<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=407716" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>In Memoriam, the Greatest Love: Whitney</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">I was spending a few days with families in Houston, <br>When I heard of the abrupt passing of W.Houston, <br>Which came naturally as a shock.<br>Death always demoralizes the fibers of our heart.<br>Death always brings emotions that rock, <br>Break and devastate every part<br>Of our body and every ounces of our soul.<br>We can never fully describe the toll<br>That this mysterious phenomenon<br>Has on our lives. Death comes like a raging lion, <br>Faster than the speed of sound, way beyond<br>Our scientific and artistic imagination.<br>Death is a criminal that no one is fond<br>Of, and that no one likes to talk about, <br>However, death has a way of bringing people together, <br>It has a way of forcing us to express our bout<br>With love, which is the greatest desire, <br>The greatest feeling of emotions.<br>Love brings foes and friends together, <br>Love brings strangers and nations<br>Together, Love is universal, <br>And Love has no ethnicity and no boundaries.<br>Love, the greatest feeling of all, <br>Is at times painful, and is full of amenities.<br>Human beings, my Brothers and Sisters, <br>Have very short memories; Love should be practiced<br>Daily, not only when we encounter tragedies and disasters, <br>Or when we are victimized by the worst beast, <br>That ever existed, which is Death.<br>Let's honor Whitney by celebrating Love every day, <br>Because death has a way of committing the biggest theft, <br>And of stealing the very best Angels in the bay.<br>Our very best people have been snatched away<br>From us in tragic fashions: Jesus Christ Superstar, <br>Toussaint Louverture, Dessalines, Martin Luther King, <br>Malcolm X, Don Cornelius and today our favorite star, <br>Singer and Sister Whitney Houston, who could sing, <br>From morning to dawn, with the angelic orchestra.<br>It is the end of something good, the end of an era.<br>Let's us celebrate the greatest LOVE of all, <br>Continue to fight the evils, and keep on walking tall.<br>May all our predeceased Brothers and Sisters<br>Rest eternally in peace, among the Angels! </div><div style="margin:10px 0">Copyright© February 18,2012, Hebert Logerie, All Rights Reserved<br> Hébert Logerie is the author of several poetry books.</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=Hebert+Logerie">Hebert Logerie</a><div class=q>
