If Jesus came back today, and saw what was going on in his name, he'd never stop throwing up.

Today is a Busy Day
Lord jesus, today is a busy day
Please have your hand direct my way
Cause so many things can go wrong
And i am definitely not strong
For today a car might pull out
Send me and my bike on flyabout
Or the sadie's hose at work slip
And give me a 180° degree dip
Or maybe i'll suddenly fall down
And they'll find my heart's broken down
Perhaps i'll get robbed and shot
And one last breath is all i got
Maybe a dog will see me and go mad
And i'll be mauled something bad
Maybe i'll slip over and smash my head
And i will never again rise out of bed
Lord jesus, you see what's ahead
I dont have to worry when i go to bed
Lord jesus, if i ever forget
Please remind me you have my back
Lord jesus, today is a busy day...

Jesus Saves
Some people find Jesus
In the back of a old country church
Some find Him
In an worn out bible book
But I found Jesus
In the heart of a dear old friend
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave back to me again
She told how He loved me
That He never walked away
For that's when I saw His love
In her eyes that very day
Oh how lucky I have been
To have a believer as a friend
For when I was lost and at my bitter end
She brought me back to Him
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave it back again
Now when people ask me
If there really is a God
I just look them in the eye
Give them a simple nod
For if it wasn't for my friend and God
I wouldn't be here today
Just when I thought my life was over
Jesus gave it back that day

Settle Down
Brimming with useless information,
Spilling thoughts void of true opinion,
Yes you'll fight it to the death,
Yeah you'll fight it to the death.
Fighting someone elses favour,
Regurgetate the words you heard on radio 2,
Arghhh didn't you?
[chorus]
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down
Well every dialoge needs a certain suitor,
One whos open minded,
To calmly digest the very question of,
And understand,
to look at things from many angles,
constuct and critic without anger,
Even comprimise,
You never comprimise
chorus x2
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down, settle down, settle down

Is Today the Day
Is today the day
we tell Satan flee
is today the day
we will be free
Is today the day
we curl and run
is today the day
we use that gun
Is today the day
much like before
Is today the day
to close the door
Is today the day
the walls come down
Is today the day
we will abound
Is today the day
we ask Jesus in
Is today the day
life begins again
Is today the day
we help a friend
is today the day
Will we let Him in

You Better Stop
Well i want you to understand me
I don't want you to be confused
I see through that line you're tryin' to hand me
And i don't like being used
So i think you better stop
And see what you're tryin' to do
Yes i think you better stop
Before it comes back on you
Well you're gifted in your conversation
And you've got a ?? that's mighty strong
And i had you in consideration
But you didn't fool me for long
So i think you better stop
And see what you're tryin' to do
Yes i think you better stop
Before it comes back on you
Well who am i to tell you what to do?
I love you just enough to tell you true - you better stop
But if you're content with a one night stand
Then go on, play the field
But just make sure that that's the way you really feel
You better stop - stop - stop
Yes i think you better stop
You don't really have to change your lifestyle
Just stretch it and let it go
And maybe baby, in the meanwhile
We will fall in love, and you will know
That you had better stop
And see what you're tryin' to do
Yeah i think you better stop
Before it comes back on you
You had better stop
Before it comes back on you
You better stop - stop - stop
Yes i think you better stop
You better stop
You better stop
You better stop

Great Expectations
Hey baby! Don’t be mad!
Down! Sad! It’s not that bad!
Know I’m not much. Not born
incarnate. A great successful man.
But so what! But I’m the only one
you’ve got. And I’m about done!
So what! What about! What about!
We stop throwing insulting stones?
It’s definitely definitely time to atone!
It’s done it’s gone! So let it! Let it alone!
Why don’t you stop throwing these stones?
Why can’t you ever let it alone! Let it alone?
Let’s get on. Let’s get on. Get on. In style!
With something! Something new! Worthwhile!
Something we share! Something we both share!
Our own! Not Mr and Mrs Jones again to compare!

