The Punisher
One day youre ostracised
And then youre mesmerised
The goal is freedom for us all
We are all believers
We think we own the world
It sends us crashing down
And in an instant he arrives
We are strong believers
Hes the retriever
He holds the book in his hand
To bring us back where we belong
He is the punisher - he can tell if you lie
He is the punisher - one mistake and you die
He is the punisher - there is only one right
He is the punisher - he takes an eye for an eye
Hes made in one design
The price is piece of mind
Instead of hatred there is pride
We are strong believers
He senses everytime
The past and future crimes
Hes east and west hes so divine
He holds the book in his hand
To bring us back where we belong
He is the punisher - he can tell if you lie
He is the punisher - one mistake and you die
He is the punisher - you cant elect him out
He is the punisher - he is the one we crowned
Hes omnipresant in our world and rules the game
The punisher just treats the same
He holds the book in his hand
To bring us back where we belong
He is the punisher - he can tell if you lie
He is the punisher - one mistake and you die
He is the punisher - there is only one right
He is the punisher - he takes an eye for an eye
He is the punisher - you cant elect him out
He is the punisher - he is the one we crowned
Punisher - he is the punisher
Punisher - he is the punisher

Up in the hot tub, poppin bubb-ly
Spot love, punish me
But it dont stop, watch the pun get wicked

Coppin a five-oh benz for when Im not, far up in the sky
Puffin the lye, from my twinzito
Up in the benzito with my kiko from queens, nicknamed perico
We go back like pas and wearin pjs
Now we reach the peakage, runnin trains for three days
Who wanna ride it wont cost you a dollar
Whether soft or harder of course you still gonna holla
My my, Im big huh, I rip my, through your

Hold up, chula, Im all about gettin loot

But you know big pun and brock still down behind
Whos down to crush tonight
I love from butter pecan to blackberry molass
I dont discriminate, I regulate every shade of the
Long as you show class, and pass my test
Fat, highly intelligent bachlorettes
Thats the best, I wont settle for less
I wanna get a brunette, with unforgettable sex
I lay your head on my chest, come feel my heartbeat
We can park the jeep, pump mobb deep, and just spark the
Its hard to creep since I found joe
Every pretty round brown, wanna go down low
But this boogie down pro-fessional, ima let you know
Once I quit the blows, get your clothes, cause you got to go
I could go downstairs, little brown hairs everywhere
You nasty brock! I dont care
Round here they call me big pun, if you with the big guns
Take time, known to make a chick
Up in the hot tub, poppin bubb-ly
Rubbin your spot love, got you screamin punish me
But it dont stop, watch the pun get wicked
When I (stick it) even luke be like dont stop, get it get it

Slanderer (Chapter 104, Holy Koran)
I ask for refuge to Allah from Satan the exiled evildoer.
In the name of Allah the Kind and the Merciful Giver.
Misery to every slanderer and defamer
Who amasses wealth and assesses it regular
They think their wealth will remain with them forever
Rather they will undoubtedly be hurled into the crushing disaster
And how will you realize what's the crushing disaster?
It's a fire kindled by God the Punisher
That rises above the heart of the sinners
There they will be caged forever
Around them will be extended pillars.

New Beginning
kidnapped into hell, i fought to come back
tied up by pain tenfold and enveloped by wrath
stumbling blindly through darkness
flesh putrid from curdled memories i pass
voiceless echoes of terrors and dreams
my longing for life touched every bittersweet gash
fixated on the battles I lost
my expired heart fed snakes in the grass
became the walking dead
bad bitch punisher to whoever stepped in my path
manifested to a slayer
filled with corrosion i had to find myself fast
tainted memories I had to wipe away
twisting the rag to drain them fast
No longer clinging on to bloody wars
silent screams
Broken bones
hollow nights of my hollow past
i ache to emerge victorious
Glorious
no more looking in the mirror
screaming in hatred at whose looking back
no more running away
dark shadows cant catch me if they stay in the back
alone in this swamp ill submerge my fears
quicksand and thick fog
my visions tread with ease crystal clear
let the slate be clean
Namaste
Embrace the future
Free the past

Soul-Breakers
Oh! bloody thirsty soul breakers
Oh! manipulative nerve wreckers;
Playing with the beings like puppets,
Relishing their hearts in buffets.
Oh! Self righteous naivete
Don’t treat people as hapless pawns,
Don’t blackout their rose tinged dawns;
Stop thinking, you are beyond his laws,
Stop thinking, you can escape his claws.
Oh leech! Don't increase your karmic debts
Recall Ye! How evil doers wept.
Oh! Sower of the bad karmic seeds,
He longs to punish your talks and deeds;
He waits to strike at opportune time
And to make you pay for your heinous crime.
For the punisher watches from above
And keeps a tab on your talks and moves.
He weaves the whip from sighs of oppressed
And soaks it in tears of depressed.
His lashes produce, weals of adverse times,
And would throw away your blood hued wines.
When he would strike with his thunderbolt,
The mother earth would refuse to hold
The sky would refuse to shelter
And your shanks would run helter-skelter.
So fear oh! Cruel heart breakers,
For he is God, your soul breaker.

