What Left My Throat Dry?
Inexcusable crime
And incurable disease
Of the last century
Left my throat dry
Without water wetted my wings
Without sickle tied my legs
I lost my peace in the din
A fish in the water without a fin.

She got high class,
She rides around in a cut down chevy machine.
Her eyes are plate glass,
