Easter Day, II
So in the sinful streets, abstracted and alone,
I with my secret self held communing of mine own.
So in the southern city spake the tongue
Of one that somewhat overwildly sung,
But in a later hour I sat and heard
Another voice that spake another graver word.
Weep not, it bade, whatever hath been said,
Though He be dead, He is not dead.
In the true creed
He is yet risen indeed;
Christ is yet risen.
Weep not beside His tomb,
Ye women unto whom
He was great comfort and yet greater grief;
Nor ye, ye faithful few that wont with Him to roam,
Seek sadly what for Him ye left, go hopeless to your home;
Nor ye despair, ye sharers yet to be of their belief;
Though He be dead, He is not dead,
Nor gone, though fled,
Not lost, though vanished;
Though He return not, though
He lies and moulders low;
In the true creed
He is yet risen indeed;
Christ is yet risen.
Sit if ye will, sit down upon the ground,
Yet not to weep and wail, but calmly look around.
Whate’er befel,
Earth is not hell;
Now, too, as when it first began,
Life is yet life, and man is man.
For all that breathe beneath the heaven’s high cope,
Joy with grief mixes, with despondence hope.
Hope conquers cowardice, joy grief;
Or at least, faith unbelief.
Though dead, not dead;
Not gone, though fled;
Not lost, though vanished.
In the great gospel and true creed,
He is yet risen indeed;
Christ is yet risen.

Easter Day (Naples, 1849)
Through the great sinful streets of Naples as I past,
With fiercer heat than flamed above my head
My heart was hot within me; till at last
My brain was lightened, when my tongue had said
Christ is not risen!
Christ is not risen, no,
He lies and moulders low;
Christ is not risen.
What though the stone were rolled away, and though
The grave found empty there?
If not there, then elsewhere;
If not where Joseph laid Him first, why then
Where other men
Translaid Him after; in some humbler clay
Long ere to-day
Corruption that sad perfect work hath done,
Which here she scarcely, lightly had begun.
The foul engendered worm
Feeds on the flesh of the life-giving form
Of our most Holy and Anointed One.
He is not risen, no,
He lies and moulders low;
Christ is not risen.
What if the women, ere the dawn was grey,
Saw one or more great angels, as they say,
(Angels, or Him himself)? Yet neither there, nor then,
Nor afterward, nor elsewhere, nor at all,
Hath He appeared to Peter or the Ten;
Nor, save in thunderous terror, to blind Saul;
Save in an after-Gospel and late Creed
He is not risen indeed,
Christ is not risen.
Or what if e’en, as runs the tale, the Ten
Saw, heard, and touched, again and yet again?
What if at Emmaüs’ inn and by Capernaum’s Lake
Came One the bread that brake
Came One that spake as never mortal spake,
And with them ate and drank and stood and walked about?
Ah! ‘some’ did well to ‘doubt’!
Ah! the true Christ, while these things came to pass,
Nor heard, nor spake, nor walked, nor dreamt, alas!
He was not risen, no
He lay and moulder low,
Christ was not risen.
As circulates in some great city crowd
A rumour changeful, vague, importunate, and loud,
From no determined centre, or of fact,
Or authorship exact,
Which no man can deny
Nor verify;
So spread the wondrous fame;
He all the same
Lay senseless, mouldering, low.
He was not risen, no
Christ was not risen!
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust;
As of the unjust, also of the just
Yea, of that Just One too.
This is the one sad Gospel that is true
Christ is not risen.
Is He not risen, and shall we not rise?
Oh, we unwise!
What did we dream, what wake we to discover?
Ye hills, fall on us, and ye mountains, cover!
In darkness and great gloom
Come ere we thought it is our day of doom,
From the cursed world which is one tomb,
Christ is not risen!
Eat, drink, and play, and think that this is bliss:
There is no Heaven but this;
There is no Hell;
Save Earth, which serves the purpose doubly well,
Seeing it visits still
With equallest apportionment of ill
Both good and bad alike, and brings to one same dust
The unjust and the just
With Christ, who is not risen.
Eat, drink, and die, for we are souls bereaved
Of all the creatures under heaven’s wide cope
We are most hopeless, who had once most hope,
And most beliefless, that had most believed.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust;
As of the unjust, also of the just
Yea, of that just One too!
It is the one sad Gospel that is true
Christ is not risen!
Weep not beside the tomb,
Ye women, unto whom
He was great solace while ye tended Him;
Ye who with napkin o’er the head
And folds of linen round each wounded limb
Laid out the Sacred Dead;
And thou that bar’st Him in thy wondering womb;
Yea, Daughters of Jerusalem, depart,
Bind up as best ye may your own sad bleeding heart:
Go to your homes, your living children tend,
Your earthly spouses love;
Set your affections not on things above,
Which moth and rust corrupt, which quickliest come to end:
Or pray, if pray ye must, and pray, if pray ye can,
For death; since dead is He whom ye deemed more than man,
Who is not risen: no
But lies and moulders low
Who is not risen!
Ye men of Galilee!
Why stand ye looking up to heaven, where Him ye ne’er may see,
Neither ascending hence, nor returning hither again?
Ye ignorant and idle fishermen!
Hence to your huts, and boats, and inland native shore,
And catch not men, but fish;
Whate’er things ye might wish,
Him neither here nor there ye e’er shall meet with more.
Ye poor deluded youths, go home,
Mend the old nets ye left to roam,
Tie the split oar, patch the torn sail:
It was indeed an ‘idle tale’
He was not risen!
And, oh, good men of ages yet to be,
Who shall believe because ye did not see
Oh, be ye warned, be wise!
No more with pleading eyes,
And sobs of strong desire,
Unto the empty vacant void aspire,
Seeking another and impossible birth
That is not of your own, and only mother earth.
But if there is no other life for you,
Sit down and be content, since this must even do:
He is not risen!
One look, and then depart,
Ye humble and ye holy men of heart;
And ye I ye ministers and stewards of a Word
Which ye would preach, because another heard
Ye worshippers of that ye do not know,
Take these things hence and go:
He is not risen!
Here, on our Easter Day
We rise, we come, and lo! we find Him not,
Gardener nor other, on the sacred spot:
Where they have laid Him there is none to say;
No sound, nor in, nor out no word
Of where to seek the dead or meet the living Lord.
There is no glistering of an angel’s wings,
There is no voice of heavenly clear behest:
Let us go hence, and think upon these things
In silence, which is best.
Is He not risen? No
But lies and moulders low?
Christ is not risen?

