Look I wrote all this stuff <br>Did you know that on that day I did stop to hate <br>Myself? After teh 15 years I had to wait<br>I don't know if you know<br>Just how much you opened my eyes. You show<br>Me the right way. Yep that's present tense<br>Because you still point me to God, and share good sense<br>Still encouarge and inspire me with your hope and love<br>With your purity like a dove<br>God is certainly exceedingly good to have let me meet you <br>I'm really glad I know you too <br>I'll never forget you so don't worry about that<br>Now you'll never have to wonder what<br>Impact you had on me or what you mean<br>To me, because you're the one who helped me see<br>And now I don't hate myself, and even though it took 2 more years<br>Much soul searching and tears<br>Facing my fears<br>I don't have such low self esteem<br>I'm done hiding behind my contrived stupidity <br>So that when I failed the sting was not crushing to me.<br>That's why I can write poetry again, or so it would seem</div><div style="margin:10px 0">I remember that you were impressed by my faith<br>But wait<br>Here I am telling you that you totally inspired me<br>So I guess God used both of us, that's the way He<br>works.
