<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=532876" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>Chikungunya</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">People in hundreds falling sick, <br>With a strange malady so belligerent, <br>Never before had they suffered so much, <br>From any ailment known to them.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">It has spread its virulent hooks, <br>On everyone both young and old, <br>Hospitals remain flooded with patients, <br>Scarce in space to accommodate all.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">The sickness starts its sudden onslaught, <br>With fever followed by symptoms many, <br>Ruddy face and itching skin, <br>With swollen body and aching limbs, </div><div style="margin:10px 0">People move limping lame, <br>With ankles strained with darting pain.<br>A terrible fatigue sways over, <br>And a few develop loss of taste, </div><div style="margin:10px 0">Constant nausea strikes a few, <br>And bowel control - loses some.<br>Many are plagued by recurring fever, <br>And bulging sores are found in some.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">No body knows what it is, <br>The cause for it is yet to be traced.<br>Experts remain greatly confused, <br>And its remedy still is never devised.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Some call it Chikungunya, <br>Others name it viral attack, <br>When Ades mosquitoes stay the culprit, <br>Pavro Virus is blamed by some.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Dissensions thus hang very loose, <br>But the truth remains grievously plain.<br>Blighted it has the lives of thousands, <br>And left many to die in pain.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Shame that so far nothing is done, <br>To arrest its outbreak or slacken its pace, <br>What use it is to slander others<br>Or put the blame on people in power? <br>Alas!