Don't Cry
Why do you cry? He has risen.
Why are you weeping? He's not dead.
Why do you cry? he has risen.
Why are you weeping? He's not dead.
He paid it all on that lonely highway(hayyyy). And his anointing I can feel. He shed his blood (ohh ohh ohh). For my
transgressions (ohh ohh ohh). And by his stripes we are healed.
Why do you cry? He has risen.
Why are you weeping? He's not dead.
So as you go through lifes journey(neeeee). Don't you worry lift up your head. Don't you cry (ohh ohh ohh) stop your weeping
(ohh ohh ohh) He has risen He's not dead.
[Chorus]
Don't cry
wipe your eyes
He's not dead.
(ohh ohh ohh ohh)
Don't weep
He's not asleep
Je-hovah
He's not dead
(ohh ohh ohh ohh)
Don't cry
wipe your eyes
He's not dead

The Sign of Jonah
In the tomb for three days, but, He’d rise to the Father’s praise,
For three days and three nights, in that dark tomb, out of sight,
The Son of God, sent to save, now lay dead down in the grave,
For indeed, Christ was dead, the hope of many turned to dread.
It was Jonah Christ pointed to, regarding all that God would do,
In the belly of a fish for a time, three days and nights for a sign,
After taken off that wicked tree, in the earth’s belly He would be,
Christ’s body in a tomb would lay, but, as He said, it didn’t stay.
Disciples scattered by the cross, now discouraged and felt lost,
It was truly a dark time for those, before The Lord had truly rose,
From the cross to that tomb, His followers now filled with doom,
What occurred caused much grief, filling all hearts with disbelief.
Their disbelief would take a turn, as all failing hearts would learn,
That Christ did just what He said, and Jesus was no longer dead,
Alive and here just like before, was Jesus Christ, The Risen Lord,
Back again, their Lord and friend, for that grave was not His end.
Just as the fish spit Jonah out; The Lord would have a turnabout,
Now risen by His own decree, was Christ, the Savior of humanity,
Now restored to God’s right hand, Lord and Savior of every land,
God’s Proven Hope to all nations, of His One and Only Salvation.