The Creation Of Woman
Long ago, Very Long ago, God was caught in a pensive mood
After sending down Giant sized Creatures with violent Nature
Floods and Fires with hellish Fury, Man was sent to live on earth
Man was single no one to mingle, wandered jungles with no one to tingle
God looked down noticed the Gloom, Dull and Dumb was the life on Earth
God sat straight, fastened his belt, decided at once to add some spice
Finding an answer God shined bright patted him self for striking it right
Spring was the season when he sprang the surprise
Pleasure peaked every where on finding this treasure
Gifting Man with compassion God sent down this sensation
Woman was his creation whipping out a temptation
Man jumped with joy thinking her a toy
knowing very little he is for a ride
the lust for sex and the need for a breed
drove the Man into the grip of greed
vulnerable was the woman in the beginning days
allowing the man to dictate the terms
confined herself in pleasing the man
remained longtime a captive of attachments
A blessing in disguise was the state of affairs
for the woman hitherto obeying the man
finding the Man's dependence on her
woman changed wisely to set things right
The dominated became the dominator
The prisoner became the punisher
The suppressed became the oppressor
Man took refuge in the shadow of woman
Male world changed with the moods of Woman
Wealth got created for the needs of Woman
Coffers emptied for the lust for Woman
Man kneeled and danced to the tunes of Woman
God looked down Man stared up
Fearing a backlash God slipped into oblivion
With no one to complain Man opted for solitude
Paving the way for Saints and Monks

Gross stupidity
It was at a time
where you had
to wear a uniform to school,
had to cut your hair
to a predetermined length
and got caned
if you were naughty,
failed a test,
or sometimes
to let the teacher
enforce his will.
If you complained at home
about getting a hiding at school,
you would probably
get another there too
if you deserved it,
but if you were right,
were punished unfairly
or without a real cause
it was seen in a different light
and a teacher
or whoever the punisher was
would have to face
your father in a fight
and could easily
be hit into hospital.
School regulations stipulated
that you couldn’t receive
more than six whippings on a day,
but at Estcourt high school
on my first day
at the new school
in standard nine (now grade eleven)
I received twelve.
We were lining up
to go to the hall
and a prefect told me
to cut my hair
which were just a bit
longer than how
they wanted it.
I said that I would
and while we were walking
to the entrance of the hall
I was told the same thing
over and over again.
On the eighth time
I told the English prefect
in Afrikaans
not to catch the pip
which was a Afrikaans adage
for do not catch a fit.
He told me to repeat
what I had said,
which I did
and thought
that I was cursing him
and took me
to the Headboy
who was English.
Where I had to repeat
myself again
and I did
as believed in telling
the truth.
The head boy took me
to the principal,
(Mister Robert Smith) ,
who thought
that I was saying
something like
go and play
with your member.
He called in the
vice-principal
(another Englishman) ,
a man with a red beard,
who was convinced
that I was cursing,
who shoved my head
under a table
and whipped me six times.
When I explained what it meant
they didn’t believe me
and called in a teacher
who taught Afrikaans
and the principal gave me
another six whippings
for being insubordinate
and wanted to expel me
if I didn’t have my hair cut
on by the next day.
I didn’t tell my stepfather
(who wasn’t a dad to me) ,
but even he
would have sorted
the headmaster
and vice-principal out
and it would have been
the Anglo-Boer war
all over again.
At the time I thought
that I was grossly stupid,
but thinking back
the headmaster and vice-principal
was probably more so.

