<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=581275" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>United States Of America</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">THE earths come together<br>And accede to bow our heads with deference<br>To the light of the world, <br>For in the beginning the light said a word, <br>And the utterance was in the hearts of every American<br>And it was with the people, <br>So there was peace and water in the world.<br>It is the land of America, <br>Where winter comes every year<br>Chilling the blood of her populace, <br>So it is the terra firma of humble America<br>On which the sun shines day and night, <br>People working every second bit of their lives<br>For there is not a night on the land<br>That would set off these people remember their beds; <br>And down the curve of years, down<br>Its battered chronicles of tearful history-<br>The gaining of sovereignty from the British; <br>The misapprehension between Negroes and the white man, <br>The detachment all through the First World War<br>And change of stance to take part in the Second World War, <br>The death of grand president j. f Kennedy, <br>The assassination of a black man’s dream, Luther-<br>Yes the dark path of her history<br>Her people have tired and moiled<br>To put together a once traumatized nation, <br>The nation that has suffered deeply<br>The copious accomplishment of the powerful states<br>Is the route of stability in the world<br>Of darkness and of day-God<br>So it is known, created night and darkness-<br>In dimensions of politics, economy and development; <br>Oh America is like a lamb<br>That once rested in the arms of Moses<br>Oh America is like john the Baptist, <br>Preparing the pathway for a great affluence<br>To come to the wretched humankind; <br>The opulence would be bounteneous<br>As the oceans and all waters<br>Even her creator could not draw to a close.<br>When the world has fallen into<br>The chasm of darkness<br>She stands up on the moon<br>Lighting the earth with a powerful flare, <br>The people get irradiant with expectation<br>That as long as there is a super power<br>Their life shall never get down to graves.<br>The first knowledge was not developed<br>In America, though it might be so<br>Which nation has forever been<br>So technologically sophisticated? None<br>Like the son of man who lived<br>On the graven and scrawny earth<br>For over three eventful decades<br>Who was sacrificed in the broad daylight<br>So humanity may live evermore, <br>So that emancipation might save, <br>America is the sacrificial lamb, <br>Sacrificed every day so that<br>Enemies of social equality and tranquility<br>Might not hit upon a place in the universe; <br>Oh is there one who<br>Is as kind as the soaring states? <br>In the moments of hitch and crisis, <br>Through immense suffering appalling<br>An American will shed a tear<br>Down the right eye but<br>The left shall keep on vigil to find a solution: <br>After all JOB suffered to the tip of demise<br>But one day when hope he had all given up<br>He got well and lived well eternally after<br>In the kingdom of his creator, <br>When an American feels broken down<br>He will read the book of Ruth: <br>‘And Naom cried but he could not give up on life’.<br>Oh America is fine-looking<br>Like the sunup rose bright<br>The creator must have lived on the land<br>Ere He quite to the mansions of heaven; <br>Oh America must be revered<br>For when you see her defense forces<br>You see security and protection on the face.<br>The brilliant land of America<br>Has seen the most great writers<br>Like Ernest Hemingway, Walt Whitman, <br>Maya Angelou - who should be a poet laureate; <br>The entire world let tag on the way, <br>The savior and the star of the world, <br>For today never shall it be like tomorrow-<br>Tomorrow may be a ferocious war<br>But in wings of the America, <br>In the shadow of the shepherd<br>We shall come back victors<br>To have defeated the adversary hardheartedly, <br>Oh God bless America.</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=Honesty+Oimbo">Honesty Oimbo</a><div class=q>
