There is one and only one social responsibility of business-to use its resources and engage in activities designed to increase its profits so long as it stays within the rules of the game, which is to say, engages in open and free competition without deception or fraud.

But in the past, US companies have been able to increase their profits through downsizing in the US, through colonizing other people's resources, and through the increase of globalization.

Business is a good game - lots of competition and a minimum of rules. You keep score with money.
And, in fact, you can find that the lack of basic resources, material resources, contributes to unhappiness, but the increase in material resources do not increase happiness.

Burdens Are Not Eased
Those burdens are not eased,
With an increase of intelligence.
There is a sense of responsibility,
One of wisdom can not resist.
Eyes that begin to open,
See more not less.
And the wider that they open...
Everything begins to connect.
Those burdens are not eased,
With an increase of intelligence.
There is a sense of responsibility,
One of wisdom can not resist.
Or,
Wish away something witnessed...
That a heart can not forget!
Those burdens are not eased,
With an increase of intelligence.
The mind just finds another way,
To have these burdens appear...
As if they don't exist!
With other burdens to carry,
Those not carrying them would not expect.
Or accept!
One can hear them whine,
About everything they reject.

The Business Profits Tax, which is imposed on in-state businesses, we need to impose the same thing on out-of-state businesses, because the way the Business Profits Tax is calculated, it is highly dependent on how much sales and profits are generated in-state.

ana's song
Please die Ana
For as long as you're here we're not
You make the sound of laughter
and sharpened nails seem softer
And I need you now somehow
And I need you now somehow
Open fire on the needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire on my knees desires
What I need from you
I'magine pageant
In my head the flesh seems thicker
Sandpaper tears corrode the film
And I need you now somehow
And I need you now somehow
Open fire on the needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire on my knees desires
What I need from you
And you're my obsession
I love you to the bones
And Ana wrecks your life
Like an Anorexia life
Open fire on the needs designed
On my knees for you
Open fire on my knees desires
What I need from you
Open fire on the needs designed
Open fire on my knees desires
On my knees for you

From a beloved mother
If you can mine, why should I not
You discovered use of metals
Long back
Your civilizations are chronicled
By the unearthed material
That was at use that time
Like
Stone age
Iron age
Copper age
I was happy initially as
You were exploring me
With an attempt to extract minerals
For the use of common man
But now
You may not know
I am threatened by your
Ways of winning minerals and fuel resources
And by the quantum of them
You are consuming
You are planning to increase the consumption
And you do not appreciate how dangerous
It could be
What all you did manually
Have now been mechanized
It hurts me, the way
You drill, make bore and blast holes, blast
And what not
Your beneficiation techniques too
Devour my precious resources
And you have no concrete plans
To recharge the resources you are drawing
I thought
Why should I not demonstrate
As to how I take out minerals
From beneath
My process is very simple
No prospecting,
No exploration,
No drilling,
No blasting,
No shoveling,
No dumping,
No overburden
With the geothermal heat inside me
I melt the matter to be mined out
With imbalance created within me
By your activities on the surface
I build up pressure on the molten material
And pump the molten ore out
Like a fountain
In all directions
With no conveyor or other transporting facilities
I know some of you will be affected
But I cannot help it
The fact is that you people make me less sensitive
To your miseries
As you show no concern for me
And for the turbulence generated in me
Because of your activities
Remember, the more you dig
Bigger will be the fountain
Larger will be the quantum
If you can mine, why should I not
Your beloved mother earth

This Constitutes Fraud
Organizations based in inner city communities,
That are overwhelmingly those of color.
And those same organizations solicit funds,
Stating they provide activities and training...
That does not get done for everyone,
But 'some'.
And those funds are used for other purposes,
Surburbanites are hired to inspire...
Those 'urbanites' of color,
With their point of view.
As if they are suppose to!
And doing this not to train or motivate...
But to employ the chosen few!
Themselves!
That is what they do.
And to instill their ideologies.
This constitutes fraud!
And that is not only my point of view.
That is what they do!
And those living in inner cities,
Not benefitting from activities claimed.
Deserve much more than apologies.
They deserve to be praised...
Not shamed.
For raising such deceit on their backs!
Or at least identify,
Those organizations by name!
And their lack of supportive deeds,
That continue such bleeding and succeed.
'What constitutes fraud? '
Mental manipulation!
That constitutes fraud.
To deprive those in need,
By keeping the rich...
Although quite flawed,
In a state of awe and greed.
And organized to keep the needy teased.
'What constitutes fraud? '
Organizations set up like these.

The petty man is eager to make boasts, yet desires that others should believe in him. He enthusiastically engages in deception, yet wants others to have affection for him. He conducts himself like an animal, yet wants others to think well of him.
It's a sad day when the leaders of the free world engage in such deception and trickery. I voted against this unnecessary war and will continue to argue that the best way to support our troops is to bring them home.

Mr. Guder
Mr. guder
Say! mr. guder
May i have a moment with you
Because there is something i've got to say
And please don't let it scare you away
Mr. guder
Say! mr. guder
I have seen you go through a day
You're everything a robot lives for
Walk in at 9 and roll out the door at 5
(*) you reflect the company image
You maintain their rules to live by
Shine your shoes let's keep a neat haircut
Now that you're wearing a coat and tie
Mr. guder
Say! mr. guder
Some day soon may realize
You spend your life just playing a game
Where no ones wins but everyone stays the same
Repeat (*)
Mr. guder
Say! mr. guder
Some day soon may realize
You spend your life just playing a game
Where no ones wins but everyone stays the same
The sa-a-a-me
Please!
Play your game!
Stay the same!

Without Exception
You wanna get close,
So you can set me up?
Well don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You wanna pretend,
We're friends until the very end...
Well don't don't it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
And...
I am not that blind,
Not to see you from behind...
With a deception!
You're no exception.
You wanna play games,
To entertain then frame...
Well,
Don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
And...
I am not that blind,
Not to see you from behind...
With a deception!
You are no exception,
To accept.
You wanna get close,
So you can set me up?
Well don't do it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
There's nothing to prove.
You wanna pretend,
We're friends until the very end...
Well don't don't it.
I've been through it.
So don't do it.
You see...
My eyes are open so wide,
They can see...
A deception!
Without exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.
Listen to me.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
There's no exception.
Listen to me.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
There's no exception.
My eyes can see,
A deception!
Without exception.

If you do things with a certain type of result and cause a certain type of reaction or effect, then you increase your market value. It's very much a competition for the entertainment dollar, and that's never been more clearly evident than in today's NBA game.

Stiff Competition
Stiff competition
If i go up-you take me higher
Stiff competition
And when i'm down- you take me higher
There's stiff competition all over the world
I screw you-you screw me-they screw us
Here we go again
Oh- but we have so much fun, so much fun
When we're together
When we're together
When we're together-now
I looked hard in your eyes
It was love at first sight
It took me minutes-you're still waiting
Waiting for your turn, you turn
It won't be long
Stiff competition
I work hard-every day of my life
Stiff competition
Get it up-you take me higher
Stiff competition
All over the world
The more i get- the more i like it
The bigger they are- the harder they fall
Again
Stiff competition
Stiff competition
Stiff competition
Stiff competition
