.
And you live just to pull me down.
Rusted, nail I stepped on.
This infection.
Thorn in my side.
Youre full,
I think so,
of anger.
You need to sit down,
stay down.
The things you, want but dont get.
Is that fair, I dont think so.
A sure thing, you can count, on.
A big depression.
A thorn in my side.
Youre full,
I think so,
of anger.
You need to.
Your praise, is two faced,
And youre,
youre cut down,
my friend.
Cut Down.
(One, two, three, four by Sergio Vega)
A thorn in my side, thorn in.
A thorn in my side, thorn in.

Psychopath
Slowly...fall the tears on me!
Slowly...leave the mercy out!
Trembling skin/ Sweating body
Dying groan/ Twisted mind!
Quickly...opening her legs
Quickly...rise high the knife!
Trembling skin/ Sweating body
Dying groan/ Twisted mind!
Psychopath!
Quickly... bleeding on the mist
Quickly...butchering her!
Slowly...coming in her face
Slowly...leave the mercy out!
Trembling skin/ Sweating body
Dying groan/ Twisted mind!
Psychopath!

Thorn and Hate
there is heart springs thorn
there is growth of hate
you plant the thorn
you sow seed of hate
will you cultivate the thorn
or fertilize that hate
I don't want to harvest thorn
you cause me to hate
my heart's never gone from thorn
you always add that hate

Only One Horrible Thorn
I like to cry and throw a fit
Even the dark day I was born
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
I did not like people around
I would sit, curse at them and scorn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
My heart could never feel the love
Deep inside I felt sad and torn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
People still tried to get close to me
I would open my mouth and warn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
I will never show a smile
This is an oath that I have sworn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn
But the day will come, I will die
Then haunt people after they mourn
I am a sad and drooping rose
With only one horrible thorn

Why blame the thorn?
Why blame the thorn
the rose needed it..
when a bud
to protect from plucking hands
when blossomed
safe from suckling bands
the rose slept
while the thorn crept
wildly adept
upon the petalling fingers
when the rose aged
and sees no reason
for the thorn's missions
now the rose
ready to free
from the plant
and adorn the world
hates the thorn
that accompanies it.

A highly valuable chain of thoughts
HAD cigarettes no ashes,
And roses ne'er a thorn,
No man would be a funker
Of whin, or burn, or bunker.
There were no need for mashies,
The turf would ne'er be torn,
Had cigarettes no ashes,
And roses ne'er a thorn.
Had cigarettes no ashes,
And roses ne'er a thorn,
The big trout would not ever
Escape into the river.
No gut the salmon smashes
Would leave us all forlorn,
Had cigarettes no ashes,
And roses ne'er a thorn.
But 'tis an unideal
Sad world in which we're born,
And things will 'go contrairy'
With Martin and with Mary:
And every day the real
Comes bleakly in with morn,
And cigarettes have ashes,
And every rose a thorn.

It is easy to pull a thorn out of someone else's skin.

There was an Old Lady whose folly
Induced her to sit in a holly:
Whereupon by a thorn
Her dress being torn,
She quickly became melancholy.

My Babel Tower
Silver raindrops, the sky cries
On this mirror maze,
Lonely I feel, even if
My reflections are all around me,
Sad and empty inside,
Building a Babel tower,
With these mirror bricks!
The gods fight me,
Sending down a storm,
I fall...
And so does my tower of dreams...
Shards of mirror,
Shards of my reflection, in my skin...

I Couldn’t Be More Happy Than If I Was Dead!
You kiss my hair
& my hair is happy.
You kiss my skin
& my skin is happy.
You kiss
even the littlest bit
of me
& I
am
happy.
You kiss
my fingertips
and my little toe
is at once
envious
says: “Quick...quick
kiss me too! ! ! ”
You kiss my little toe
and my fingertips are instantly jealous.
“Quickly! Quickly! ”
they say
“Kiss us again! ”
You kiss
my lips
and my heart
is happiness.
My soul
swoons.
I couldn’t be
more happy
than if i was dead
and in Heaven
itself!

