Paulo Coelho

She would never see him again, but, for a few hours, in the autumn of her despair, she had ceased to be a faithful wife, housewife, loving mother, exemplary public servant and constant friend, and reverted to being simply a woman.

Faithful

Faithful to the end
She's a lover and a friend
Faithful to the end
And with this i know you can win, just stay faithful
Faithful till the end
Faithful to the end
Listen ya'll she's a mother and a wife, she is everything, faithful
Faithful to the end
Even when things go wrong and you got nobody else to call
You call on good ol' faithful
Faithful to the end
Cause i know you gotta stay faithful
Faithful to the end
She's the one that will cook and clean, wash your clothes
So you always gotta stay faithful
Faithful to the end
Ya'll just take it on home, i can't even sing no more
Faithful to the end
Yeah, i like that

At ease is peace

A faithful wife, a faithful child
And a faithful servant or friend
Will put you at ease and in turn
You must strive to put them at ease.

Woman's Dream

The woman I want to be
A woman of valor and integrity
One that fears the creator of heaven, earth
And everything there in.
A woman with a warm, loving heart
So welcoming, reliable and confident
A woman that the world will confidently
Look up to for any help.

The woman I want to be
A wife that is adorable and supportive
Render my heart to him that wins it
Give my time to love, adore, cherish
Encourage him to soar to greater heights
To achieves his dreams with my support
A forgiving, cooperative wife is all I want to be
Together with the conqueror of all times
To be the flag bearers of what a family is.

The woman I want to be
Mother of adorable children
To love cherish and fend for
They will be the apple of my eye
Children I call my own to teach
The ways of the world
Children that are the twinkling stars
Of my life that will never die out
An exemplary mother is all I want to be.

The woman I want to be
One that’s not perfect but works on her flaws
To get perfection out of them
Not hindered by her failure and mistakes
But corrects, learns from them
To make her life better and worth living.
Unstoppable and will traverse all challenges
To emerge conqueror.

There is so much I want to be
So much I want to live for
This is every woman’s dream
And every woman’s strife.

Honour to Women

The woman is my mother,
She is the wife of my father.

The woman is my wife,
She is also the mother of my children.

I love my mother,
My children love their mother, too;
So, I respect my beloved wife.

Every woman with the veil of Mother is honoured by all,
Heaven lying at the feet of mother, every woman moves proudly.

The Grenadain Woman

Yes me woman, from my womb life was borne

Yes me woman, the young ones prune by my hands

Yes me woman, with the coves that sways with the redeem of the heart beat, tup-tup, tup-tup, tup-tup, tup-tup

Yes me woman, with beauty unimaginable, soft to the touch

yes me woman, with the voice of a heavenly being, soft, gentle, comforting, encouraging

Yes me woman, determine to succeed with the strength from above

Yes me woman, the days have gone, long gone for her to depend on the strength of another man

Yes me woman, her time has come for the world to see her for who she really is

Yes me woman, creative, innovative, confident, intelligent, loving, kindhearted

Yes me woman, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, lover

Yes me woman, The Grenadian woman.

But Don't Despair

Despair, if you must –
But how's it going to pull you through?
Despair, when you trust
Naught since then there's naught to do.
Despair, should you thrust
Aside your pride, your self-esteem.
And so despair, if it's dust,
The only substance that you deem.
Despair, when a gust
Of slightly breeze can break your stance.
And do despair, when lust
Is your interpretation of romance.

But don't despair, if you can care
About the plight of any other being.
And you can focus on the help,
Support, and altruistic further actions
For the seeing. Be believing,
As despair will start receding
All around – simply since you found
A way to steer you clear
From this: the very cause of your despair!

So give to others; give them all a helping lift:
Despair, you'll find will disappear –
And that has got to be a well-deserved
And saintly gift!

I Am Not A Woman...

I am not a woman that loves with a heart
I am not a woman that's silly and smart
I am not a woman with open wounds
I am not a woman that's more attuned
I am not a woman that you hold dear
I am not a woman that has no fear
I am not a woman that's loved or lost
I am not a woman that doesn't know the cost
I am not a woman that's hurting inside
I am not a woman that has no foolish pride
I am not a woman that can't look you in the eye
I am not a woman alone that cries
I am not a woman that's imprisoned with chains
I am not a woman that holds her will in vain
I am not a woman, or mother, or friend
or wife, or daughter, or one to depend
I am not a woman of all and more
Because I gave it away to the one I adore
what's left is all you see
Just a woman that truly believes

I Wish I Could Be That Man

You say that your the big sister
Some of your friends never had
They say you're a friend
When they need someone to listen
You hope one day
Some man will want you as a woman
Not a friend who listens
But as a caring, thoughful loving woman
A woman who wants marriage
A woman who wants children
A woman who wants a man to love her
Not a part time love
You've already had that
But a man to love you and stay by your side
All through the night to greet a brand new day
To hold you in his arms
As the hours tick away
I wish I could be that man
How I wish I could be that man

A Faithful Servant

Set them free and give them enough to go out on their own,
But a faithful servant is very valuable to a person;
And with loving kindness i will meet up to your sweet muse.

The clouds will cover the earth after the nuclear wars!
But part of the heavens will reveal the light after the clouds are removed;
And like your sweet love in the land of the judgement seat,
But a faithful servant is very valuable to a person.

