Dream Catcher
Hanging by the window,
the dream catcher waits,
to catch me a dream, that's hopefully great.
Quiet and still, it waits in the night,
to catch a dream, traveling in flight.
Its web is of leather, its feathers light,
the magic it works, carries great height.
Will it bring me a lover, a funny story or song?
or, will it bring nightmares
where everything goes wrong...
The time is now near, for me to lie down
and wait for a dream that's happy and sound.
Dream catcher, dream catcher,
caution you please,
my heart is now calm, my mind is at ease
Go in the night and find what you will,
catch me a dream
that's meaningful and still.

Dream-catcher
Dream-catcher, dream-catcher catch me a dream,
Send it from the stars down on a moonbeam,
Weave it like gold gossamer.
Fill it with images, heavenly, bright,
To keep me contented all through the night,
Let it be a heart-warmer.
Let this world’s sorrows dissolve in a dream,
That no one should wake in cold sweat… and scream;
End terror and tyranny.
Let the world live in peace; no more blood shed,

Can You Make Me Dream Again?
Can you make me dream again
or are all my dreams just lost?
I haven't been able to dream anymore
and oh the wakefulness it's cost.
I lie there thinking something is wrong
but yet my days are fine.
And I understand between night and day
there is a very fine line.
What I can't understand is where dreams go
or why they have taken flight?
They say we all dream but where are mine?
Are they flying around like a kite?
If that's the case let me catch the string
and bring them back to my bed.
Then maybe they'll visit my weary self

The Waking Edge
As I wake up in a room somewhere...
Dawn light not yet showing.
Theres just a thin horizon between me and her...
The edge of a half-dream glowing.
Well, you know, I felt her in my dream last night.
Strange how the sheets are warm beside me.
Now, how do I catch the waking edge?
As it slips to the far and wide of me.
Didnt I try to hold it down?
Freeze on the picture, hang sharp on the sound.
