A man known to be harsh in his punishments.<br>And had a reputation for arrogance. However, no substantial<br>evidence has been found that he ever expressed an opinion.<br>Thus, my 'Your Rule of Thumb' can only be substantiated<br>from parts of 'truths' revealed. i.e. if an activity can be researched<br>as proclaimed and documented.
