Money doesn't bring happiness, but certainly it's not an obstacle to reach it.

The Junction
The ways…
They are getting clearer.
The moments are suggesting,
you go on
without looking back.
My mind says,
follow me…
I'll guide you
through the darkness.
I'll show you
the way to succes.
My heart says,
follow me instead…
I'll give you
happiness.
I ask myself
Doesn't success bring
happiness?
Doesn't money bring you
happiness?
Isn't it the way,
the right way to proceed?
To lead yourself through?
There was one time…
A time,
when it was
so simple.
It was clear then…
But now,
it's a mere blur.
Blur of so much ways…
A junction.
I must choose…
Before I continue,
my journey,
An expedition,
through unknown depths…
A journey,
through my mind.

The Rhythm Of The Saints
If I have weaknesses
Dont let them blind me
Or camouflage all I am wary of
I could be sailing in seizures of laughter
Or crawling out from under the heel of love
Do my prayers remain unanswered
Like a beggar at your sleeve
Olodumare is smiling in heaven
Smiling in heaven I do believe
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark
To overcome an obstacle or an enemy
To glide away from the razor or a knife
To overcome an obstacle or an enemy
To dominate the impossible in your life
Always a stranger when strange isnt fashionable
And fashion is rich people waving at the door
Or its a dealer in drugs or in passion
Lies of a nature weve heard before
Do my prayers remain unanswered
Like a beggar at your sleeve
Balalu-aye spins on his crutches
Says leave if you want
If you want to leave
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark
A reach in the darkness
Reach in the dark
To overcome an obstacle or an enemy
To glide away from the razor or a knife
To overcome an obstacle or an enemy
To dominate the impossible in your life
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark
To overcome an obstacle or an enemy
To dominate the impossible in your life
Reach in the darkness
A reach in the dark

Man, (Money) or God
Money can bring a lot of happiness;
Money can be the cause of man’s woes too;
Money can’t give the peace on earth you want;
Money can’t fetch a place in God’s abode!
Prayers can bring more happiness as well;
Prayers can’t be the cause of human woes;
Prayers can give man real peace we seek;
Prayers ensure soul’s place in God’s abode.
One cannot serve two masters- money, God;
One should not serve man, (money) more than God;
You have to choose between money and God;
Money cannot align your soul with God!

The Things That We Tend To Ignore
'Tis said that money makes more money and 'tis also said that much wants more
But the things in our lives that most matter are the things that we tend to ignore
Such as happiness, joy and contentment these are the things money can't buy
Though money in life is important and it's value how can one deny.
He's a millionaire forty times over and he is one who has it made
And he rakes in large sums of money and he knows the tricks of the trade
But in his heart he doesn't feel happy and in ways he feels quite insecure
And the one who is seen as successful you might say is mentally poor.
For his teenage son and daughter he's bought two new computers and he's bought a new merc for his wife
But he is a man without laughter and something is missing in his life
Still his money can't buy him what he's missing for to be locked in a safe in the wall
For happiness cannot be purchased and it is the best gift of all.
Success it can be gauged by money one might say that we've heard that before
But that money in life is important is a thing we ought not to ignore
Still the one paid for to sing not as happy as the one who for happiness sing
And there is so much truth in the saying that in life 'we can't have everything'.

Skint but Happy!
Struggling to pay my bills
not much money coming in
so I'll have to watch the pennies
as my wallet is looking rather thin.
No nights out in the pub for a while
and instead of the Bus I'll just walk
sell unwanted stuff on good old E bay
and text as it's expensive to phone and talk.
Still I could do with losing a few pounds
and when your skint you can't over eat
I'll buy my clothes from charity shops
and become a Vegan so that means no more costly meat.
But they say money doesn't bring us happiness
and the best thing is to have your health
so I'll just keep on smiling and be cheerful
and be grateful to be broke and not full of wealth!

Hotel Lobby
She rises with the sunset
She wonders, "When will this end?"
The world is full of money, full of money
She goes out unprotected
She doesn't listen to her best friend
It's only for the money, for the money, for the money
She doesn't want to be respected
Reality's her best friend
She needs the extra money, extra money
In the city, the town, and the household
So many things go unreported
So many things her eyes have seen, eyes have seen, eyes have seen
>(Chorus)
Meet me in the hotel lobby
Everybody's looking lonely
Watch me as I walk in slowly
When your eyes meet mine
It's in the mirrors of the hotel lobby
This is not what she expected
Her hopes, they stretch and they bend
Wrinkle like paper money, paper money
In the city, the town, and the household
So many things can be distorted
So if you want a true life story, bring the money, bring the money
>Chorus (2x)
She's unprotected
She's unprotected, oh
She's unprotected
She's unprotected, oh
>Chorus
Meet me in the hotel lobby
Everybody's looking lonely
Catch me because I think I'm falling
I'll be waiting in the mirrors of the hotel lobby

Inside my happiness
Inside my happiness, there is nothing
But happiness for me
Inside my happiness, the colours are
So bright and vivid and i am able
To see everything clearly
Inside my happiness, there was no
Dark times because in my happiness
The sun always shines
Inside my happiness, there is no
Pain, there is no fear
And there is certainly no doubt
Inside my happiness, we all live as
One and there is peace
For all beings
Inside my happiness, addiction never happened
Inside my happiness, there are no sorrows
And no tears, so the hurt doesn’t exist
Inside my happiness, there is god
And he planned all this for me
Inside my happiness, there is nothing
But happiness for me

