<div style="background:#fff;border:#bbb dashed 1px;padding:5px"><a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/comments.php?id=370294" style="color:#000;text-decoration:none"><div style="margin:10px 0"><strong>Most Modern Youth</strong></div><div style="margin:10px 0">Most youngsters want to stand on their own legs; <br>They cannot accept what some adults say; <br>They wish to see the world through their own eyes; <br>They love to live a life of their own make.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">They differ from the views what elders give; <br>Their driving force is curiosity; <br>Their satisfaction comes from what they do; <br>What others preach can’t please them anytime.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">They want to experience life in own ways; <br>They choose a path more risky, dangerous; <br>They think that they can do almost all things; <br>The sky is only limit for their feats.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Fed up of doing things traditionally, <br>They veer from paths and terrain much trodden, <br>And slip into the lanes least taken by<br>Mankind on earth, although more perilous.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">They want the world to leave them to themselves; <br>Oh, can’t they not dress in dark uniforms? <br>Like demons, they want horns upon their heads! <br>No inhibitions shall curtail their lives.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">And some wear red garments and dye hair red; <br>Adults shouldn’t question whatever they do; <br>They want to sing and dance in newer styles; <br>Why should one block their sense of achievement? </div><div style="margin:10px 0">Yet, what they fail to realize is that<br>One’s education is to better man, <br>And make him think in appropriate ways, <br>Applying will to control desires.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">One’s blood is red, no matter what you wear; <br>The skin-color is just by melanin; <br>One’s character is built by strenuous toil; <br>Bad conduct can bring ruin upon all.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Good things that adults say are for their good; <br>You cannot learn all things through experience; <br>All maxims, proverbs always tell the truth; <br>Sometimes, we learn from others’ blunders, faults.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">’Tis wrong to think that freedom is curtailed; <br>All elders want youngsters to be happy; <br>They do not want their children to suffer; <br>Advice and rod stems out of intense love.</div><div style="margin:10px 0">Copyright by Dr John Celes 3-1-2008</div><div style="margin:10px 0"><br /></a><br />poem by <a href="http://en.citatepedia.ro/by.php?a=John+Celes">John Celes</a><div class=q>
