I object to being told that I am saving daylight when my reason tells me that I am doing nothing of the kind... At the back of the Daylight Saving scheme, I detect the bony, blue-fingered hand of Puritanism, eager to push people into bed earlier, and get them up earlier, to make them healthy, wealthy, and wise in spite of themselves.

When The Daylight Comes
(ian hunter)
Oo-oo-oo, oo-oo-oo, ooooo
Oo-oo-oo, oo-oo-oo, ooooo
Sweet woman whats your name?
You smell as fresh as the rain
Instead of leaving you came
Let me feel your hair
A light shines in your eyes
The hungry years are so nice
Shadows shake in the lamplight
No writer could explain
But when the daylight comes
But when the daylight comes
But when the daylight comes
Ill be on my way
Oo-oo-oo, oo-oo-oo, ooooo
Oo-oo-oo, oo-oo-oo, ooooo
Oo-oo-oo, oo-oo-oo, ooooo, yeah!
Please share my bed and I swear
That I wont touch you nowhere
Just need your warmth and your care
Dont wanna mess around
And when the daylight comes
Yeah when the daylight comes
Oh when the daylight comes
Ill be on my way
Yeah when the daylight comes
Yeah when the daylight comes
Yeah when the daylight comes
Ill be on my way
But theres a song in the air
And it knows that youre there
cause its making me share
You with my life
I know I know I know that
I want to weave you in words
Want to paint you in verse
Want to leave you in someone elses dreams
It seems the only way, hey!
I can thank you, thank you baby
Some people say that were sinners
Some people say that were winners
We make good gossip at dinners
They try to pin us down
But when the daylight comes
Yeah when the daylight comes
Oh when the daylight comes
Ill be on my way
Yeah when the daylight comes
Yeah when the daylight comes
Oh when the daylight comes
Well be on my way
(repeat and fade)

Daylight
All of the nights when the light was low and day seemed so far away
Darkness was endless and i kept seeing ghosts turn in shades of grey
I wanted to see things just the way they used to be
Don't want those shadows hanging over me
Daylight, i wanna see daylight
Wanna see daylight that shines all around
Daylight, i wanna see clear blue light
Wanna see daylight that shines all around
Hours and hours in towers on the back road of tragedy
Voices are calling and fingers come on crawling all over me
Then when i sit up and my hands begin to shake
Suddenly there i see the dawn break
Only one thing keeping me sane, oh

Saving Grace
If you find it in your heart, can I be forgiven?
Guess I owe you some kind of apology.
Ive escaped death so many times, I know Im only living
By the saving grace thats over me.
By this time id-a thought I would be sleeping
In a pine box for all eternity.
My faith keeps me alive, but I still be weeping
For the saving grace thats over me.
Well, the death of life, then come the resurrection,
Wherever I am welcome is where Ill be.
I put all my confidence in him, my sole protection
Is the saving grace thats over me.
Well, the devils shining light, it can be most blinding,
But to search for love, that aint no more than vanity.
As I look around this world all that Im finding
Is the saving grace thats over me.
The wicked know no peace and you just cant fake it,
Theres only one road and it leads to calvary.
It gets discouraging at times, but I know Ill make it
By the saving grace thats over me.

Never Had A Lot To Lose
I dont need no money, honey
Fortune and fame
cause I got all the riches, baby
That one man can claim
So take off your coat and close the door
Forget about your pride
Im not afraid of falling down
Or staying up all night
Youre gonna see it my way now
Dont try to bring me down
My lifes a circus, an insane chain of circumstances
I never had a lot to lose
I never let it slow me down
I never had a lot of love now, honey
Never had a lot to lose
I cant explain the time it takes
To make you understand
I know youll get to like it
If you only get the chance
I hope I get some time tonight
To see you comin round
What can I give you in return
For one night on the town
(chorus)
But not till daylight, not till daylight, not to daylight
Daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight, daylight
I tried to tell you
Its a pain you cant hide
My lifes a circus
An isane chain of circumstances
I never had a lot of love
I never had too much money
I never let it slow me down now, honey
I never had a lot to lose

Prayin For Daylight
(steve bogard/rick giles)
Ive got the lights turned up
The door is locked, the bedroom tvs on
Doing the only thing that gets me through the night
Since youve been gone
Prayin for daylight, waiting for that morning sun
So I can act like my whole life aint going wrong
Baby come back to me, I swear Ill make it right
Dont make me spend another lonely night
Prayin for daylight
(prayin for daylight)
I made a bad miscalculation
Betting you would never leave
cause if youre getting on with your new life.
Then where does that leave me
Prayin for daylight, waiting for that morning sun
So I can act like my whole life aint going wrong
Baby come back to me, I swear Ill make it right
Dont make me spend another lonely night
Prayin for daylight
(prayin for daylight)
Prayin for daylight
(prayin for daylight)
Prayin for daylight
Hoping that I didnt wait too long
(I didnt wait too long)
That this is just the dark before the dawn
Deep in my heart I know
That you love me as much as I love you
And that you must be lying somewhere
Looking up to heaven too
Prayin for daylight, waiting for that morning sun
So I can act like my whole life aint going wrong
Baby come back to me, I swear Ill make it right
Dont make me spend another lonely night
Prayin for daylight
(prayin for daylight)
Prayin for daylight, waiting for that morning sun
So I can act like my whole life aint going wrong
Baby come back to me, I swear Ill make it right
Dont make me spend another lonely night
Prayin for daylight
(prayin for daylight)
Prayin for daylight
I dont want to spend another lonely night
I dont want to spend another lonely night
(prayin for daylight)
Prayin for daylight
I dont want to spend another lonely night
Oooo, oooo, oooo, oooo, oooo
Prayin for daylight