From doom and gloom to ecstasy
The body had been wrapped and firmly bound
as it lay dead and lifeless underground.
The stone rolled over shutting out the light
and the doors of death sealed so very tight
Outside the grave all hope has been shattered
despair was rife, His disciples scattered.
Where will they all go and what shall they do?
For all their hopes had been centred on You.
All forlorn, they did not know what to say
defeat and disappointment filled their day.
Then Mary came running into the room
with this wonderful message from the tomb.
He's alive! He's back from the dead!
He has risen just like He said.
Conquering death and the grave.
Risen with mighty power to save.
He's alive! Come with me and see.
For He has won the victory.
Rejoice with me as the good news I tell
that He has triumphed over death and hell.
Death's been conquered by Christ the crucified
for the doors of death He burst open wide.
Risen in the power of an endless life
conquering Satan by His sacrifice.
He Is Risen
The Savior who died in our stead, now has risen from the dead,
The Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, from that grave to New Life,
Those who saw Him could rejoice, praising God with one voice,
In light that He now has risen, Eternal Life to us, God has given.
Christ, who died for all man’s sin, now in power can reign within,
In every Believer, in their heart, once residing, He will not depart,
New Life, He gives to you and me, life that extends into Eternity
Since He rose we’re not the same; readying us to eternally reign,
When on earth, believers died, they were given bodies Glorified,
Through the power of His Name, each body by God is changed,
That change assured to you and I, by Christ, who reigns on high,
Change gained, from only One, Jesus Christ, God’s Eternal Son.
All Authority was given to Jesus, to change the heart of all of us,
Leading us when we follow Christ, to point all others to New Life,
Pointing men to who we’ve adored, Jesus Christ, our Risen Lord,
The Only One, with power to give, to all believers, new life to live.
The Spotless Lamb, claimed victory, for sinners like you and me,
Victory over both sin and death, providing for His, eternal breath,
When we depart from this earth, then Glorified through New Birth,
To reign with Christ forevermore, upon reaching the eternal shore.
Resurrection
Now the golden daffodil
Lifts from earth his shining head
That was lately frozen still
In the gardens of the dead.
Sing to the Lord a new song!
Roundelays and virelays,
Who hath slain Death and is young
Master of your holidays.
Now from places underground
Gold and purple folk will go
Haled by the shrill trumpet sound
From their wormy beds below.
Now the stone is from the tomb!
Now 'tis Easter and the morn!
Christ the Lord of Life is come,
Hath slain Death, and Life is born.
Christ the Lord of Life new-risen,
Calls the sleepers that they rise--
From the unnumbered graves, break prison,
Follow Him to Paradise.
Who be then these shining ones
Dancing with a heavenly mirth,
The King's daughters, the King's sons,
Fairer than the folk of earth?
Graves are busier than a hive
The wind blows, the sun is warm;
Now the dead are come alive--
Loosed is many a golden swarm.
Sing to the Lord a new song!
The Sun's risen in our East;
Christ the Lord of Life is young.
And the young sit to the feast.

Christ Suffered For Us
Jesus Christ had suffered and died, while His accusers all survived,
The accusers cheered as they said; on the cross the Savior is dead.
Christ was accused of The Truth, which His enemy could not refute.
With a crown of thorns on His head, Christ said forgive them instead.
Saying they know not what they do, as The Lord died for me and you.
At the sight of the earthquake, at the cross one centurion then spake;
He exclaimed with a reverent nod, surely Christ was the Son of God.
Friend with a nail deep in His side, for all sins Christ Jesus had died.
His body that night was then laid, by Joseph into his newly cut grave.
But some feared in their heart, that from the grave He would depart.
So a stone was rolled to the door, this in order to stop the risen Lord.
But Christ did exactly what He said, and Christ was no longer dead.
Fulfilled was Jonah’s prophecy, when Jesus rose again for all to see.
The stone was rolled from the tomb, thus sealing His accusers doom.
With that tomb left opened wide, His resurrection can not be denied.
But accusers exist to this day, those not believing what God did say.
Jesus did as He said my friend, and He’s coming back to do it again.
And when He comes back friend, every single eye will see in the end.
Even those who pierced Him will see, that He is The God of Eternity.
If you believe He was pierced for you, you’ll be raised into Glory too.
He’s coming back first in the clouds, to return within His holy crowds.
He prepared a place for His own, and is coming to take us all home,
While those who scoff in unbelief, will depart into darkness and grief.
Will you be in the scoffing crowds, or with The Lord in those clouds?