The Village Education
I love village education more than alphabet education
In my cerebrum, its higher than mountains
In my vein, its deeper than Oceans
It doesn’t requires literacy and numeracy skills
Only a grandma grandpa – storyteller to sit with
Seeds around the fire in evening in wet season on mates
Skins in dry season and narrates fairy stories, legends, fables, proverbs, songs, riddles, taboos, rituals and customs.
At night this oral literature pierces the mind with bitterness
As sixteen inch thorn pierces the foot.
At daytime it penetrates out of mind with sweetness
As honey touch the tongue.
In this oral literature, the thoughts and actions of animals are
My torch at daytime.
In this oral education, the thoughts and actions of elders are walking stick of my youth.
An ignorant child of village education is short-shorter to him self / herself shorter to myself.
An ignorant adult of his/ her culture is short- short
To himself/ herself, shorter to other

Pierces Third Eye In Beams Of Light
inspiration of an inspired moment
counted in sunlight grains of sand
inspiration in split instant moment
pierces third eye in beams of light
pierces blue sky in genius of ages
shines on set sun dial of creativity
butterfly metamorphosis a nativity
starlight birth witnessed by angels

the boots of modern America,
are made of black skin, Native American skin,
poor white trash skin, migrant worker skin,
unemployed skin, homeless skin,
prisoner poverty street skin....

Mean People
They stick like glue
Although what they say isn't true
You believe it and it sticks
It hurts
Like a thorn
And the skin that is hurt
Is the skin of your emotions
The blood that trickles are your tears
Your happiness flows away
And anger rushes in
You try to hold back the tears
You sit and think if what they said was true
If your glasses really make you a nerd
Or just because you don't like the sight of blood makes you a wuss
But remember this
Don't believe it
Don't think about it
And most certainly
Don't cry about it

The Rose
In my hand I held the rose
As I would a woman dear,
Within my fingers I held it tight
As I wished it would not disappear.
From the touch, sight and beauty that I knew,
When the kiss of beauty, once had blew.
I held the rose as I would a love
As I had held in memory and thought,
And then the rose I could not let go
For the same as a lover, she became my soul.
The stem became the body and the petals became the skin,
Then I held her lightly, within the wind.
The rose held me, as I had held her
The two of us had become one
Then the act of God had prevailed that day
For he commanded the wind to take the rose away.
And towards the heavens She had flew,
As though to join the love that I once had knew.
In my hand there laid a thorn
Though to remind me of the sting of death,
So upon the Earth, I then laid the thorn
So love of life could again be reborn.
I buried the thorn as you would a dream,
Knowing never again, will it be seen.

7 Weeks
Go
So your still the same, there's nothing left in me
Do you really think that we could save this?
Now get off your feet and really do something
Do you really think it matters anyway?
You said that we were fine, your lying all this time
Your the thorn that's in my side
7 weeks go by, it's so hard to say goodbye
Take your thorn
Take your pills so you can feel more of this and more of me
Don't shut that door in my face
Do you really it matters?
Do you really think it matters anyway?
You said that we were fine, your lying all this time
Your the thorn that's in my side
7 weeks go by, it's so hard to say goodbye
Take your thorn out of my side
My side, my side
Take your thorn out of my side
My side, my side
Take your thorn out of my side
You said that we were fine, your lying all this time
Your the thorn that's in my side
7 weeks go by, it's so hard to say goodbye
Take your thorn out of my side

Go

The hot hot sun
The hot hot sun
bakes
my skin skin skin
irksome infants
make
a din din din
could get under
my skin skin skin.
No
take a breath
a deep belly breath
let your diaphragm do the work
vorsprung durch inhallation
the oxygen bubbles into my blood
the heat touches my
bones
my mind absorbs those mutual benefits
slows, calms, immersed a gentle euphoria
and the warmth of the breeze embraces
I feel the joy joy joy
of the sun sun sun
on my skin skin skin
on this hot hot day!
