You want to raise your child in such a way that you don't have to control him, so that he will be in full possession of himself at all times. Upon that depends his good behavior, his health, his sanity.

Sanity Oh Sanity!

Sanity oh sanity at times you hide so well.
Without your ever presence it’s a living hell.

Each day each I meet poses a painful crisis.
Without you they’re left to their own devises.
I try to trust only myself so I can’t be hurt.
With watchful eye I attempt to always be alert.
Health, wealth and youth have all taken leave.
I need you now more than I could ever believe.

Sanity oh sanity you’re my driving force…
Without you at my side I have no recourse.

In the long run, a society's strength depends on the way that ordinary people voluntarily behave. Ordinary people matter because there are so many of them. Voluntary behavior matters because it is hard to supervise everyone all the time. … Successful societies — those which progress economically and politically and can control the terms on which they deal with the outside world— succeed because they have found ways to match individual self-interest to the collective good. The behavior that helps each person will, as a cumulative ethos, help the society as a whole.

Payment for good behavior

Payment for good behavior
Need is a reality which can come in any one’s life.
At such occasion somebody gave me money letter I returned the money to him.
Next time another man gave me
Money,
Good behavior,
And nice words full sympathy.
We take breakfast also on the table where the deal was accomplished.
Later I returned his money but I had no words to pay for his good behavior and nice words
To which he offered me at my difficult time.
I realize that we can pay for good behavior only by good behavior not by money.

Monday's Child

Monday’s child is full of face,
Tuesday’s child is full of grace,
Wednesday’s child is full of woe,
Thursday’s child has far to go,
Friday’s child is loving and giving
Saturday’s child works hard for its living
And a child that is born on Sabbath day
Is fair and wise and good at play

When man learns to understand and control his own behavior as well as he is learning to understand and control the behavior of crop plants and domestic animals, he may be justified in believing that he has become civilized.

How Many, How Much

How many slams in an old screen door?
Depends how loud you shut it.
How many slices in a bread?
Depends how thin you cut it.
How much good inside a day?
Depends how good you live 'em.
How much love inside a friend?
Depends how much you give 'em.

The Child In Me

I am a full-grown man
With a wife and children
A good job to do
Have all that I need
People think
I have lot of experience
To share with others
I give to them
What is expected from me?
But do not hide
The child in me
At times
I cry and laugh like him
Ask questions
As a child does
Play and behave like him
I know
Childhood cannot return
But the child in me
Takes me back
To the carefree
World of A child
No matter,
How old I become
I do not want
The child in me to die

Expendable Youth

Gun down cold on a raw deal
Home turf my battlefield
In no one's way caught in a crossfire
Stray bullets can kill

Expendable youths
Fighting for possession
Having control the principle obsession
Rivalry and retribution
Death the only solution

Inured soul lies on the ground
Head blown off face down
Lying in a pool of blood
An accidental death homicide

Expendable youths
Fighting for possession
Having control the principle obsession
Rivalry and retribution
Death the only solution

Struggling to survive
The drug induced warfare
To have control and principle obsession
Expendable youth fighting for possession
Violence is only a friend

Expendable youths
Fighting for possession
Having control the principle obsession
Rivalry and retribution
Death the only solution

Ride Child Ride

Well Im sitting here this evening
Ive got some old friends on my mind, yeah I do
Yeah, me and slick and davy saluting mr. daniels
For the very first time
We was jamming to old jimi, singing purple haze,
No doubt, no, no
I think between weed and whiskey
My head went north and man, my feet went south
We had some good times,
And man do I remember them well
Those days are long gone,
But now I got to tell you just how we left some stories to tell
Chorus:
Ride, child ride
Hell we had some good times then
Ride, child, ride
Sometimes I need those times again
Do you remember when?
Remember all our big talk,
How we were going to be president, one day, baby
How we were going to save the whole world
But man, I got to tell you lord,
Didnt have a clue back then
We had some good times,
And man do I remember them well
Those days are long gone,
But now I got to tell you just how we left some stories to tell
Chorus
Ride, child, ride
Hell, we had some good times then
Ride, child ride
Sometimes I need those times again
Ride, child ride
Hell, we had some good times then
Ride, child, ride
Take me back there, man, do you remember when?

