<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=530472" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>A Snapshot of the Morning</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">Yesterday, I ate half a loaf of Ezekiel bread, <br>And spent the whole day alternating<br>Between two screens, <br>The television<br>		(so I could play Grand Theft Auto 4—<br>		I'm on the Jimmy Perogino missions, <br>		And sometimes the game coalesces<br>		Into movie-like atmospherics) <br>And the computer<br>		(where I also alternated: <br>		Between going on Facebook, <br>		Twitter, Hotmail, Google, Wikipedia, etc, <br>		And playing Diablo III, <br>		Which is only a trial version, <br>		Which I'm not sure if I'll buy it in full—<br>		Even though I'm experiencing<br>		A lot of peer pressure at the moment—<br>		Which looks like Diablo II<br>		Because I usually play games<br>		Via Playstation) .<br>It was my off-day from working out, <br>(Which my workouts still aren't all that intense, I suppose) , <br>But I managed to lose two pounds in the morning.<br>	I'm not trying to lose fat—<br>	I don't have much of that to give, <br>	And I'm fine having a bit of sodium, <br>	So I can retain a bit of water—<br>		And I'm not really trying to build muscle, <br>Just trying to get in shape<br>For the heck of it, you know? <br>I eat 3000 calories a day, <br>All of them are organic, nutrient dense foods, <br>				(Plus twenty pills<br>				And a spoonful of piracetam) <br>And exercise every other day, <br>		And I feel great, <br>		But I don't want to lose weight.<br>Looking at the scale this morning was a bit of a disappointment, <br>But it's afternoon now—<br>Ready to do enter asana, <br>Then do aerobic, core conditioning, <br>Then a few minutes of a full lotus, <br>Then, best of all, time to eat a big bowl of oatmeal.<br>		I wish more people had my kind of problems.</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=Tim+Stensloff">Tim Stensloff</a><div class=q>