Hope Full of Certainty
One day I’ll take my last breath, then this earthly body will face death,
My earthly presence will cease to be, that moment I step into Eternity,
My body will be dead, be assured, as I have risen to be with my Lord,
This is the Hope for everyone, who knows as Savior, God’s Own Son.
This is One Hope, full of certainty, a Hope that carries on into Eternity,
A Hope for us with full assurance, and one that has Eternal endurance.
With this Hope death has no sting, as believers know The Eternal King,
Eternal Lord and Creator of all, who came to save us from Adam’s fall.
With this Hope we may not even die, if called to meet Christ in the sky,
If the rapture occurs before, we’re called to enter through death’s door,
For when we hear the trumpet sound, believers shall be Heaven bound,
To meet with God’s Holy crowds, our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the clouds.
This is The Blessed Hope for us, who, in the Savior, have put our trust,
When we accepted His invitation, to Eternal Life, through His Salvation,
God’s only salvation in Jesus Christ, who prepares a place in Paradise,
For all of those who do believe, and who into Heaven, God will receive.
This Blessed Hope, is none other than, The Lord and Savior of all men,
Jesus Christ, now risen and Glorified, soon to return to claim His bride.
And we will return with our King, as He rules and reigns over everything,
This from His Throne, upon this earth, One of everlasting, Eternal worth.

Easter- The Resurrection of Jesus Christ and the death of Death!
Lord Jesus Christ has risen from his grave!
The tomb on third day was an empty cave;
The Savior of mankind has done the feat;
The Evil One Satan has got defeat.
The empty tomb of Jesus Christ is proof:
The tomb-stone rolled aside, away from roof;
Yes, Jesus resurrected as forecast;
The sting of death is now a thing of past.
The second Adam has won over death;
The fear of death needn’t haunt someone on earth;
Death is not end but henceforth beginning
Of Life eternal- mankind’s new meaning.
Jesus, the Light has dispelled all darkness,
That hinders men from Heaven’s happiness;
Jesus, the Way leads all souls to Heaven;
Our Road to Heaven has been made even.
The heart of love infinite won o’er death;
No more can death frighten a soul on earth;
The King of Love has conquered death ‘per se’;
This is the key message of Easter Day.
Our sinless Messiah is alive still,
After his death on cross upon the hill;
God’s only Son is Savior of mankind;
Confess your sins of body and of mind.
Jesus, the Truth has triumphed o’er Satan;
And Hope is born afresh that beckons man;
Children of Adam and of Eve are saved;
The road to Heaven’s glory, Jesus paved.
Denied is Satan of power of death-
Sigh of relief for all souls upon earth;
The gate of Heaven’s wide open to all;
We all can go to God, despite our fall.
Death entered earth through Adam and Eve’s sin;
Christ’s Resurrection is also our win;
The warrior of love has conquered death;
Jesus has brought about the death of Death!
The awesome death is now man’s friendly-foe!
Death puts an end to every strife and woe;
The cruel thief is welcome guest of man;
Man need not fear death in his whole life-span.
Death is the way to Eternity now;
Death is not dreadful as it was once, wow!
Man’s body got back sanctity once lost-
Rejuvenating truth to mankind, vast.
No tomb can hold a man’s body for long;
Death’s silence will be broken by life’s song;
The risen Christ has opened up all tombs-
Even for dead, unborn babies in wombs!
The future of all mankind lies in Christ;
‘Our faith in God’- the flag, we ought to hoist;
Follow the Cross and Heaven’s Gate is nigh,
When we are made too kings by One, most High.
Like Christ, all Christians too can resurrect;
Let’s keep our soul without sinful defect;
The rod for sins has also been absolved;
Redemption of mankind has been resolved.
The holy cross of Christ has paid the price
Of freedom of man’s every sin and vice;
Awaits the Lord with banquet feast for us;
Let us prepare our soul now for this Bliss.

