<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=576624" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>The Happening</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">Not knowing whom it is waiting for-<br> it is waiting-and<br> if not detected-<br> not knowing whom it is destroying even-<br> it will destroy.<br> Thus stands planted a 'blind' bomb.<br> <br> A young mom to pacify her little son<br> brings him to the shopping centre to-<br> buy him an ice cream.<br> The mom could have taken the son along-<br> to the icecream parlour- which she din't<br> 'it is very warm baby, mummy will be back in a while'<br> she said and left him in the car with the airconditioner on-<br> she showed him the hand brake and warned him not to meddle with it.<br> The litlle boy was eagerly waiting for his mom-<br> he could see her from the car-<br> she was coming out with two cones in her hand-<br> the eager son could see her mom coming towards him.<br> Then suddenly it happened<br> the little one could see his mom in the air-<br> she was tossed in the air-<br> then suddenly the little one could'nt see his mom amidst the smokey air.<br> The little confused son dint know what went wrong<br> even if he would say now 'sorry mom i wouldnt trouble you anymore or<br> sorry mom i wont be a brat any more'<br> the mom is'nt going to come back to him.<br> What would go on in the litlle one's mind? <br> what would he think of the world? <br> Till now his mother was his world.<br> What would he think of life and the people around? <br> The sudden diappointment and helplessness with anger-<br> in which way will it take him? <br> A responsible mom had gone for what? <br> to warn a irresponsible government? <br> In which way will all this take him? <br> What would he become in future? <br> A shattered terrorist or a responsible cop? <br> <br> Are we not entitled to lead a normal life? <br> where could we stray about- without knowing<br> where from we will be attacked? <br> what for we are attacked? <br> whose is this person attacking us? <br> WHAT IS THIS HAPPENING?</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=Samanyan+Lakshminarayanan">Samanyan Lakshminarayanan</a><div class=q>
