Accountancy
It comes a day
When we must draw under ourselves
A black line
And sum up.
Few moments when we were about to be happy.
Few moments when we were about to be beautiful.
Few moments when we were about to be brilliant.
Several times we met
Some mountains, trees and rivers
(Where might they be? And, are they still alive?)
All this sums up a shiny future
That we've already lived.
One woman we loved
Plus the same woman who didn't love us,
Make zero.
A quarter of your life of studies
Sums up some thousand million of fodder words,
Whose wisdom we have gradually dropped.
And finally one Fate
Plus another Fate (where does this come from?)
Make two.(We write one and we keep one,
Maybe, who knows, there might be life beyond).

Waving to moments passing by
Moments happy moments
people think about them
people write about them
people talk about them
people hope about them
I see moments
lots of moments
but I wave to my moments
as they pass me by...
My life is a ship
on an Ocean deep
passing by is the ship 'Could've been'
it holds all my moments in its keep
I stand on my lifes deck
waving to moments till they're just a speck
Moments happy moments
people live them
people grab them
people make them
people savour them
but I wave to my moments
as they pass me by...
Goodbye 'Could've been'
Goodbye moments...

Moments
We have treasured moments
we collect everyday,
as we walk our journey
along life’s long and winding road.
Moments that we want to keep
for some sad and lonely day.
Moments to treasure,
when the sun refuses to shine.
Moments to remember
and call upon at anytime.
Moments when we are blessed,
with love and friendship divine.
Moments that we gather,
with love in our memories.
Moments, beautiful moment,
we gather everyday.

In Sadness Tears May Guide Us
in sadness tears may befriend us
happy memories may guide us
back into myriads of love moments
moments when we were nurtured in love
moments when we were embraced in love
moments when we were shaped in love
such moments are safe inside us
such moments will navigate guide us
such moments are strength within us

How Could I Let You Down
I don't need your strength anymore
cause you've made me strong
You may not see the one light in me
And you dreamed of
Holding me in your arms
All the days that you gave
All the moments you've saved me,
Praying for my life
Sacrificed, just to make me who I am on my own
You don't have to let go
You don't say it
But it's in your eyes
All the fears of good-bye
But I can promise
You'll always have a place, and a way to my heart
All the days that you gave
All the moments you've saved me,
Praying for my life
Sacrificed, just to make me who I am on my own
You don't have to let go
I can live
Cause you lived for me
And I can love
Because you loved me.
All the days that you gave
All the moments you've saved me,
Praying for my life
Sacrificed, just to make me who I am on my own
You don't have to let go
(Ooh ooh ooh)
You don't have to let go

Future to Future
in the future moments will
come when one person says
to another, “That was great! ”
we never know what
the future holds in store
for us-in it’s infinite
wisdom-but surely you and I
know of it’s impending arrival
some believe the future
holds great times ahead,
some believe in a bleak
fate and still others believe
unborn moments hold
a catastrophic end
me, I like to think that
maybe, just maybe, it
will all happen at the same
instance-I mean some things
will be great, some bleak,
some beginnings and some endings
“great” things will only
happen in the future, because
of now, and that’s tough enough
to decipher-so I will plead, now,
and leave the future to the future

Maybe All Of Life Is Caught In Brilliant Moments
Maybe all of life is caught in brilliant moments,
when the physical and spiritual becomes one
moments of bliss, moments of true happiness
and I am remembering the times that are gone
while I struggle on in a world mixing truth and fallacy,
in love and loving and the war of these to get the upper hand
and have to make a living in a confronting kind of reality
and maybe we mortal beings do not really understand
that loving is in reality a free thing;
in lives that have been spoilt selfishly
we want to control and tame everything
and are not content in leaving things to develop naturally
but the adventure of loving and live still goes on
while in living with the pathway of life we move along.

Remember
I remember moments of happiness
Coming home, goo goo eyed
After talking to a boy I liked
I remember moments of sadness
Coming home, teary eyed
After leaving my heart as a memento
To that boy I really liked
I remember moments of peace
After winning one of life's battles
Having a conscience the weight of air
I remember moments of bliss
After walking the quarter of a lifemile
Finding a true friend
I remember moments of grief
After finding that dear friend
Would never have breakfast again
I remember moments of laughter
After the past had past
And the rearview revealed frustration's
humor
I remember moments of tears nectar
When I found my dreams dead
After the doctor helped me number my
days
I remember moments of pain
When all I ever needed was lacked
And all I ever lacked was needed
I remember moments of gain
After all I ever wanted was mine
And all I ever wanted to be was I
I remember moments of love
When a hug made my heart skip
And a smile made my life smile
I remember moments of hurt
When pain blurred love's beauty
And that hug made my heart shrug
I remember moments like this
When I remember all I remember
And remember that life is but a moment.

In Between Those Moments Gone
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I finally realized,
I can not continue to analyze my life.
It has to be lived.
In the time given I am living it!
This life!
My life.
And right I wanted it.
Free of tricks and traps.
No more patience could I give to that!
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I had to let go!
From the redoing of the 'what ifs'.
And the sitting with emotions reminisced,
To feel them still existing.
'Something' had to end.
I knew it was 'my' resisting.
And...
In between those moments gone,
I learned how to begin to believe...
In me!
And severing myself away from conflict,
Was no longer a question welcomed to visit.
It became my duty.
My reality.
To free my soul.
In between those moments gone,
And those wished to be...
I knew I had to maintain and hold onto my dreams.

My Canadian Chronicles 13
In each life, there are special moments
we like to remember and recall.
Moments that have brought us laughter
almost cascading into tears.
Moments of great happiness
to last us through the years.
Moments with very special people
who are dearly beloved friends.
Special moments no one can take away.
They happen but once
and are captured forever within our mind.
Special moments within our lifetime.