The Legend Of Dream
A journalist asked me if I knew anything about the boy named Dream,
and how he became the greatest legend that the world had ever seen.
I was the mid-wife, so I’ve known Dream since the day he was born
he was delivered inside a bubble and the skin was whole and untorn.
This handsome boy had golden hair and the most beautiful blue eyes,
but he had a growth upon his shoulders and this made his mother cry.
She asked if it could be removed, so he would be accepted by everyone,
and I told her that it could, and by the age of seven it should be done.
However, after two weeks his mother took him to see a top Paediatrician
who had Dream x-rayed, he later told her of his diagnosis and decision.
Her son’s problem was that he had wings beneath his skin on his shoulders,
which should be allowed to form and grow naturally until he’s older.
And because he was so unique she should send him to a special school
where she could stay whilst he was taught and treated as an individual.
Dream’s mother accepted his proposal and they moved away from the city,
she wrote to me regularly and I visited them as a friend, and not out of pity.
As dream became able to walk, talk, and take notice, he asked his mother
why he couldn’t stand erect, and why he had a lump across his shoulder.
She explained to him in a story about a caterpillar, a chrysalis and a butterfly,
this seemed to pacify him and cheered him up, but then he began to cry.
“I don’t want this lump on my back mummy I want to be like other boys.”
“I’m sorry Dream, but I believe your purpose in life will show in due course,
as you get older the doctors will recommend the best treatment for you,
and then it will be up to you to decide what you want to do.”
Throughout the following years Dream was treated with respect and care,
he was educated by the finest of teachers that could be found anywhere.
He was tall for his age and he developed talents in many extraordinary things
however, on his seventh birthday he suffered pain from his growing wings.
The surgeons decided to operate and free the wings from beneath his skin,
and as soon as his skin was cut the wings moved back and forth within.
They slowly broke through the cuts and opened out to an enormous span,
everyone stood back amazed by the beauty of this now boyish man.
Even dream was surprised and amazed, as he stood for the first time erect,
opening and closing them he admired their beauty, and their uplifting effect.
The confined space forced him to closed them, so they hugged to his back,
he returned to the operating table for the surgeons to stitch a holding sack.
His mother reminding him about the chrysalis and the butterfly made him smile,
at that point she knew her angel like son was destined for something worth while.
She also knew that Dream would now have to continue his education at home,
but this was no upheaval he enjoyed escaping the bullies, and his time alone.
It wasn’t long before Dream ventured out at night and practiced the art of flying;
he rested on a building and watched the world go by, but then he began sighing,
seeing the street crime below reminded him so much of his bullied days at school,
so he decided to be an avenger of the innocent, and a punisher of the evil and cruel.
He became known as the ‘Flying Avenger’ and fought crime in anyway he could
and if heads and eggs had to be broken, then omelettes were made for the good.
Not everyone approved of his methods, but the streets became safer with Dream
and no one could deny that when he appeared, he kept the dirty streets clean.

The Break
It was also my violent heart that broke,
falling down the front hall stairs.
It was also a message I never spoke,
calling, riser after riser, who cares
about you, who cares, splintering up
the hip that was merely made of crystal,
the post of it and also the cup.
I exploded in the hallway like a pistol.
So I fell apart. So I came all undone.
Yes. I was like a box of dog bones.
But now they've wrapped me in like a nun.
Burst like firecrackers! Held like stones!
What a feat sailing queerly like Icarus
until the tempest undid me and I broke.
The ambulance drivers made such a fuss.
But when I cried, 'Wait for my courage!' they smoked
and then they placed me, tied me up on their plate,
and wheeled me out to their coffin, my nest.
Slowly the siren slowly the hearse, sedate
as a dowager. At the E. W. they cut off my dress.
I cried, 'Oh Jesus, help me! Oh Jesus Christ!'
and the nurse replied, 'Wrong name. My name
is Barbara,' and hung me in an odd device,
a buck's extension and a Balkan overhead frame.
The orthopedic man declared,
'You'll be down for a year.' His scoop. His news.
He opened the skin. He scraped. He pared
and drilled through bone for his four-inch screws.
That takes brute strength like pushing a cow
up hill. I tell you, it takes skill
and bedside charm and all that know how.
The body is a damn hard thing to kill.
But please don't touch or jiggle my bed.
I'm Ethan Frome's wife. I'll move when I'm able.
The T. V. hangs from the wall like a moose head.
I hide a pint of bourbon in my bedside table.
A bird full of bones, now I'm held by a sand bag.
The fracture was twice. The fracture was double.
The days are horizontal. The days are a drag.
All of the skeleton in me is in trouble.
Across the hall is the bedpan station.
The urine and stools pass hourly by my head
in silver bowls. They flush in unison
in the autoclave. My one dozen roses are dead.
The have ceased to menstruate. They hang
there like little dried up blood clots.
And the heart too, that cripple, how it sang
once. How it thought it could call the shots!
Understand what happened the day I fell.
My heart had stammered and hungered at
a marriage feast until the angel of hell
turned me into the punisher, the acrobat.
My bones are loose as clothespins,
as abandoned as dolls in a toy shop
and my heart, old hunger motor, with its sins
revved up like an engine that would not stop.
And now I spend all day taking care
of my body, that baby. Its cargo is scarred.
I anoint the bedpan. I brush my hair,
waiting in the pain machine for my bones to get hard,
for the soft, soft bones that were laid apart
and were screwed together. They will knit.
And the other corpse, the fractured heart,
I feed it piecemeal, little chalice. I'm good to it.
Yet lie a fire alarm it waits to be known.
It is wired. In it many colors are stored.
While my body's in prison, heart cells alone
have multiplied. My bones are merely bored
with all this waiting around. But the heart,
this child of myself that resides in the flesh,
this ultimate signature of the me, the start
of my blindness and sleep, builds a death crèche.
The figures are placed at the grave of my bones.
All figures knowing it is the other death
they came for. Each figure standing alone.
The heart burst with love and lost its breath.
This little town, this little country is real
and thus it is so of the post and the cup
and thus of the violent heart. The zeal
of my house doth eat me up.

