Vanad Teksad Ja Kitarr

Tulede valgel uinuv linn
Saadab mind teele taas
Hvasti tled siis ja lehvitad kaugelt veel
Ma pole su beib, ei mannekeen
Ja arvan, et sa vist tead
Neid lootusi petma pean
Kuid vaba on siis mu hing
(Bridge):
Ei karda ikest ja vastutuult
Nendega vaid koos pin elama
Pole midagi uut siin pikese all
Kuula mind veelkord
(Chorus):
Liiga ohtlik on mu tee
Anna nd andeks, et pgenen
Jtan kik ja riskin veel
Elu pole vaid mng ega disneyland
Vrad linnad, vrad teed
Tuttavaks said, et minna veel
Vanad teksad ja kitarr
Nad on mul kik, mida vajan nd
Piksest plenud nol mu naeru neb
Suitsune lokaal, tundamatud vrad nod
See elu just haarab mind
Siin on glamuur kui kassikuld
Kus igaks on kui staar
Ja unistus, mis neid seob
Nii meeletult veider nib
(Chorus)

Purunematu

Ma kardan iseend ja mtteid,
mis keerlevad peas.
On nnda hullumeelne melda,
kuid elda ei saa.
Nd olen prane kui tormgi,
mis laastab kui saab.
Nii seiklen lbi ,
vaid nii on hea.
Homseks olen kadunud te teelt
ja selles linnas rohkem mind ei ne.
Ma oleksin kui pikse poole teel
ses klmas s.
Homseks olen kadunud su teelt
ja selles linnas rohkem mind ei ne.
Ei iial enam haiget mulle tee
Su heitlik meel
Nd annan veidi rohkem gaasi,
vaid kiirus mind peab.
Kui vihmapiisad tuuleklaasil
Nii ekslen, kuid tean
ma rikun seadust, lhun tundeid
ja lollusi teen.
Mind viksid peatada,
kuid nii sa ei tee.
Homseks olen kadunud te teelt
ja selles linnas rohkem mind ei ne.
Ma oleksin kui pikse poole teel
ses klmas s.
Homseks olen kadunud su teelt

Toe Geluk rijdt voort!

Ik houd van lekke
rubbertubes geur,
rijdt op Geluk
van alles stuk,
-ach arm kind-
totdat ik lome
voeten, duizend sterren
aan hen vind.

Als een waterkever
altijd zoekend naar de rand
van ommekeer.
Ik houd ook zeer
van bellenblazen,
blaas er veel te veel.

Aan de kust
wat pierewaaiend
bouw ik een zandkasteel
.......al in de lucht.
Ben ik op de vlucht?
'Toe Geluk rijdt voort,
rijdt voort Geluk,
ik heb je heus
wel gehoord! ! '

Your Fishing Pole

There is something about you, something in your soul
something that seems to surround your fishing pole….

You moved to the coast, now that’s no lie
And we had a hard time with that little goodbye
But no need for heartache, no need to console
You had your boat and your fishing pole.

You know everyday you go out to fish
it’s like a genie granting every little wish
every time that bobber goes out of control
we know you are happy with your fishing pole.

Now on birthdays it’s special out on the water
I hear if you’re there, they’ll jump for the slaughter
You’ll be piling them in like your lucks on a roll
Reeling them in with your fishing pole

So today of all days take heed and relax
Pack up a cooler with drinks and some snacks
put on your shoes and go take a stroll
Down to your boat with your fishing pole.

Een beetje mens zijn

Wat is dat beschaving
dat 'ikkeikkeikkeikke'
dat niet eens meer spreken kan
maar met geweld alles neemt van
zonder te vragen van wie
en zonder waarvoor
en zonder waarom.

Ik ben een worm
die wordt begraven
in een mesthoop van
normen en waarden,
nee wormen en maden.
In de shit moet ik woelen
om te mogen leven
en me thuis te voelen
tussen al dat gewurm
om de hete brei heen.

Er is niet veel voor nodig
om overbodig
of nog
van enige waarde,
mest voor aarde te zijn.
In een schoon huis kan men
ook een zwijn zijn
al leest men de Koran
of doet aan Ramadan,
gaat naar de kerk
om knapen te schenden.

Er is veel nodig om
een beetje mens,
een wurmpje
met een wens
te zijn.

Ambition

The trouble with the greasy pole is this,
its slippage demands, you stand,
on someone elses shoulder,
for balance,
and tightly must you hold
the ankles above and maybe the shoes.
The one above too does the same.
The position is precarious,
should slippage come, and grip
slip,
and then like Icarus
you slide.

The pole is not so good,
it is a greasy pole.

A Pole and The Rope

A pole and the rope not visible at all,
Pulled and rewind cord, perfect of all.
From the middle of the heart,
The cable extends near and afar,
From the center of the nation,
The chain prolong to space station,
When the pole is the love,
The rope is the responsibilities.
Stuck to the invisible pole of love,
Our responsibilities inspire us to excel,
For each and every one of them,
Whom we love and cherish.
From the pole of patriotism,
Our duties start to end in victory.
Is there any difference?
Between the love and patriotism,
The poles, around which our life goes around.