All Things Are Simply Possible, Just By God's Saving Grace!
I aimed to accomplish one thing,
But turned to be yet another;
I thought I was unfit in life,
But God brought me out of all strife.
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I travelled by a road I chose;
It led me to an alien place;
I thought I had a blunder done;
God gave me timely rain and sun!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I felt awful and depressed oft,
And life had turned quite meaningless;
To God, I cried in despair, ‘Lord! '
My strength returned reading His Word!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I saw the modern world of man,
Afilled by sin and wickedness;
I felt like asking God, ‘But why? '
Hope filled my heart anew from sky!
All things are simply possible,
Just by God's saving grace!
I found all earthly life futile,
And wished from heart to earlier die!
But God renewed my spirits high,
And made my earthly stay worthwhile!
All things are simply possible,
But by God's saving grace!

Save, secure, savour!
Lets see in today’s world,
all worried about a good financial formula.
Felt like running against time,
thinking of saving huge amount prior to retirement!
Competing with colleagues,
if their investments; really the better plans than mine.
Assuming an ideal situation only if i got little earlier,
all saving incomes with incredible interest’ would sound awesome!
Saving should be in that leading institute which already,
has been awarded as 5 star fund mutually.
Considering all that risk factors of net asset value,
in market but strongly there’s an assurance of capital returns!
Now, start dreaming about after retirement,
no doubt, it could be a unique holidays with the family.
But there won’t be such amazing holidays,
cause suddenly a consciousness comes about family’s future security!
It would be more better if i save a little more,
since i have been saving throughout my whole working life.
Let my family & this world shall know that i am capable of saving,
such huge fund just to secure their (family’s) future!
It goes like this all of my life,
I worked hard on saving for future securities.
Then it keeps on continuing until i die and finally admitted myself
that i save all that i can for my family, so i’m ready to leave this world peacefully…!

Daylight Katy
She walks be the sea where the seaworld is
And she waits for the man to come
She lives in town with her high-heeled friends
And she knows its a long way down
But she doesnt have to get up in the morning
With her hair so soft and long
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home
She walks to the sea where the seaweed is
Where the rust and the dirt runs deep
She lives nine lives in her midnight world
While her old mans fast asleep
And she doesnt have to get up in the mornin
With her hair so soft and long
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home
She lives by the sea when the summer wind comes
And the sea dont mind at all
She talks to the sea when the sea runs wild
And the waves run steep and tall
And she doesnt have to get up in the mornin
With her hair so soft and long
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home
Daylight katy come on
Daylight katy come on
If you cant follow me down
Daylight katy go home

Daylight
(sung by chorus)
Daylight over the village green early in the morning.
Daylight over the hills and valleys heralding the morning.
Daylight over the mountains, daylight on the village green,
Daylight over the field and the factories.
Another night has gone away and here comes yet another day.
See the early morning risers walking round with bleary eyes.
Worn out housewives grit their teeth ignoring new born babies cries.
Look at all the busy people this way, that way, everywhere
Biting toast and swallowing tea and breakfast specials on the air.
Feel that daylight.
Feel the sunlight on my pillow and it stops my yawing.
I thank God that Im still around to see another dawn in.
Daylight over the valleys, daylight lighting up the trees,
Daylight over the hillside,
Smile a smile and sing a song, another night has been and gone.
Middle-aged bankers crack their backs and wish they were young and in their teens,
Lonely spinsters dream of dating roger moore or steve mcqueen.
Health fanatics in their attics training for the empire games,
School boys dream of captain scarlet, battle ships and aeroplanes.
Feel that daylight, daylight.
Daylight on the village green,
Daylight,
Field and the valleys,
Daylight.

