Where can I flee? <br>Help me my Lord what can be done for me? <br>Hell holds such dread and shame for me.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Then I heard the voice of Jesus say<br>'Roy, Come to me and walk my way. <br>Your redemption has been secured by me<br>When I died upon the cross to set you free<br>It was your sins that nailed me there<br>'It is finished' was my cry of victory<br>The dread of hell and shame was borne by me.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">'For I paid the price for your sin when I died<br>And God's law I have completely satisfied.<br>When you stand before the judgment throne<br>You do not stand there all on your own<br>It is my perfect life that He sees Instead.<br>I washed away your sin with the blood I've shed <br>For that wrath has now been borne by Me'</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Your name I've written in The Book of Life.<br>No more for you the wrath of God shall be<br>For God so loved the world you see<br>that He gave His only Son to die at Calvary<br>So that whoever believes in Him<br>Should not perish but have eternal life'<br>Now hell holds no dread or shame for me.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Such mercy is undeserved and I am blessed<br>For if entry to heaven was based on sinlessness<br>Then only Jesus would be allowed to go in<br>And all mankind will be excluded due to sin<br>It is by God's grace and mercy alone<br>For on the cross He died for sin to atone<br>Now God's love and mercy is lavished on me.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Nailing it to the cross and taking it to the grave.<br>In rising from the dead He has now displayed<br>His victory over death and the grave<br>For Satan could find<br>No sin in him to hold him there.<br>Death has been swallowed up in victory<br>The law of God is satisfied so completely</div><div style="margin:10px 0">God has now kissed the world in love<br>Extending his salvation from heaven above<br>To all who come to the cross and believe in Him<br>I am glad to say that a believer in Jesus I am<br>For the Way, the Truth and the Life is He<br>instead of judgement I have Life more abundantly <br>All because of the great love Jesus has for me.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">'Go live for Me and do the work I do<br>I died as part of God's plan for you.'</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=Royston">Royston</a><div class=q>
