Luxury is no longer displayed in buildings and external decorations. The carriages are plain, while the servants are less numerous, the fine clothes out of fashion, expensive horses are no longer kept, diamonds are at a discount, and jewellery has fallen into discredit.

Fine
A lovers quarrel
Death by a shotgun barrel
With a cleaning solution the instruments are made sterile.
A hairy situation.
Like a plastic surgeon.
Rewriting the expression.
In both the date and time.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in its desperate pleas.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in its desperate pleas.
Changing my identity
Becoming that man I never use to be
With all niceties, and pleasantries wrapped in a little bow tie.
I don't even know how I survived.
Some thought I would have committed suicide.
But my drive just wouldn't let me.
Well, Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in its desperate pleas.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in its desperate pleas.
A murders escape.
A mind debates.
With shouts of hate.
How can you? Just how can you?
Emotional distress.
In all this I digest the worthiness
Worthless I've been called.
I can still hear you every night I dream.
No sound sleep, not for me.
The way you made it seem.
My fault, the living breathing scapegoat
Is it not real enough?
Well, Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in its desperate pleas.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in it desperate pleas.
Now I stand upon the darkness
Ready to leap in.
All for you my friend.
Even though my wounds have yet to mend.
It matters not in the end.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in it desperate pleas.
Now its fine
Now its fine.
Fine as fine can be.
I no longer need you and you no longer need me.
Can you hear the anger scream.
Reaching out for mercy in it desperate pleas.

Valentine day...no longer sweet
No longer am I…
Someone’s valentine
And no longer…
Is there… one of mine
No longer do
My emotions pine
And wither upon
Capricious Cupid’s vine
And sadly…with all this
I no longer miss
Yes…with all of this
I’m fine and dandy
But what I truly miss
Of valentine bliss
Is that now…no longer
Do I get any candy

Come To Think Of Them
beggars wearing
white robes
and large diamond
ring in their
middle fingers
by the authority
of God
they live all
in luxury
tax free
robbers wearing
fine, expensive suits
accorded accolades
and reaping honors
from plain
juan de la cruz
invoking the authority
of your state
holy and honorable
in their respective
thrones all built
by the bricks and
limestones of
our ignorance and
gullibility
we are the people
and we are the kings
and yet we look so
miserable living
miserable in poverty
in sickness in death
we sew the white robe
and the fine suit and
let them wear them
as we take and thrive
on tattered clothes
and listen to our rattling bones

I've always worn jewellery but for a time it went out of fashion. Like grungy and punk bands didn't wear jewellery because it was stupid.
I Am No Longer
i am no longer the girl who sits alone
i am no longer the girl without a friend
i am no longer the girl with the knife
i am no longer the girl who looks at sorrow
i am no longer the girl seeking out missery
i am no longer the girl who hates her life
i am no longer the girl wanting everything to end
i am still the girl that is unknown
i am still the girl that follows
i am still the girl thats vile
i am no longer the girl without a smile
i am still the girl who seeks
i am no longer the girl making her life bleak
i am no longer the girl with depression
i am still the girl who seeks affection
i am no longer the girl whos not fun
i am no longer the girl who runs
but those who seek shall find

When My Love
When the sun is a burnt out star,
when the moon is no longer the moon,
when near is as near as afar
when snow flakes fail to flake
when rain no longer rains,
when bee’s no longer have wings,
when the Robin never sings,
when diamonds shatter like glass,
when fields have no green grass,
when Chopin’s etudes no longer sooth senses,
when all races live as one with no fences
when the eagle fails to soar high in the sky.
when a baby can no longer cry,
when a mother can turn a blind eye,
when magic turns black days to blue,
Then, and only then
will i stop loving you,
if i can.