A Woman’s Jacket

She thought that I
Was a simple servant
To hang a woman’s jacket
When she enters a room,
To remain downcast
Despite the aroma of her perfume.

I had no desire to undeceive her;
I happened to be there
To visit her husband,
A friend from a former life,
But once I saw his wife,
I had no intentions
To become reacquainted with him.

I gazed at the splendor of her hair,
The majesty of her shoulders,
The elegant way she walked.

I then took her perfumed jacket
Like an obliging servant
And swiftly slipped out of the house
With that jacket and my lovely thoughts.

Perhaps, in a few more years,
I’ll attempt to visit my friend again.

Epitaphs

Her Mother's Epitaph

Here lies
A worthy matron of unspotted life,
A loving mother and obedient wife,
A friendly neighbor, pitiful to poor,
Whom oft she fed, and clothed with her store;
To servants wisely aweful, but yet kind,
And as they did, so they reward did find:
A true instructor of her family,
The which she ordered with dexterity,
The public meetings ever did frequent,
And in her closest constant hours she spent;
Religious in all her words and ways,
Preparing still for death, till end of days:
Of all her children, children lived to see,
Then dying, left a blessed memory.

Her Father's Epitaph

Within this tomb a patriot lies
That was both pious, just and wise,
To truth a shield, to right a wall,
To sectaries a whip and maul,
A magazine of history,
A prizer of good company
In manners pleasant and severe
The good him loved, the bad did fear,
And when his time with years was spent
In some rejoiced, more did lament.

Who is a wife?

Who is a wife?
Who can be a virtuous wife?
Who is a wife?
Who can stand the strife
To be a wife?

There is a woman
And there is a wife
Any one can be a woman
But not any one can be a wife

A wife will stand for her pride
A woman will always want a ride
A wife will say
“we ‘ll have a say”
A woman will say
“I ‘ld have a say”
A wife will say
“WE bought you those”
A woman will say
“Mom bought you those”
A wife would say
“We share the bills”
A woman would say
“I share the bills”

A wife cooks what “we” like
A woman cooks what “I” like.
A wife loves unconditionally
A woman loves conditionally
A wife always stands by…
A woman sometimes stands by…
A wife thinks about “us”
A woman thinks about “me”
A wife supports the plans
A woman plans the supports
A wife keeps the relationship
A woman snubs the relationship
A WIFE IS OPPOSITE OF A WOMAN

Who then is a wife?
Amidst all my strife
I‘ve found a darling wife
You too can, if you also tried.

The Betrayal

She was a faithful wife, friend, mother and lover
With the man in her life there was no other.
She thought she was his companion and confidante
And another woman he did not want.

But he had a secret that he could not tell
Of another woman he knew quite well.
He was going to play cards he had said:
Then went and climbed into her bed.

This went on for quite some time
Till he was seen by prying eyes.
She then was told by a friend
And her tears rolled down without an end.

She followed him one night to his so called game
And the address she was given was exactly the same.
She felt humiliated and betrayed
And her life would never be the same.

When he came home that night
He found his suitcase outside the door
With a note: I never want to see you any more
You had betrayed my love and trust
and my Pain is much to much
So take your things and go to her bed
From this moment on you are dead.

Alongside the note there were pictures of
The two embracing and kissing in the dark
Thinking they was alone in the park.

Now his betrayal came to light
As he begged and pleaded with all his might.

Pretty woman

Pretty woman.
But wife is beautiful.
Pretty woman is hot.
But wife is the sexiest.
Pretty woman is just for sex.
But a wife is to make love.
Wife is a forbidden fruit.
To you and all.
and wife is more caring.
Be at home and by her husband.
and wife is the husband diamond.
And the husband love making love to her.
That no other women can.
Make him feel so good.
and her husband always in love.
With her.
And wife is the husband success.
Loving and warm full happiness.
She bears our children. And
She is the most gifted darling.

Who Loves Me

Who loves me?

Is it the woman who carried me in her womb for 7 months?
Or is the man that I am the spitting image of that I call Pop?

Who loves me?

Is it my three siblings who I grew up with?
Or is it their children who call me Uncle Ronald?

Who loves me?

Is it my friend I known for most of my life?
Or is it the woman I Instant message and hopes to one day make my wife?

Who loves me?

Well out of all those people I mention
I can’t tell you which one of them loves me.
From my mother to the woman who’s more than likely my future wife.

But I can tell you this I know at least one person who loves me,
and that is me.

That’s right
it is me

who love me!

Came to my house
With lots of blessing
And full of good wishing
To live long
Happy and healthy
Progressive and wealthy
My mother
My sweet mother
My beautiful mother
My loving mother
My real goddess
My ever goodness
My first lady I loved
My life my mother
My soul my mother
My God-gift my mother
My pride my mother
My aim my mother
My teacher my mother
My friend my mother
My preacher my mother
My daughter's face look-like my mother
My daughter my little mother
O the Absolute Almighty
Give me my mother
Again and again
And again and again
My mother
Only my mother.

Woman’s pity

As a puppy is put to love the master
When she is brought from her mother,
Even so is the woman from her parents.

As a cow is free to follow the cowherd
When she is let out from the cowshed,
Even so is the housewife from her yard.

As a hen is set to ignore the cock
When she hatched her chicks,
Even so is the mother with her kids.
