Naked, Not Nude
The nude reveals her naked skin,
looking healthy, free and fresh,
but the naked girl will win
more attention with her flesh,
gaining sympathy for sin.
It’s the private revelation
of the feelings she reveals
which excite imagination
that the nude’s bare skin conceals,
Cheshire cat without a grin.

Modesty Is a Strait
Modesty in exhibition
Conceals love, lust and passion,
Reveals shyness and bashfulness
And stands as a trait in women.

Why Acrostic?
Acrostic poetry
conceals a word
read it repeatedly
on every first sentence
soon you'll know the secret
the theme reveals the word
in every first letter of the line
can see who/what the poem about

Veiled Scenes Behind The Sun
Perceived glimpses cast emotions
Perceptions give glimpses
Wrapped in a draped veil
Cupped hands you hold out with discretion
An offering of vagueness
When a turning sun reveals
Truth maybe scant but
Concealing the obvious is obvious
When a turning sun reveals
Eyes meeting eyes are not insincere
When the turning sun reveals
A pall fades behind the dark side
Truth in abstention drapes around me
It revolves then evolves
Bending the beating heart
When a turning sun reveals
When the turning sun turns
There is dimness, there is luminosity
Aspirations and bleakness
For all this disappears behind the sun gloaming

You Ain't Got It Like a Psychic
You can't tell me what I'm thinking...
Until I tell you what that is!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
You can run around and tell folks,
What you think my business is!
But,
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
You can sneak across the floor.
And put your ear to the door.
Tell my neighbors and friends,
What I do and who for!
But,
Uh-uh,
You ain't got it like a psychic.
It's too bad your lips don't seal.
You need to hush 'em.
You need to keep them closed.
It's so sad you have a mind that reveals...
It's gonna crack!
It's ripe for that.
Waiting to set you back with a heart attack.
It's too bad your lips don't seal.
You need to hush 'em.
You need to keep them closed.
It's so sad you have a mind that reveals...
It's gonna crack!
It's ripe for that.
You can run around and tell folks,
What you think my business is!
But,
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
You can sneak across the floor.
And put your ear to the door.
But,
Uh-uh,
You ain't got it like a psychic.

You need to hush 'em.
You need to keep them closed.
It's so sad you have a mind that reveals...

It's ripe for that,
With a heart attack!
You can't tell me what I'm thinking,
Until I tell you what that is!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
You may not like it.
My name ain't Mike,
And I'm 'bout to take a hike!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
If you were a psychic,
You would know where you can bite it!
Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
Bite this!
Uh-uh...
You ain't got it like a psychic.
If you were a psychic,
You would know where you can bite it!

Faith
A wall
Gray and tall,
And a sky of gray,
And a twilight cold;
And that is all
That my eyes behold.
But I know that unseen,
Beyond the wall,
On a lawn of green
White blossoms fall
In the waning light;
And beyond the lawn
Curtains are drawn
From windows bright.
And within she moves with her gracious hands
And the heart that loves and that understands,
Waiting to succour poor souls in need,
And to bind with her blessing the hearts that bleed.
I know it all, though I cannot see;
But the tired-out tramp,
Dirty and ill,
In the evening's damp,
In the Spring's clean chill,
Knows not that there
Is the heart to care
For such as I and for such as he.
He slouches along, and sees alone
The gray of the sky and the gray of the stone.
Lord, when my eyes see nothing but grey
In all Thy world that is now so green,
I will bethink me of this spring day
And the house of welcome, known yet unseen;
The wall that conceals
And the faith that reveals.

Cloud of Unknowing
How strange it is – and yet, why should it be? –
that all things seem to live most unaware
of that which gives them life itself to live;
so see the All as always everywhere?
yet from the jungle, or a city’s heart,
the sound of praise does not unceasing rise;
and we may tread a springtime’s flowered field
and hear no coloured choir of grateful cries..
why has our Lord Creator set it thus,
and hid His love from His created things?
What might He ask from us, in this great game,
that once again may hear the song He sings?
His are all powers; and yet, He chooses these
above so many other powers to wield:
that with one hand, His bounty He conceals;
yet with the other, all His All reveals…
Children, laughing, play at hide-and-seek;
act out the semblance of this mighty game
which some may never play; for some, life’s work;
what then, our part? To seek His playful aim?