All The Rage

1-2-3,2-2-3
The twitching impulses to speak your mind
Ill lend you my microscope and maybe you will find it
Is it in that ugly place thats just behind your face
Where you keep my picture still despite the fact
That you had me replaced
Chorus:
Say goodbye
Baby cant you act your age?
You know why
Im going to give it to you straight
Although Ill never be
Unhappy as you want me to be
Still its all the rage
Ill probably play along
Left to my own devices
Spare me the drone of your advice
The sins of garter and gin
Confession may delay
You know the measuring pole
The merry boots of clay
Ive heard it all before
Youll say it anyway
Chorus
Alone with your tweezers and your handkerchief
You murder time and truth, love, laughter and belief
So dont try to touch my heart, its darker than you think
And dont try to read my mind because its full of disappearing ink
Chorus
Although Ill never be
Unhappy as you want me to be
Still its all the rage

Pole Dancer

Sweat drips as she swing around the pole
her heart racing

She smiles at the guys as she pulls herself around
her eyes shining

She looks into the croud as she dances on the stage
her mind steady

She watches the guys who look intersted as she strips
her lust showing through her eyes

She spins around the pole again as she grinds with her body
her fingers wrapped tight around the pole

She lets her hair fall over her face and body as she stops
her body ready

She stands in a pose as the guys flood to her
her chest pullsing

Her eyes watch them as her mouth pulls into a wanting grin
her mid longing for their bodies

Her eyes searc through them as she sees him
as she walks away with him into the rooms and the music continues

Minnie And Santa

(Cyndi Lauper, Jan Pulsford)
Worked with a woman named Minnie
One Christmas eve long ago
When I asked "What you doing this evening ?"
Minnie took on a seasonal glow
She said she'd be waiting for Santa
She'd be wearing a bright red bow
Chorus:
Minnie And Santa
Minnie And Santa
What they're up to only
Heaven knows she wrote on a card
"Don't take it so hard we're headed for the North Pole"
Now Minnie could not be persuaded
That Santa just did not exist
She swore if she put up some mistletoe
Santa'd come give her a kiss
And there where she'd hung up her stockings
All in their silky, soft, sheen
She'd be laying in wait on a bear skin rug
Where the cookies and milk could be seen
Chorus:
Minnie And Santa
Minnie And Santa
What they're up to only
Heaven knows she wrote on a card
"Don't take it so hard we're headed for the North Pole"
(musical interlude)
Now Minnie was older and wiser
Like a dear old Auntie to me
But the night that she ran off with Santa
Was a real epiphany
Chorus:
Minnie And Santa
Minnie And Santa
What they're up to only
Heaven knows she wrote on a card
"Don't take it so hard we're headed for the North Pole"
Next Xmas I passed by the bakery
Staring out from on top of a cake
Was jolly old Santa with a big silly grin
And a gal in silk stockings and lace
Oh, Minnie and Santa...

A tribute to W.E.Henley 1849-1903

A tribute to W.E.Henley 1849-1903

Invictus.

Out of the night that covers me
dark as the pit from pole to pole.
I thank whatever Gods may be
for my unconquerable soul.

A Glosa

Out of the night that covers me.
I won’t relinquish my control
a man must challenge destiny.
To be the captain of his soul.

Black as the pit from pole to pole.
The darkness fails to frighten me,
I travel on towards my goal
pursue my quest relentlessly.

I thank whatever Gods may be
but I believe than on the whole.
That man has the ability
to win the battle for his soul.

For my unconquerable soul
will guard and guide me constantly.
As I perform my earthly role.
I can do all that’s asked of me.

After Invictus

Out of the night that covers me.
Black as the pit from pole to pole.
I thank whatever Gods there be.
For my unconquerable soul

Invictus.
William Ernest Henley 1847-1903.

Out of the night that covers me.
I will emerge into the light.
This dream I follow hopefully.
I know that morning follows night.

Black as the pit from pole to pole.
Though very soon the sun will rise
up to assume his rightful role.
Majestic ruler of the skies.

I thank whatever Gods there be.
That darkness is not permanent.
That we are granted light to see.
The glory of the firmament.

For my unconquerable soul
remains steadfast by day and night.
I know that I will reach my goal.
When death grants me the power of flight.

Invictus. W.E.Henley 1849 -1903

A glosa

Out of the night that covers me.
I shall emerge into sunlight
The darkness holds no fears for me.
My goddess will preserve my sight.

Black as the pit from pole to pole
but I care not why should I fear
As I step out towards my goal.
Each pace I take brings it more near.

I thank whatever Gods there be
who reinforce my attitude.
I know they are protecting me.
I offer them my gratitude.

For my unconquerable soul.
I fear no foe no enemy
I have already paid the toll
the price which was required of me.

Sonnet: The Most Trustworthy Is God

My body you can kill may be, not soul,
And hand it over to my enemies!
You evil men hound me from pole to pole;
God helps me speak and gives me mental peace.

My friend could me betray who is dear-most;
Though persecuted, God is my refuge;
I fear no man or evil-mind or ghost;
God shelters me somewhere on earth so huge!

My hairs are counted by my Creator;
I love to walk in His cross’ shadow;
He is my loving Father and Mentor;
My life to Him alone, I surely owe.

And die, I will an upright man someday!
With God as Friend and Guide and Light and Way.

Twin tism

bonds entwined
between two poles:
a sad pole,
a mirthful pole

the sad rubs off on the
joyful, the mirthful
colours the sad pole

a scintillating interaction
springs to life. in my eyes
the poles always stay
connected - like two
dissimilar twins.

but
kid myself not. these
work on electricity
a silent gleam of thunder
visible only to the
discerning eye.

alas:
.power cut! the ravishing
bolt fell flat. And so the twin
poles found each other no
more. sad but true. This i
observed with my cherished
companions.