Drifting Too Far
Out on the perilous deep,
Where danger silently creeps,
And storm's so violently sweeping,
You're drifting too far from shore.
Chorus:
Drifting too far from shore,
You're drifting too far from shore,
Come to Jesus today,
Let Him show you the way
You're drifting too far from shore.
Today, the Tempest rose high,
And clouds o'er shadow the sky.
Sure death is hovering neigh,
You're drifting too far from shore.
Drifting too far from shore,
You're drifting too far from shore,
Come to Jesus today,
Let Him show you the way
You're drifting too far from shore.
Why meet a terrible fate?
Mercies abundantly wait.
Turn back before it's too late
You're drifting too far from shore.
Drifting too far from shore
You're drifting too far from shore (peaceful shore)
Come to Jesus today. Let him show you the way
You're drifting too far from shore...

O Jesus
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who was the Word of God…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and was always in the Thoughts of God…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who was born of the Virgin Mary…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, and peace be upon his mother Mary…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who the Holy Spirit of God was given…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one who in the name of God, casted out demons…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one they said slanderous things about…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, the one they tried to blot out…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and was sinless…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came to the temple and became relentless…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came to the Israelites to teach them the Gospel…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, who came and did things that were impossible…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who is the Prophet and Christ…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who the Scriptures prophesised…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who Almighty God raised up…
O Jesus, peace be upon him, he who Almighty God will send back and amaze us.

Lord Jesus, Hold Me!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please lead me to the Light!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please feed me some insight!
You loved me on Calvary!
On Calvary, it's true!
Nobody's loved as quite
As much as You!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
Receive the very heart of me,
Today, eternally!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
To find You was my destiny,
My ecstasy, my liberty!
Jesus hold me...
Lord Jesus hold me!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please never let me go!
Yet please don't scold me!
I really want to grow!
Teach me from each Bible book!
Communion bread and wine!
Yet most of all,
Forgiveness that's divine!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
Receive the very heart of me,
Today, eternally!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
The Passion sacrificed for me,
The Blood Atonement meant for me!
Jesus loves me!
Lord Jesus loves me! !

Just Today?
Just today, can I dream a little?
Just today, can we pretend we are in love?
Just today, can I wish a little?
Just today, can my wish come true?
And you write, and you dream
And every time you talk, I wish it was me
But you think, you think for her
And I don't kno her but she is really pretty for sure
And her smile perfect it must be,
You see it once, and more u want to see
And her presence,
Is her presence more fun than mine?
Do u call her your sunshine?
And trust me, I really wish for you
I wish, she will fall in love with you too
Just not today, but starting tomorrow
because tomorrow-
Tomorrow I will stop wishing & dreaming,
Tomorrow I will go back to being myself,
Tomorrow I will take it back, all this pain
Tomorrow we will go back to being strangers again!
But just today,
Can we be more than what we were?
Just today can I be more than her?

Without Him
(words & music by mylon r. lefevre)
Without him I could do nothing
Without him Id surely fail
Without him I would be drifting
Like a ship without a sail
Without him I would be dying
Without him Id be enslaved
Without him life would be worthless
But with jesus thank God Im saved
Oh jesus, oh jesus
Do you know him today
Please dont turn him away
Oh jesus, my jesus
Without him how lost I would be
Without him how lost I would be

Live For Today
Show me the road and I will find my own
and you build the bridges and I'll burn them down.
So far away and all alone I roam
I'm taking chances in the here and now.
And all you wonder is who's for sale
but you won't know now and I won't tell.
You're always hiding, throwing up your hands
while heroes ride again.
God only knows all the places I've been
but I love this life that I'm live'n in and
I won't look back to regret yesterday.
We're not handed tomorrow
so I'll live for today.
Another day and yet another's done,
spending the life living within the past.
I'll take the chance before the chance has gone.
you never know when it will be your last
But still you wonder who's for sale
you won't know now and I won't tell.
You're always hiding, throwing up your hands
while heroes ride again.
God only knows all the places I've been
but I love this life that I'm live'n in.
I won't look back to regret yesterday.
We're not handed tomorrow
so I'll live for today.
We'll never know it When we run out of time until it's all over with
and there'll be nowhere to run.
We'll never say it but we're over our heads and we're drowning inside
all of these things we've said.
God only knws all the places I've been
but I love this life that I'm live'n in.
I won't look back to regret yesterday
cuz we're not handed tomorrow
so I'll live for today.
God only knows all the places I've been
but I love this life that I'm live'n in.
I won't look back to regret yesterday
cuz we're not handed tomorrow.
so I'll live for today.

