Empathy lies at the heart of Gatsby, like so many other great novels — the biggest sin is to be blind to others' problems and pains. Not seeing them means denying their existence.

I Thought Of So Many Things
I thought of so many things
So many pains so many problems-
What is this life?
We live and we die
And in between
We try and fail so much-
And sometimes sometimes
There is light and an answer and beauty even
Sometimes-
But mostly so many pains and so many problems
And so much on our minds at once
We have no easy answer to-
Life can be great and good, its true
But mostly in this old age time especially
It is so difficult.

Sonnet: The Secret of Success
Oh, shed your inhibitions; do something!
However long, one’s span of life is short;
Our little problems should not despair bring,
Nor steal the liveliness of our dear heart.
So, think aright; solutions surely come;
‘Never give up, ’- is the great man’s secret!
Great things are done by the blind, deaf and dumb;
Don’t be lazy; waste not time, fume or fret.
The biggest tree was born a sapling first;
All mammoth tasks can be broken to bits;
To do a thing that’s great, labor we must;
Sustained effort is important, not fits.
And start, we must from scratch some day, some way;
Earlier the better, you should not delay!

Blind Is One, Who Said Love Is Blind!
Love is such great,
They say love is blind,
One who believe this,
is a blind for sure
As Love sees something,
Which mortal eyes fail to see!
Love can see great things,
Where even wise fail to find,
Love is eternal and is infinite,
And it is boon from infinite,
Love knows to give smile,
and not to take, great is that love which sacrifice,
Even Love for love's sake!
Love says,
' go my love, here you suffer,
Can't see your face dried by gloom,
Go somewhere,
where you can bloom,
or else I go somewhere to save our love '!
Love is that great, always grateful to love,
Great to be loved,
Even The Almighty,
bow before that love,
Which can flow as pure as mountain ice melt!
Great poet sang,
'With the Beloved's water of life,
no illness remains
In the Beloved's rose garden of
union, no thorn remains.
They say there is a window
from one heart to another
How can there be a window
where no wall remains? '
And inspired heart sings,
No water required,
As nothing can dry,
The roses of love,
And love is the bed of rose,
To that pair two bodies,
one in love, one wipes the pain of another!
Souls union makes everything possible,
it may look like
perfume bed of roses,
even if full of thorns
Rose is that heart,
Which even swallows pains,
When two souls become one,
All walls fall, all pains fail,
Fair their heart feel,
When two pair of hands wipe tears of one another!

Denied
I'm trying, denying
why won't you ever talk to me
I know it, can't show it
I guess it's kind of hard to see
I'm learning, confirming
the lies a thousand times before
I know it, can't blow it
not long before you shut the door
I'm trying, denying
I guess it's never supposed to be
it's coming down now
it's coming down because of me
when I look into your eyes
you know you've got me hypnotized
all I want is to hold on
I know all these problems just begin
it seems as if they'll never end
all I want is to hold on to you
want to lay back and close my eyes
dream of things I could not find
just lay back and close my eyes
I'm trying, denying
I guess it's never supposed to be (just lay back and close my eyes)
it's coming down now (just lay back and close my eyes)
it's coming down because of me

The light that radiates from the great novels time can never dim, for human existence is perpetually being forgotten by man and thus the novelists discoveries, however old they may be, will never cease to astonish.

Love is a gorgeous grave
That steals your heart
With flowery desires and dreams
Easily cherished but impossible to save.
I’m lonelier
Than the Great Gatsby,
But I’m grateful
No one will attend my funereal.

He Knows You Know
(derek disck/steve rothery/ pete trewavas/ micheal pointer/mark kelly/diz minnett/brian jellyman)
He knows, you know, he knows, you know
Problems, problems, problems, problems
Light switch, yellow fever, crawling up your bathroom wall
Singing psychedelic praises to the depths of a china bowl
Youve got venom in your stomach, youve got poison in your head
You should have listened to the priest at the confession
When he offered you the sacred bread
He knows, you know, he knows, you know, he knows, you know
But hes got problems
Fast feed, crystal fever, swarming through a fractured mind
Chilling needles freeze emotion, the blind shall lead the blind
Youve got venom in you stomach, youve got poison in your head
When your conscience whispered, the vein lines stiffened
You were walking with the dead
He knows, you know, he knows, you know, he knows, you know
Hes got experience
Hes got experience, he knows, you know
But hes got problems
Problems, problems, problems, problems, problems, problems.
He knows...
Slash wrist, scarlet fever, crawled under your bathroom door
Pumping arteries ooze the problem, through the gap that the razor tore
Youve got venom in your stomach, youve got poison in your head
You should have listened to your analyst questions when yo lay on his leather bed
He knows, you know, he knows, you know, he knows, you know
But hes got problems
Blank eyes, purple fever, streaming through the frosted pane
You learned your lesson far to late from the links in a chemist chain
Youve got venom in your stomach, youve got poison in your head
You should have stayed at home and talked with father
Listen to the lies he fed
He knows, you know, he knows, you know, he knows, you know
But hes got problems
He knows, you know, he knows, you know, he knows, you know
Hes got experience
Hes got experience, he knows, you know
He knows, you know, you know, you know
You know, you know, you know, you know
Problems, problems, problems, problems, problems, problems
Dont give me your problems

Too Much Pains
there are too much pains...
pains within the heart..
the heart that beats not
for love but wars..
there are too much pains
pains within the soul
the soul that does'nt know God
there are too much pains
pains within the troubled minds
minds who not care for ideas..

The empathy
To give alms is compassion.
To feel for one’s sufferings is sympathy.
To share one’s sufferings is empathy.
What you do to parents is compassion,
What you do to siblings is sympathy.
Your doings to offspring is empathy.
Shows empathy to others to be great.