An obsession

I have so many things in my possession
diamond, gold silver has not created any obsession
The wealth is multiplied without any efforts
the laden ships are still landing at ports

Everything is taking place at very ease
but it does not give me joy or please
People address me as wealthy man and tease
I am eager to use it for noble cause and release

What makes man to enjoy the moment?
the beautiful happenings around or hectic movements?
the worldly affairs or natural climate
which of the things stay near possibly to state

The noise atmosphere and wordy duals appeal no one
it has never found favor with poor, rich or any one
I had everything in my possession
still i prefer to stay away with clear obsession

You can never influence a person or mass
they are distinct and super in their own class
They have full freedom with total integrity
they know what is divinity and serenity

You may donate large sum for noble cause
it will not create deep impact because
you have been blessed with wealth
it is going for charity and good health

It may satisfy to the extent of donation
still it may not quality for equation
the wealth might have come through inheritance
it does not carry much weight or substance

The poems or songs created in His praise
leads to likes of many and enough to raise
your status as beloved and nice figure
no one could have got it for sure

The wealth may deplete and show the bottom
You may feel poor with unimaginable symptom
the verses and creations may take you to people's heart
what an innovative way of living near with lovely start

No gold or jewelry will grant you enough access
it may lie in abundance or in excess
it may still bother you as having very less
you will be suffering from tension and stress

What you loose as an ordinary poet?
much to gain by remaining very quiet?
no one can steal any of golden creation
as it is instrument for their recreation

I have lived with both but enjoyed only one
it has altogether changed my behavior and tone
I have touched the ground to experience is depth
it has enough of everything to be felt with strength

The music may never die out
you have nothing to fear or face the rout
there is uniqueness to feel about
it is proving as health tonic to feel stout

It takes you to a far off land
You can not fear for life or see anybody's hand
it is just an elevation to feel satisfaction
This is very nice and good indication

Control

Control control
control control! !
Too many times a day
control!
Control the sleeping
time, the wake!
Control amount
of coffee, milk,
sugar intake!
Control breakfast,
lunch and dinner's time,
Also the calories
and vitamins to come!
Control your words
control your thoughts
control the sitting
straight out pose
Control own look
from head- to toes!
Forget not those
that count
the most:
Feelings! !
Control them!
Out not to let
controlling self
to not became a threat
to whom or what
to ask I wouldn't dare
right now, I wouldn't
even care..
No more control!
No keeping sane!
FREE! ! !
as the Wind who's
messing up my hair
I - Want - To- Be! ! ! !

Let others have control,
not me! ? !
Control..control control
control? !
Oh, pardon me! -bull s..!
I had enough:
-I'M OUT OF IT! ! !

Dependence

What is this, all of my darkest fears?
Why have they gathered here?
To watch a fool go down.
Go away. why would you waste your time?
Here where the sun wont shine.
Theres nothing left for you.
Chorus:
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont want me.
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont need me.
I cant go on this way
When everything I do depends on you.
Depends on you.
I had it all. one of the sunny boys.
Hear my pride and joy.
You were always there by me.
Funny how fast sunny times go by?
And fall to a darkened sky.
And lot of useless toys
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont want me.
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont need me.
I can t go on this way
When every step I take depends on you
Depends on you.
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont want me.
I cant go on this way
Knowing you dont need me.
I cant go on this way
When everything I do depends on you.
Depends on you

Excessive Emotions

Control your emotions:
Be it anger, love or hate;
Let it never seize your heart;
Cut it from the start!

Control your emotions:
Be it earthly or divine;
Corporeal or sexual;
Excess spells your doom!

Control your emotions:
Even if it be good or bad;
They cause upset of your mind,
Affecting your health!

Control your emotions:
Your feelings must be balanced;
Excess is bad to body;
Meditation’s good!

Control your emotions:
Perilsome’s a sinful course;
A graceless soul, steeped in sin
Is damned forever!

Whatever It Is That Has Them Possessed

Your children exemplify,
Some of the most atrocious behavior...
We have ever witnessed.
They are disobedient, obnoxious...
Rude and disrespectful.
And they have no regard for others. Period!

'And...
What are you saying?
My children do not possess leadership qualities? '

No!
That may be true.
However...
Whatever it is that has them possessed,
We are requesting you take them elsewhere...
To allow that possession an outlet to thrive.
But here, their behavior is not condoned.

Oh...
And here is the brick your son threw through my window.
Yesterday!
I signed and dated it for you as a reminder.

O Sanity

Its only sane to be insane
Psychotic builds a castle
And neurotic lives in it
I dont know what to do with my sanity
When the worlds at the verge of calamity
O sanity, o sanity
What am I to do with you
Drink up, shoot up, anything you please
But youre always standing behind me like a devil in hell
O sanity, o sanity
Why dont you let me go
Let go, let go, cut it out!