Salvation
how many Jesus's does it take?
rock n roll Jesus, civil rights Jesus,
sexual Jesus, Baptist Jesus,
Pentecostal snake Jesus...
heroin Jesus, small town family Jesus,
necklace Jesus, tattoo Jesus,
illegal immigrant Jesus...
Jesus on the cross in a drunk tank Jesus,
Marlboro Jesus, county fair Jesus,
pray for Armagadden Jesus...
or just a man,
living one day, one moment,
one bare naked dirty human need
at a time...
with open hands, open heart,
and open mind!

Rainy Day Blues
The rain is still coming down today
For gods sake! Will it ever
stop?
I’m sick to death of looming gray clouds
That are exuding their drizzling
drops.
For Pete’s sake! Get it over with
I’ve had about as much as I can
stand
Let me get back to my old self again
And out of this soggy
Wetland.
This slow moving low and me below
Make for one miserable
dude.
If it doesn’t stop soon this mini monsoon
I’ll be lethargic all day and just
Brood
I pray to sweet Jesus the rain will soon end
But the weatherman says rain all weekend.

I Asked The Rain To Stop Today
I asked the rain to stop today
To see if it would oblige
To stop pounding on the window,
And saturating our lives.
I asked the rain to stop today,
With my umbrella held tight,
I pleaded with the mighty rain,
Until the dead of night.
I asked the rain to stop today,
To get a little relief,
I asked that rain to stop today,
But it kept coming down in sheets.
I begged the rain to cease today,
I begged on hand and knee,
I waited for the rain’s reply
But it only dampened me.
Dripping, cold, damp, and tired,
I walked into the night.
I was so upset at the stubborn rain,
I didn’t see the lights.
Bleeding, Lying, Dripping, Dying,
A rag doll in the street.
I asked the rain to stop today...

I Believe In Jesus
Ran into mother mary down on line
Street in l.a.
She was preaching the gospel
She was singing how jesus saves
When a crowd of passing tourists
Looked to see what they could see
You know before they know it she had
Them all down on their knees
I believe in jesus you know I know him
Oh so well
And Im going to heaven by and by
cause I already been through hell
I believe in jesus, in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus
So onward christian soldiers still
Marching as to war
With the cross of jesus just going on before
Now jesus was a little lamb, his fleece
Was white as snow
And every where that jesus went
This lamb is sure to go
Well I believe in jesus you know I know him
Oh so well
And Im going to heaven by and by
cause I saved my soul from going to hell
I believe in jesus, in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus
Look at the sheep cause theyre
Running fast
They wanna make it through the gates
At last
So onward christian soldiers still
Marching as to war
With the cross of jesus just going on before
I believe in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus.....

Happy Easter!
Palm Sunday has gone,
Holy week has begun,
The week with events
Leading to Jesus torments,
To His Resurrection,
Showing the spirits domination.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
Easter Sunday today,
The greatest holiday.
We pray and say,
All around the world,
The words of love to our Lord
Showing that his death was not in vain.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
We light the candles
As a symbol of the rising sun,
And their light resembles
Jesus was really God’s Son.
The light comes back to the world
With the risen Jesus.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
The church bells ring,
The whole world sings Alleluia!
Easter eggs we bring
As a symbol of spring
With pretty small limes
Since the ancient times.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
Easter Rabbits or Easter Bunny
Look today happy and sunny.
They represent a new life
Full of presents and so nice.
We wear new clothes to look the best,
We’d like to follow His behest.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
The history of Sunday Easter has a long story,
And today we proclaim Jesus Christ Day
And say: Glory to our Lord!
Glory to the King of all Christians:
Ukrainians and Indians,
Russians and Americans,
Of all those who want to live in love and peace,
Our life for better to increase.
Glory to Jesus Christ!
And…..Happy Easter!