Heart And Minf Fight
My mind says,
Stay in the room
My heart says,
See the universe
My mind says,
She has only a body
My heart says,
She has a beautiful soul
My mind says,
Get the degree
My heart says,
Get the knowledge
My mind says,
Kill the neighbor
My heart says,
Love the neighbor
My mind says,
Plunder the entire world
My heart says,
Give to the world
My mind says,
God is not here
My heart says,
God is here
My mind says,
Rule on the earth
My heart says,
Live equal on the earth
My mind says,
Invent new weapons
My heart says,
Keep the peace
My mind says,
He is a small man
My heart says,
He is a big man
My mind says
He is ignorant
My heart says,
He is wise
My mind says,
Live for money
My heart says,
Live in love
My mind says,
He heart you
My heart says,
Forget his mistake
My mind says,
Don’t agree with his opinion
My heart says,
I respect his opinion
My mind says,
You are great poet
My heart says,
You are nothing

My Lover
No one conceals me like
No one reveals me like
My lover
No one can disconnect
No one can resurrect
Like my lover
My lover makes me weak
Gives me breath to speak
My lover takes me home
Cools the rolling stone
My lover's thorny kiss
The reason to exist
I wonder
No one can saturate
No one manipulates
Like my lover
The sensuality
It's immortality
My lover
My lover needs to seize
Bring me to my knees
Reads me like a prayer
Calls the spirit there
Secretly inspires
Strips me to desire
I wonder
No one can visualize
No one can make me rise
Like my lover
They dream of paradise
They'll never ever pay the price
My lover

Heart Knows No Reason
In times of frustrations
The mind leads
What the mind teaches
The heart feels.
In times of depression
The mind finds the means
What the mind gives
The heart receives
In times of prosperity
The mind rules
What the mind dictates
The heart follows
In times of loving
The mind asks
What the mind questions
The heart answers
When the mind resists
The heart insists
It is the time
When the mind looses
And the heart wins

Mind vs. Heart
Mind: It's too early
Heart: The timing's right
Mind: Do you really want to ruin your freindship?
Heart: I'll take a chance
Mind: You don'y really love him that much
Heart: I love him enough
Mind: He's too old for you
Heart: Time matters not compared to love
Mind: You haven't known each other very long
Heart: It was love at first write
Mind: Are you prepared to let yourself get your heart broken...again?
Heart: ....He's worth the pain
Mind: Are you ready?
Heart: Yes...Are you?

Peace
It is when the stomach is not filled with food,
that the mind can be filled with thought.
It is when the fisherman looks to the sky,
that he gains more than what he's caught.
It is when you ponder on things eternal,
that time reveals the truth.
Peace is when your heart has searched and found,
that faith does not need proof.
Four Walls
Nobody knows the secrets captivated
Within these four walls
That construct my soul
That rebuild my life
My mind, my emotions, my past, and my present
My mind holds the key
To open all possibility
That may have been granted unto me
As my thoughts are withheld
In words I mold and meld
To acclaim certainty, justice, and divine truth
My emotions control
All storms in my soul
Whether they be sunny or pure catastrophe
As my heart reveals
What my tongue urgently conceals
As I fail to give my love to a worthy beholder
My past fills up ledgers till they overflow
Marking sins I have committed through rain or snow
How I wish I could make revisions
But the stanzas of my past are unable to be erased
No white-out was supplied, and by this haunting I am chased
For sheer terror I cry since I can't discard a memory
My present is now as I live every moment
To my surroundings I submit and relent
Living every day like there is no tomorrow
Then tomorrow comes as I wash, rinse, and repeat
As I sit in these four walls accompanied by my heartbeat
So much to record in so little time
In my cell, my home, in these four walls
Inside my body, I've stumbled and had falls
But my house was built on the rock and I am strong
Inside my shelter I'm waiting for my savior
The one that will love me forevermore
To come hailing from the sky to be my redeemer
The redeemer that opens these four walls and sees no surprise
For he already knows what is held inside
Waiting for him to open the door and set me free
So that I may stay with him for all eternity

Rise Through Regrets
This jaded world from role reversal reels,
Harsh judgement passes on deceptions deep.
Exit by bear pursued few locks will keep -
Door closed and shuttered windows soon reveals
Only introspection spirit seals
On dust of love’s rejection which can't weep.
Remorseless fate exacts a price too steep.
Rise through regrets, for surface storm conceals
Events which Cause/Effect invents, spins wheels
Mind's reasons, blind, may challenge, worries sweep,
Offering chance advance, to help heart reap
Victory and tune to future's peal.
Edition new heals smart, stamps vis[t]a’s start.
Dream themes unreels, hope's schemes successful chart.

This world above from role reversing reels,
Harsh judgement passes on deceptions deep.
Exit by bear pursued few locks will keep -
Door closed and shuttered windows soon reveals
Only introspection which must weep
On dust of love’s rejection past. We feel
Remorseless fate exacts a price too steep.
Rise through regrets which may disguise surprise
Events which Cause/Effect invents to try
Most patience, represent in other guise
Other guy’s advance to Chance defy.
Vain complaint when heart new part may chart,
EDition true heals smart, stamps vis[t]a’s fresher start.

Complicated Heart
My mind looks for him
But my heart sought you
My mind said I like him
But my heart said I love you
My mind said I want him
But my heart said I need you
My mind said he moght be the one
But my heart said you're the only one
What else should I do
For me to forget you
What else should I make
I want to give up eveything for your sake
What rule should I take
And what is should be break
Will it be heart over mind or mind over heart
Will it be right over wrong or wrong over right