The Glory of The Lord
The Glory of The Lord came down, in the midst of men, He was found,
When on this darkened earthly sod, men had beheld the Glory of God.
John the Baptist prepared the way, for the Glory of Christ on that day,
When upon this earth came the Light, displayed by God in men’s sight.
When Christ, by John, was baptized, He by His Father was recognized,
For that moment His Father seized, to say, in His Son He was pleased.
Then The Spirit in the form of a dove, descended on Christ from above,
Acknowledging Christ for everyone, confirming that Jesus was His Son.
Through The Spirit of The Lord, the Father and Son are of one accord,
Healing and teaching He’d proclaim, all authority in His Father’s Name.
Christ had spoke with such authority, coming from The God of Eternity,
For all Authority was given to Christ; The Son who came to give us life.
Even when Christ Jesus had died, His Father in Heaven was Glorified,
As this earth quaked down below, many hearts of men began to know,
This was The Christ God had sent, as He had the Temple curtain rent.
As one soldier said with a fearful nod, surely this was The Son of God.
Although that day Christ was killed, it was God’s Word that He fulfilled,
Being buried by men close to Him, in a tomb in the midst of men of sin.
But, much to the surprise of men, in three days, Christ had risen again.
He was resurrected just as before; Glorified again was Christ our Lord.
And Jesus again appeared to those, who heard from the grave he rose,
Appearing to men in a body Glorified, Christ who on the cross had died.
After forty days Christ would ascend, to Heaven as risen Savior of men,
And the Heavenly Glory was restored, to Jesus Christ, the Eternal Lord.
Christmas Hymn
Praise to God whose love was shown
Who sent his son to earth
Jesus left his rightful throne
Became a man by birth
The virgins baby son
All creation praised him
God incarnate come
Come to bethlehem
Still a higher call had he
Deliverance from our sins
Come to set all people free
From satans hold within
For by the sin of man we fell
By the son of god
He crushed the power of hell
Death we fear no more
Now we stand with strength, with power
The sons of God on earth
Faithful to the final hour
Christs righteousness our worth
And now all praise is given
For the babe, the son
The savior king is risen
Christ is lord indeed
For the babe, the son
The savior king is risen
Christ is lord indeed

Sad Sadducees
The Sadducees
were sad you see.
They did not like what Peter said
that Jesus had risen from the dead.
But the lame man walked
and the people talked.
For by the risen power of Jesus' name
The man was healed and no longer lame.
I Want To Be Lost In You
I want to be so lost in you
And have my heart be pure and true
That when they come and look for me
It's Christ alone that they shall see
Look into the depths of me
Is it Christ my Lord you see?
Walk with me along the way
Have you walked with Christ today?
Listen to me share my heart
Do you wanna be a part?
Of Christ the Lord my risen King
And to His throne your treasures bring
When I'm caught up in the waves
Can you see the Christ that saves?
When all the world has turned on me
Is it Christ that they shall see?
When it's time for me to die
Will I raise my hands on high?
And sing aloud with all my might
Of Christ my King, a glorious sight

What Would Jesus Do?
The risen Lord ascended high, to leave this world behind,
Disciples saw Him in the sky, that memory in each mind...
He told them wait till power came and they were blessed in time,
To preach of Jesus, without shame, with miracles sublime...
As Jesus did, they preached the Word, as Jesus healed, they cared,
They honoured Him as their shepherd and with His sheep they shared.
A holy Church on Earth began, forgiveness through God's grace,
As Jews then Gentiles saw God's Plan, save sinners from each race...
Like crystals growing magically, the faith spread cross the globe,
Pilgrims praying so joyfully, now filled with Christian hope...
As Jesus did, they sought the Lord, the Father, for advice,
Not tempted by some new reward or thoughts of Paradise...
The deepest faith is borne of trials, not easy days and nights,
Not times of pleasant upturned smiles, but soaring to the heights...
Like Jesus did, disciples learn, obedience is the key,
It's like respect that each must earn, as Jesus sets us free...
Consider lilies in the field, without our cares and woes,
Yet there's a harvest we must yield, as each heart overflows...
It's love that makes the world go round, not greed or fear or hate,
God says these chains must be unbound so life can then be great...
Like Jesus did, when Death was chained as Christ rose from the dead,
While tomb and shroud and rock remained and Christ went on ahead...
The risen Lord transforms each mind, saved Gentile and saved Jew.
God's great advice to all Mankind... Ask... What would Jesus do?