I've been very lucky in my long life. On three continents, in diverse cultures, through happy moments, not-so-happy moments, and moments as marvelous as this one, I've had the privilege of working with the cinema's greatest masters.

How the Moments Come
Strange.
Strange how the moments come;
Those moments upon which one’s world turns.
Some seeming insignificances - pure coincidences:
Chance at its most mercurial
Dealing hands which break the bank or bust,
Or less a case of ‘Lady Luck’
Than life’s ‘Savings & Loans’
Finally coming good for work-weary bones.
All moments could be of the former form
Or just as likely the latter,
Or maybe ‘fate’ or the finger of God
Seeking a dividend on his investment divine.
So where do you and I stand on probability and providence…?
Me? Well, I wouldn’t bet against ‘chance’ –
Let’s face it, it’s an odds-on favourite!
And though the justice the world metes out
Falls far short of fairness for all,
Generally the books seem to balance.
… But fate? .. Fate I can’t fathom.
Maybe I’m too mechanical,
Too straight-laced, too stupid
Or just too plain rational,
But for me fate flies full in the face of free will –
Presumes I’m powerless - my preferences pointless:
So I don’t ‘buy’it.
[Sly thought: if fate existed, it would have to be free –
After all, who would buy fait-accompli? ! ]
Unless, of course, fate really is
Nothing more than holding by chance a ‘Royal Flush’ in hearts, or
Nothing less than deity dealing your cards.

Those Special Moments
If only we could keep
those moments from slippin' away,
grab hold of them and cherish them
and try to make them stay.
But moments like those so often
are hard to hold onto.
They slip right through your fingers
no matter what you do.
You can think about it, talk about it
and remember it for a while.
Then as time keeps rushing away
what's left is just a smile.
The smile that brings those moments back
as if they were happening now.
And those moments that happened long ago
come alive somehow.
And you realize just a glimpse of them
awakens how you feel.
It takes you back to those moments
that time can never steal.

Lighting Up The Candles
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love
Lighting up the candles
To what use to be
Tender memories in moments of love
Happy times and bad times
All seem wonderful
When you have a toast to moments of love
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love
Lighting up the candles
To what use to be
Tender memories in moments of love
Happy times and bad times
All seem wonderful
When you have a toast to moments of love
I really think we could have made it
To that forever and a day
But destiny and fate decided
They would get in our way
Lighting up the candles
Wishing you the best
Like the happiness in moments of love
For lighting up the candles
Spark the memories
Helping us to see more moments of love
I really think we could have made it
To that forever and a day
But destiny and fate decided
They would get in our way
For lighting up the candles
Spark the memories
Helping us to see the need for what was
Helping us to see more moments of love
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love
Lighting up the candles, lighting up our love

Deeper than the Sea
I knew, from the very first day we met,
That this relationship will end in pain,
But still, I would repeat it again and again,
For those days we were together,
Are moments in paradise.
O this cruel fate,
Today we must part,
Embrace me closely,
Give me your sweetest smile,
Do promise me that you will stay happy.
O dearest, my tears will not fall in front of you,
I will keep them for my silent moments, alone…
Can't you see?
I had released my loveliest bird to fly freely,
Since my love is deeper than the sea.

Kiss You Again
Laughing, singing, dancing, enjoying life,
thanks for being so sweet and kind and
brilliant and shiny and inspiring, you are
a bright light unto me, thanks for contri-
buting to my passionate delight with life
Thanks for eternal moments of infinite
love, moments I relive in my life every
time I dance in the sun and sing with
the wind, pure light without spectral
lines, you became a godly being
In the prism of my mind, a pure golden
light of divine inspiration – come, let
me kiss you again…

See-line Woman
George bass
Yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah
Alright ye
See-line woman
She drink coffee
She drink tea
And then go home
See-line woman
See-line woman
Dressed in green
Wears silk stockings
With golden seams
See-line woman
See-line woman
Dressed in red
Make a man lose his head
See-line woman
See-line woman
Black dress on
For a thousand dollars
She wail and she moan
See-line woman
Wiggle wiggle
Turn like a cat
Wink at a man
And he wink back
Now child
See-line woman
Empty his pockets
And wreck his days
Make him love her
And shell fly away
See-line woman
Take it on out now
Empty his pockets
And she wreck his days
And she make him love her
Then she sure fly away
She got a black dress on
For a thousand dollars
She wail and she moan...

No Other Way
There is no other way then to reassure
Life is so lovely and hence to be made sure
I confidently look towards and offer a smile
You may be joyous and happy meanwhile
Love is such beautiful thing to feel
It is never dying until
You may feel it often and when go quite close
If trust and confidence is always reposed
I proposed poetry to woman as friend
I felt as true man when she agreed to be my woman in the end
i loved those happy moments when felt it as heavenly sent
I felt as if land was slipping away and forcing me to faint
she was now really at my heart
even though it was: from the very start
I had seen her as model and painted as frank art
Totally ideal to become precious part
she was not only friendly
: but kind hearted and lovely
always cared for what i said
: helped me in all bad moments as an aid
: i welcome her as true asset
: my feeling are made known or let
She is very close and more of friend
And promised to remain forever till end
she was nice from the beginning
it was lesson in itself for learning
she proved to be caring and friendly
i gracefully accepted her and asssred repeatedely
i proposed her in eanest
“ you are loved as my best'
this may prove to be crucial test
but told her toput everything at rest
come and say i am your woman
i shall take it as proud too be your man
i am forever to be yours
will you call it as ours