Am I Awake?
Am I awake?
What time is it?
When I get through this day,
Can someone tell me how
And how much longer now?
Am I awake?
The coffee's cold,
Did I forget to drink it yet?
Did I forget?
My clothes are wet
I dont remember drinking it
When I get throught this part,
Will the next one be the same?
Will i be wondering if I'm awake?
These are the not the clothes
I had on when I went to bed
And something else besides my hand is grooving from my head
And when I close my eyes it looks the same
As when I opened them again.
Am I awake?
What time is it?
Is it that time again?
Wasnt it already then
So does it has to be that time it was again
When I get through this day,
Can someone tell me how
And how much longer now?
Am I awake?
Am I awake?(echo)
When I get thru this day,
Can someone tell me how
And how much longer now?
Am I awake?
When I get thru this day,
Can someone tell me how
And how much longer now?
Am I awake?

Unwanted
Handbags and purses which have a dodgy zip.
An old china mug with a massive great chip.
Clothes which are now all bobbled and holed,
With their colours faded, where once they were bold.
New clothes unworn, which are still in their pack,
And others, fresh off the rail, with labels still attached.
A skirt which is old and no longer quite fits.
T-shirts with sweat patches under the arm pits!
But expensive designer wear is given away too.
Books, which are still in the chart, they're so new,
While others are discoloured and all dog-eared;
All topics are covered: the wonderful and weird.
Shoes with their heels all scuffed and worn down.
Belts, whose owner's waists, they now won't fit round.
Double CDs, which are missing one of their discs.
Jigsaw puzzles, which have one of their pieces amiss.
Fluffy, soft toys, which are still sporting their tags.
Old Queen Elizabeth II coronation souvenir mags.
Ornate and plain vases made of pottery or glass.
All types of jewellery - the array is so vast.
All stock is sorted by volunteers at the charity shop.
Donations keep coming, so the staff never stop.
Unsaleable items are recycled or thrown away,
With only the very best stuff, being allowed to stay.
So, you may very well pick up a bargain in-store,
Or spot something which you've never seen before.
Charity shops are just like an Aladdin's cave,
But would be nothing, if kind people never gave.

You Are No Longer There!
I no longer hold you like I held you
When I held you...
I no longer want to...in my mind.
I no longer see you like I see you
When I saw you...
I no longer do that, with my time!
Lemonade kisses I licked we onced shared,
I don't even want them anymore...I'm full!
I no longer miss you like I missed you
When missing you...
It's no longer an issue to be defined!
Too messy...
'I no longer love you? ' Bring myself to love you?
Could you bring me peace of mind instead of puzzles
Of your pain...again? That pain...AGAIN? ..NO! '
I no longer hold you like I held you...
Enfolded holding you,
I no longer want to...in my mind!
I no longer see you,
Like I saw you when we met!
I no longer do that...
You're no longer there!
And I have no regrets!

All That I Have Left
The Apostle Paul recommended women should
not seek beauty in hairstyles, ornaments, jewellery
and expensive clothes, true beauty lies in character;
I say: Thank you, the hairstyle is easily done due to
the thin feathers on my head, as for the clothes
I have to wear something, the clothes I have is ugly
enough - I cannot find pretty clothes in my size - and
now I find none that fits, neither pretty or ugly; at least
Paul said clothing is required, my only option is to mail-
order a burka as the clothes in our Western shops
Are an unqualified flop - for me at least, I comply with
the requirements for looking ugly; working on character
is all that I have left - Paul, you did not recommend
anything, you simply stated the state of affairs!

How do you know it’s not a hand
It no longer takes your hand
It no longer strokes your hair
It no longer touches your lips
No longer waves hellos and goodbyes
No longer types a message for you
All it does is close your eyes