Back Where You Belong
I felt so sure of the love that we shared
There was no reason on earth to be scared
Then I heard a rumor, it started to grow
Slowly but surely, the truth began to show
Then I started wonderin, as I picked up the phone
And a man started askin, if you were at home
You treat me like a fool, but youre so wrong
Im gonna send you back where you belong
I put my trust in you, but I was wrong
Im gonna send you back where you belong
You treat me like a fool, but youre so wrong
Im gonna send you back where you belong
I never had any doubt in my mind
Now you have shown me, love can make you blind
Back where you belong, back where you belong
Back where you belong, back where you belong
Back where you belong, back where you belong

Take Me Back
Take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
Ah take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
I thought the grass was green on the other side
Thought the sun shone brighter without saying goodbye
Theres a card in my hand
Tears fall like rain
I wanna come home again
I want you to...
Take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
Take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
Aint no love in thsis world
Aint no love in this world without you
In my search to find myself
I saw your face and nothing else
Every place I go everything I do
I still feel the need for you
Come on and...
Take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
Ah take me back
Take me back where I belong
Thats with you baby
Im on my way back to you
And I wanna make it up to you
And all the prolems that I caused you
If ti takes my life Ill make it up to you
I just want you to take me, take me
Take me, take me, take me, take me
Take me back, forgive me
Take me back where I belong
If you can, if you can find it
In your heart to forgive me

Swallowed In The Sea
You cut me down a tree and brought it back to me
and thats what made me see where I was going wrong
You put me on a shelf and kept me for yourself
I can only blame myself, you can only blame me
and I could write a song a hundred miles long
Well thats where I belong and you belong with me
and I could write it down or spread it all around
Get lost and then get found or swallowed in the sea
You put me on a line and hung me out to dry
Darling thats when I decided to go to see you
You cut me down to size and opened up my eyes
Made me realize what I could not see
and I could write a book, the one they'll say that shook the world
and then it took, it took it back from me
and I could write it down and spread it all around
Get lost and then get found and you'll come back to me
Not swallowed in the sea
Oohhhhh Ahhhhhh
and I could write a song a hundred miles long
Well thats where I belong and you belong with me
The streets youre walking on, a thousand houses long
Well thats where I belong and you belong with me
Oh what good is it to live with nothing left to give
Forget but not forgive, not loving all you see
Oh the streets youre walking on a thousand houses long
Well thats where I belong and you belong with me
Not swallowed in the sea
You belong with me, not swallowed in the sea
Yeah you belong with me
Not swallowed in the sea.

No More Looking Back
Walking along a crowded street
I see thousands of faces before me.
Then I see a face that I used to know
Long ago in my life story.
It starts me thinking about the things you said
For your image is still inside me.
The past is gone but in my head
Youre still walking along beside me.
Is it something playing tricks with my eyes
Or just an illusion deceiving me,
Or is it someone in a disguise
Or visions of things that used to be?
But lately Ive been going to
All the places that we once knew,
And just when I think that I am free of you
I keep seeing the things that remind me of you,
And just when I think youre out of my head
I hear a song that you sang or see a book that you read.
Then youre in every bar, youre in every caf,
Youre driving every car, I see you everyday,
But youre not really there cos you belong to yesterday.
No more looking back,
No more living in the past,
Yesterdays gone and thats a fact,
Now theres no more looking back.
Got to be hard,
Yeah, look straight ahead.
That s the only way its going to be,
Yesterdays gone and thats a fact,
Now theres no more looking back,
Perhaps someday Ill stop needing you,
Then maybe one day Ill be free of you.
But lately Ive been going to
All the places that remind me of you.
And just when I think youre out of my head
I hear a record you played or see a book that you read.
Then youre in every bar, youre in every caf,
Youre driving every car, I see you everyday
But youre not really there cos you belong to yesterday.
No more looking back,
No more living in the past.
Yesterdays gone, thats a fact,
Now theres no more looking back.
No more looking back.
No more living in the past.
Yesterdays gone, thats a fact.
Now theres no more looking back.