Money Can Buy
Money can buy a house,
But not a home.
Money can buy a pen,
Not a writing.
Money can buy a book,
But not knowledge.
Money can buy a fan
But not wind.
Money can buy a bed,
But not sleep.
Money can buy an equipment,
But not a skill.
Money can buy food,
But not appetite.
Money can buy luxuries,
But not culture.
Money can buy amusement,
But not happiness.l

When money means nothing
to those blessed with the power of money unlimited
Reflecting on life as it runs upstream
I'm left amazed on how trivial triumphs
Small gestures of love, of understanding
Have etched their mark on the sands of time
Money has no place when it means happiness
Can priceless gifts bring on one, smiles?
Impossible dreams left uncherished
When sadness engulfs one in miles
Men with its power, please remember
Happiness can never be bought
It stems within to be searched out
Then you too shall acclaim that......
MONEY HAS NO PLACE - WHERE THERE IS LOVE
AND YOU SHALL REALIZE THAT LOVE MEANS HAPPINESS

Money Isn’t the Answer
Can money give you ample sleep at night?
Can money bring you satiety you want?
Can money soothe the heart and mind aggrieved?
Can money resurrect a person dead?
Can money cause fertility in wombs?
Can money heal the wounds of minds and hearts?
Can money make up for one’s parents’ love?
Can money work a miracle you want?
Can money cure a cancer of grade four?
Can money bring joy to a childless pair?
Can money purchase your seat in heaven?
Can money solve all problems that you face?
There are so many things money can’t do;
Your trust in God and labor, matter too.

Money
Money high, money low
Money come , money go.
don*t worry me
don*t worry me
(money don*t buy)
The things that we like, the things that we love
The things that we have, so high above
Don*t bother me
(it doesn*t even matter to you)
Don*t bother me
(money doesn*t grow on trees)
Just don*t worry!
Now listen!
Suns do shine, moons do glow
Simplicity everyone knows
Don*t hurry me
(i*m in the middle of a dream)
Don*t hurry me
(it*s not at all the way it seems)
Now!
Money so high, money so low
Money to count, money to go
It won*t be there where I go
(where is that you*re going to? )
It won*t be there where I go
(where is that you*re going to? )
Just won*t be there
No way!
[...screw anything you can... and i*m trying
To do that with the country...]
Do wop...
Da da da...

Sonnet: Money Ain’t The Answer
Money, we seek in life to fulfil needs;
Most labour hard to gain some extra wealth;
Some even go on to do evil deeds,
And in the process, spoil their body's health.
Money evades some persons for quite long;
Some get it accidentally, by luck;
Some acquire it through a single song;
But happiness can't come to all by buck.
For, money can't give bliss for all on earth;
Money can't solve all problems in our life;
Neither can it ensure a divine berth;
Money can bring a man unwanted strife.
And yet, the human mind stays money-mad,
Forgetting Almighty God; Oh, how sad!

IN Gold We Trust
IN Gold we Must Trust
Eveything is about money
Money Honey Money
Eveything we can buy
Big nice house
Education and wonderful cars
Money is our loyal friend
when we need it
it never disappoint us
Honey Money
sweet like a fantasy
even people we buy with money
have the best medical treatments
judges and politicians
If i had a lot of Money
even if my face is sour
everyone will smile at me
Anyone will love me
and respect me
Nice women with money
Money bring a lot of money
even we can buy an airplane and fly alone
none bother us in everyday trafic
with money i don't have to get up early
i don't have to feel stress because of boss mood
with money i feel happy
but i regret didn't keep the love of money when i was child
i thought that there are things more important
i didn't have a damn clue about how they're precious and friendly
they are all we will get of good
the rest is ashes of happiness...illusions and fears

Cash based life
The only thing ever wonted
Happiness! ! ! Is it based on money?
Fame or fortune?
Can you buy your happiness?
Or will you be happy
If you just got money
Yes you can buy
The visible things around you
A nice car and a big house
But not love wealth and happiness
Meaning of happiness is coming to a home
By the end of the day
Even how you low on money
But still to a home to your love ones
To someone who really loves you
Not for your big house or your fancy car
Or how much you can spend buy one day
Yes, now a day's life is mostly based on money
But always have to try to see the meaning of life
With your naked eyes
Not with a blindfold around your eyes
To chase away the devil and the evil within our souls
To see the beauty within our life
Which is not based on money
Life is not all about money or based on it
Even we raised to believe that way
Believe in yourself and think about your life
With money on the side
Without making it the life source of your self

There There
In pitch dark I go walking in your landscape
Broken branches trip me as I speak
Just cos you feel it doesn't mean it's there
Just cos you feel it doesn't mean it's there
There's always a siren singing you to shipwreck (don't reach out, don't reach out x2)
Stay away from these rocks we'd be a walking disaster (don't reach out, don't reach out x2)
Just cos you feel it doesn't mean it's there (there's someone on your shoulder x2)
Just coz you feel it doesn't mean it's there (there's someone on your shoulder x2)
There there
Why so green
And lonely x3
Heaven sent you
To me x3

Grace the world with your glow of happiness
Do not chase happiness
Search within you
There are lot many things
Inside you
Which have reasons
To make you happy
You pursuit or search for happiness outside
Does not take you anywhere
As what seemingly has a stock of happiness
Once you reach or achieve it
You realize that happiness
Lies further ahead somewhere
And you hunt for happiness
Takes a new turn
And this goes on and on
Only to make you understand
That you are back in square one
Devoid of happiness, your original search
Happiness, thus, cannot be anywhere else
But within you
Do not be on a stealthy stalk for happiness
Simply because others do so
Search within and discover
The happiness in you
Do not be on a race for happiness
But grace the world
With the glow of
Happiness within you