Daylight savings time (an urban myth?)
Daylight savings time
Daylight savings time has been with us
For many and many years now
It’s time that someone has told us
About the where, the why and about the how
Where the heck do they put it?
Once they’ve saved all this light
And how in the heck do they move it about?
Do they move the light in the dark of the night?
Do they move it in light pickups?
Which would seem most apropos
Or does it require heavy trucks?
Because a lot of light is heavy, you spose’?
Where is this place where all this light is stored
There must be a place that one can find
But don’t try to find it, to you, this I implore
if you do, wear good shades, so’s not to go blind
There’s something silly about this saving light
Seems like a prank, someone would do as a lark
So could someone please enlighten me,
I feel totally left out in the dark

Back To Home..
How far and wide we travel,
Our heart is always at home.
How great and small we are,
Our heart yearns for the known.
How healthy and weak we feel,
Our heart looks for our folks,
Wherever we go and whatever we do,
We have to be back, to home.
Nothing wrong to be alone,
But we can't be on our own.
When we are the members of the societies,
How do we say that we are alone?
When healthy we can stay alone,
When wealthy, we may stay alone,
When we are ill, we need people,
When we are poor, we need people,
Nothing wrong in staying alone,
When we are healthy, wealthy and confident,
Everything will be wrong,
When we are ill, broke and insecure,
When we avoid the people,
When we are healthy, wealthy and confident,
They will certainly avoid us,
When we are ill, broke and insecure,
but the family that stay at home,
waiting for you to welcome,
Wherever we go and whatever we do,
We have to be back, to home.

California Blue
Roy orbison
Working all day and the sun dont shine
Trying to get by and Im just killing time
I feel the rain fall the whole night through
Far away from you california blue
California blue dreaming all alone
Nothing else to do california blue
Everyday I pray Ill be on my way
Saving love for you california blue
One sunny day, Ill get back again
Somehow, someway but I dont know when
California blue california blue
Living my life with you on my mind
Thinking of things that I left far behind
Its been so long doing all I can do
To get back to you california blue
California blue dreaming all alone
Nothing else to do california blue
Everyday I pray Ill be on my way
Saving love for you california blue
One sunny day Ill get back again
Somehow, someway but I dont know when
California blue california blue
Still missing you california blue
Still missing you california blue
Still missing you california blue

Let It Drop
You were married at eighteen and,
You had your first child at nineteen;
But you were divorced at twenty!
So try to learn from your mistakes in this world.
Let it dry on me and let me learn from your mistakes,
With interactions and experiences to guide me on;
For it is the passionate love of nature tha draws me to you,
And like what occurred to you in those days.
Genetic disposition,
The first was like a lion!
But i am here to heed to your demand,
And like a quality sounds-system playing love tunes.
There are twelve hours with the daylight,
But you were married earlier and divorced earlier too!
So take a graphic details about your past and,
Learn more from your pelvic exercises.
Let it dropp and let me learn,
For the Golden Stool is a symbol of deity;
But this early divorce should rather teach you for the better,
For you are still young.

Blue Bayou
I feel so bad Ive got a worried mind
Im so lonesome all the time
Since I left my baby behind on blue bayou
Saving nickels, saving dimes, working till the sun dont shine
Looking forward to happier times on blue bayou
Im going back some day come what may to blue bayou
Where you sleep all day and the catfish play on blue bayou
All those fishing boats with their sails afloat if I could only see
That familiar sunrise through sleepy eyes, how happy Id be
Go to see my baby again
And to be with some of my friends
Maybe Id be happy then on blue bayou
Im going back some day, gonna stay on blue bayou
Where the folks are fine and the world is mine on blue bayou
Oh, that girl of mine by my side the silver moon and the evening tide
Oh, some sweet day gonna take away this hurtin inside
Ill never be blue, my dreams come true on blue bayou

Saving Grace
Without direction I walk the night
I was alone in a single beam of light
One glance and you changed my blues
To a prism of light
A thousand hues
Now I must climb to the rainbows arc
Who knows I might find a halo for your heart
Whenever I'm lost for words
And my whole world is falling apart
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
I find hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
My saving grace
I fought the world with a restless heart
Kept my emotions locked away in the dark
Then you came to build me up
When this world could only tear me apart
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
And I find hiding place in your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
For the rest of your life
You can count on me
To never let you down
When you whisper to me
You give me strength to believe that I can hold on
Somehow
You are my saving grace
You are the light of a love everlasting
I find a hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
You are my light and my love everlasting
And I find a hiding place
In your arms
My one and only
Saving grace
My saving grace....
My saving grace

Kill The President
In a world without leaders
Whod start all the wars?
The world that your saving
Will always be yours
Kill the president
Listen to the voice of reason
Unify with that single line
Stop the man with the power
Of the goverment
A leaders not the center
Of democracy
In a world without leaders
Whod make people starve?
The world that were saving
Will always be ours
Everyone says
Well maybe Ill make a difference
Thinking theyve got plenty of time
But youre squezed
A little tighter everyday
Finished before you can commit a crime
In a world without leaders
Whod start all the wars?
The world that your saving
Will always be yours
Kill the president
Listen to the voice of reason
Unify with that single line
Stop the man with the power
Of the goverment
A leaders not the center
Of democracy
America
All of your eminies
Come from within
But you lash out so
It is seen
Like some frightened child
In an angry world
Or the fall of rome
Your demise comes
From your own hands
In a world without leaders
Whod start all the wars?
The world that your saving
Will always be yours
In a world without leaders
We might have a chance
But well never see it
As long as theres