You Belong To Me
Verse 1
Why'd you tell me this
Were you looking for my reaction
What do you need to know
Don't you know I'll always be your girl
You don't have to prove to me you're beautiful to strangers
I've got lovin' eyes, of my own...
Chorus
You belong to me
Tell her - tell her you were foolin'
(You belong to me)
You don't even know her
(You belong to me)
Tell her that I love you
(You belong to me...)
Verse 2
You belong to me
Can it be, honey, that you're not sure
You belong to me
Thought we'd closed the book and locked the door
You don't have to prove to me That you're beautiful to strangers
I've got loving eyes of my own (of my own...)
And I can tell - I can tell darling...
Tell her... tell her that I love you
Chorus 2
(You belong to me)
You belong... you belong... you belong to me
(You belong to me)
Tell her you were foolin'
(You belong to me)
Tell her she don't even know you
Chorus 3
Tell... her-tell her you were foolin'
(You belong to me)
I know you from a long time ago baby
(You belong to me)
Don't make me go to her house
(You belong to me)
You belong, you belong, you belong to me
Repeat to Fade
You belong to me...(You belong to me)
You belong to me...(You belong to me)
You belong to me...(You belong to me)
You belong to me...(You belong to me)...

What Makes A Man Hold On
By chuck sabatino and michael mcdonald
What makes a man
Believe in a brighter day
When his whole world is fallin apart
All promise is fading away
What does it take,
To turn his heart to stone
When hes got more than his share of riches
More than one life can hold
Sometimes it takes
More than weve got it seems
Something so close, so near
Even a blind man sees
If it takes a hand strong and mighty
To spin this world around
It takes the power of a womans sweet love
To make a man hold on
What makes a man
Hang his hope on someone
To bring the light out of darkness
Makes him believe a change is gonna come
Something inside that just wont let go
Something so simple, so sweet,
Even a fool would know
If it takes a hand strong and mighty
To spin this world around
It takes the power of a womans sweet love
To bring joy out of pain
To let sunshine through rain
To bring hope back to the heart
To bring together whats fallin apart
Shes got the kind of kisses
To make a weak man strong
Shes got the kind of love
To make a good man go wrong
Shes got what it takes
Shes got the power to make a man hold on

I Belong To The Past/ My Mind Is An Old Mind
I BELONG TO THE PAST/ MY MIND IS AN OLD MIND
I belong to the past-
My mind is an old mind-
Books not tweets,
Songs which sing
Not rages which talk.
My mind is an old mind-
I live in the long readings of distance days-
When lost in books
I dreamed life
Greater than any I had yet known-
I belong to the past
My mind is an old mind-
I have lived many many years
And the book of my own life
So much less than what I read of others
And dreamed for myself once-
I belong to the past
My mind is an old man
Yet like a fool
I still believe
Some day somehow once
There will be
The book of my life
Others will read.

This Is It
There have been times in my life
Ive been wondering why
Still somehow I believed
Wed always survive
Now Im not so sure
Youre waiting to hear
One good reason to try
But what more can I say
Whats left to provide
You think that maybe its over
Only if you want it to be
Are you gonna wait for your sign, your
Miracle
Stand up and fight
This is it
Make no mistake where you are
This is it
Your backs to the corner
This is it
Dont be a fool anymore
This is it
The waiting is over
No room to run
No way to hide
No time for wondering why
Its here
The moment is now
About to decide
Let him believe
Or leave him behind
But keep me near in your heart
And know, whatever you do
Im here by your side
You said that maybe its over
Not if you dont want it to be
For once in your life, heres your miracle
Stand up and fight
This is it
Make no mistake where you are
This is it
Youre going no further
This is it
Until its over and done
No one can tell you what you know
Who makes the choice of how it goes
Its not up to me this time
You know
There comes a day in every life
This is it
Make no mistake where you are
This is it
Youre going no further
This is it
Until its over and done
This is it
One way or another
This is it
No one can tell what the future holds
This is it
Your backs to the corner
This is it
You make the choice of how it goes
This is it
The waiting is over
This is it
No one can tell what the future holds
This is it
Youre going no further