Walking the road to Emmaus
Their eyes were downcast and the pace was slow.
Why these things had happened they did not know.
On their shoulders they bore grief's heavy load
as they walked that long Emmaus road.
A stranger joined them as they walked that way.
Slowed His pace to hear what they had to say.
Step by step He walked along with them there
and then the scriptures He began to share.
Eyes restrained and holden they did not know
Who it was that joined them walking so slow.
In fellowship sweet He expounded God's word
and their hearts glowed at everything they heard.
From Moses through the Prophets He made known
of an open tomb and a heavenly throne.
They listened carefully as this Man talked
as together the Emmaus road they walked.
'Did not the Christ have to suffer', He said
'and then He was to be raised up from the dead.'
As they approached the place they were going
He acted as though He would not go in.
'The day is far spent, stay with us, ' they said
and then He entered their house and broke the bread.
At once their eyes were opened and they knew
it was Jesus, but He vanished from their view.
'Did not our heart burn within us, ' they said
then up they got and off to Jerusalem sped.
Found the disciples and said 'It is true.'
The Lord is risen and we've seen Him too.
Weep For Those Left Behind
Don’t weep for me, but for those, who don’t believe in Him, who rose,
Christ, who rose from a garden tomb, to spare all of us eternal doom.
For they need your prayers instead, for they remain eternally mislead,
A prayer of hope, lifted to Him, to save them from their darkened sin.
Please don’t think I miss this place, I’m up in Heaven by God’s Grace,
It’s His Truth you need to herald, to save others from this sinful world.
Do not mourn as if I am dead, for I’m in Heaven with my Lord instead,
All the others still dead in their sin; they need His Spirit to dwell within.
They have no need to tear for me, for I have started New Life eternally,
Christ has conquered death and fear, and He’s wiped away every tear.
So they need not grieve my fate, the notion of Hell they need to hate,
All those left behind cannot afford, to continue a life without our Lord.
As it’s those who are left behind, who need to have a change of mind,
By changing what they now believe, so Eternal Truth, they can receive.
They truly need a change of heart, before from earth, they also depart,
Then they too can accept Jesus Christ, God’s only way to Eternal Life.
So all of you, who with me rejoice, help all the others with their choice,
Concerning Hell they need to shun, and their need to know God’s Son.
It’s only then, will they truly to know, that all our Savior said is truly so,
Then they shall surely rejoice with us, when in Christ they come to trust.

Forever Starts at the End (A Sonnet)
Eternal life will start in my late last.
But who knows death began ere I was born?
A christian needs to die, as it's a must,
Before he could have seen the coming morn.
The day I went out from my mother's womb,
Is just as my death anniversary.
A dead child risen from a woman's tomb,
And breathing dust that lives for vanity.
I'm now alive but died with Him; and then,
Will die to live a life, and will not die
Again of death that doubled-killed the men
Born dead, although, alive, yet passers-by...
The residents of deathless fire where dwell
Those who died dead to die a death in Hell.

Dead Love
Dead love, by treason slain, lies stark,
White as a dead stark-stricken dove:
None that pass by him pause to mark
Dead love.
His heart, that strained and yearned and strove
As toward the sundawn strives the lark,
Is cold as all the old joy thereof.
Dead men, re-risen from dust, may hark
When rings the trumpet blown above:
It will not raise from out the dark
Dead love.

God Can’t Be Beaten
Satan the world has so deceived
Through wanton lust for sin
But faith, the gift through Christ’s received
Will see God’s children win
True knowledge that the Lord is real
We purchase through belief
When in due course God’s strength we feel
It’s then to Satan’s grief
The devil tries to keep us blind
The truth he seeks to hide
But God is never hard to find
With Jesus as our guide
We need but come to seek His face
The Lord who’s true and just
Will wrap us in His warm embrace
To Satan’s sheer disgust
Power through prayer will Christ bestow
To cast the foe from sight
Though God at times may seem us slow
His timing’s always right
Satan would have us think him dead
So man from Christ would stray
But those who hold the Lord has said
Will live to win the day
Through faith alone our God we trust
Through faith, the Lord we please
Faith also brings to eat the dust
The devil to his knees
Through Christ who is who’s first and last
Who lives though once was dead
When Satan tells you of your past
Remind Him what’s ahead.