How Much Longer
I'm stuck
Inside
Can't get this done wish I could hide
This scene is really such a pain
I just
Can't see
How this is any use to me
This work is drivin' me insane
All I really want is to get away (can anybody tell me)
How much longer
Till I'm done
How much longer
Wanna feel the sun
How much longer
I can't wait
How much longer until I can play that game
It's on
My mind
I think I'm runnin out of time
This weight is more than I can take
That clock
Is slow
It's never gonna let me go
This time I need more than just a break
All I really want is to get away (can anybody tell me)
How much longer
Till I'm done
How much longer
Wanna feel the sun
How much longer
I can't wait
How much longer until I can play that game
How much longer
Till I'm done
How much longer
Wanna feel the sun
How much longer
I can't wait
How much longer until I can play that game
And here I go again (and here I go again)
Wondering when (when)
I can have my time to play
(Can anybody tell me)
(Can anybody, can anybody tell me)
How much longer
Till I'm done
How much longer
Wanna feel the sun
How much longer
I can't wait
How much longer until I can play that game
How much longer
Till I'm done
How much longer
Wanna feel the sun
How much longer
I can't wait
How much longer until I can
How much longer until I can play that game
(I want to play that game)
Play that game
(I want to play that game)

Stallions Hope
I believe that horses can heal,
I believe that their hearts feel all that we feel,
I believe that the joy from riding is real,
I believe that horses really can heal.
I see children riding and smiling with joy,
I see happy healthy girls and boys,
I see hope for life and wonder renewed,
I see love for the children coming to you.
I see dreams for the kids, who once were lost,
I see helping hands, no matter the cost,
I see friends for kids, who once were tossed,
I see children laughing and no longer lost.
I do believe that horses can heal,
I believe that horses make recovery real,
I believe being sober is a much better deal,
I really believe that horses can heal.
And I know that this land, its buildings and stones,
Insures that our children are never alone,
Insures that our horses and children are one,
Insures that their lives will finally be won.
Yes I do believe that horses can heal.
That recovery hope and dreams are real,
That God and love can make a child whole,
That all of this is the Stallions Hope role.

Dead Memory
Your memory no longer lingers through my life.
You were there once and now your gone.
Your memory has died like a rose when it is cut from the rest of the world.
Your torns no longer cut my heart.
My voice no longer whispers you name,
I no longer look for you in other people in other faces.
I no longer dream of you or wish that I see you once again.
My heart no longer cries or bleeds for you, not no more.
You no longer haunt my dreams or my memories.
I finally found someone that keeps me warm at night,
I finally found someone who has helped me erase your memory.
I no longer fall and stumble but I now walk tall.
Your memory was a weight that I carried through out time
that now I am free.
I can say that I no longer love you, for you are a dead memory

The Displeasure of Selefkidis
Dimitrios Selefkidis was displeased
to learn that a Ptolemy
had reached Italy in such a squalid state:
poorly dressed and on foot,
only three or four slaves. This way
their dynasty will become a joke,
the laughter of Rome.
Selefkidis of course knows
that basically even now they've become something like
servants
to the Romans; he also knows
that the Romans give and take away
their thrones arbitrarily, as they please.
But they should maintain a certain dignity
at least in their appearance;
they shouldn't forget that they are still kings,
are still (alas) called kings.
This is why Dimitrios Selefkidis was displeased;
and right away he offered Ptolemy
purple robes, a magnificent diadem,
precious jewels, numerous servants and retainers,
his most expensive horses,
so that he might present himself at Rome as he should,
as an Alexandrian Greek monarch.
But Ptolemy, who'd come to beg,
knew his business and refused it all:
he didn't have the slightest need for these luxuries.
Shabbily dressed, humble, he entered Rome,
put himself up in the house of a minor artisan,
and then presented himself
as a poor, ill-fated creature to the Senate
in order to make his begging more effective.

Old Child
Child. Old child,
No longer wild;
No longer speaking,
No longer beguiled;
I have become
A quiet old child.
Child. Old child,
No longer cold;
Never an old man,
Always too old;
I have become
An old child tenfold.
Child. Old child,
Forever a child;
Always rethinking,
Always exiled.
I should become
A happy old child.
Child. Old child.
Always soft-spoken;
No longer breaking,
Still being broken;
I have become
An old child, unspoken.
Child. Old child,
No longer bold;
By thinking, rethinking
Of stories untold,
All through my childhood,
I've become... old.
